Wonderful stay with Massimo! Very beautiful space and good location. The breakfast could include some more fresh products like fruit and fresh bread or pastries, but overall it was also good. Would go again!

Very, very good stay at Massimo's, a kind and very attentive host. The decoration is charming and unusual, and the premises are impeccably clean. The location is perfect, close to the train station and the shopping and historic center. A small caveat about the breakfast: it is plentiful but lacks fresh, local products such as fruit, cheeses and honey. Many thanks again for this wonderful time!

The apartment is beautiful and matches the description. Fabio and Massimo gave us an excellent welcome with valuable tips for parking, sightseeing, and restaurants. They were very attentive from the beginning to the end of our stay. The apartment is very well located, close to all amenities and in a very quiet neighborhood. For those coming by car, there is an underground parking and a blue zone from 8 am to 9 pm for 6€ at Piazza della Vittoria (5 minutes on foot). Thanks to Massimo and Fabio for their kindness.

My stay at B&B "TWENTY" will remain a vivid memory. The property is truly a showpiece. The apartment is furnished with care and style. I really liked the masonry kitchen and the mosaic floors. The cleanliness of the rooms is excellent and the breakfast, with the cappuccino that I enjoyed very much, is excellent. The host Massimo, besides being a kind person, has a natural ability to make you feel at home; a sincere thanks for the pleasant stays he provides to his guests. I warmly recommend the B&B because your stay will be truly pleasant and you will receive the right attention from the host.

A true gem among B&Bs. Massimo and his partner proved to be delightful, friendly and attentive hosts with whom it was extremely pleasant to chat. The property is right in the center and, as evident from the photos and other reviews, in a unique setting. A jewel kept with care and love. I will definitely return to you when I have the chance to pass through that area.

We stayed one night at this B&B, found by chance on BedandBreakfast.it, where the reviews were very positive. We can fully confirm what we read: we had a really good experience. A special thanks to Mr. Massimo, who welcomed us with great friendliness, explained in detail everything about the property and gave us valuable advice on how to best visit Genoa. He also suggested places to visit, beaches to spend a few hours relaxing and the best spots to taste authentic Genoese focaccia. The B&B is located inside a historic building and the property is very elegant. The room was clean, comfortable and equipped with all the main courtesy kits. It should be noted that the bathroom, although private, is located outside the room. For us, however, it was absolutely not a problem, as it is right in front of the room and is easily accessible. The location is also excellent: the B&B is about a 10-minute walk from Genova Brignole station and is a short walk from Piazza De Ferrari, from which the historic center and the House of Christopher Columbus are easily reachable. What can we say? We highly recommend this B&B for the hospitality, cleanliness, location and the attention given to guests.

I stayed one night at this property. I must say that, in a 19th-century building, the apartment is very clean and well maintained, with a private bathroom (not en-suite) but very clean and with all the essentials. The host is also very kind and helpful. If I return to Genoa, I will definitely stay there. Highly recommended.

Large and beautiful apartment in a late 19th-century building, nicely renovated, conveniently reachable from Brignole station and a short walk from Piazza De Ferrari. Comfortable and quiet room, with a private bathroom (not directly accessible from the room; you need to walk briefly through a small anteroom: not a real inconvenience, but it is the only reason I lowered my rating from 10 to 9). Beautiful, well-furnished and very clean spaces. Host present, extremely kind and helpful. A place to return to.

A historic and elegant apartment very centrally located and with quiet rooms featuring high ceilings. Massimo takes care of the guests and is very helpful. He has always given us valuable tips: from historical pastry shops to trattorias, museums, and beaches. Breakfast is served with attention to detail in a spacious dining room connected to the kitchen. We also greatly appreciated the terrace.

A princely stay! I stayed in this establishment during the recent All Saints' Day holiday and I truly felt at home. Wonderful location, comfortable, cozy, and clean room just like the bathroom. Massimo is super welcoming, helpful, and ready to recommend the most beautiful places to visit in Genoa and its surroundings, as well as to exchange pleasant conversations and make you feel at ease. The breakfast is really abundant. You cannot ask for more. I will definitely return.

We stayed here unfortunately only for one night and we had a great time, everything very nice. The highlight is the wonderful terrace! The managers are very welcoming, good and friendly. We will definitely come back.

I stayed with my family at this property for the first time in these days. Massimo is a careful host, very helpful and friendly. The apartment, furnished with taste and attention, is located in a historic building on one of the central streets of Genoa: a 10-minute walk from Teatro Carlo Felice and 15 minutes from Genova Brignole railway station. I suggest this solution for both tourist and professional reasons. It will be our care to contact Massimo again on our future trips to the city of Genoa.

Splendid Bed and Breakfast in the center of Genoa, a stone's throw from Brignole station. It is a lovely place, well taken care of in every detail, furnished with taste and elegance; the ceilings are frescoed and the terrazzo floors make this apartment a real gem. I felt at home thanks to the friendliness and availability of the owners! The cherry on top is the terrace, where I could work while admiring the building in front with its famous giant statues. Twenty is an elegant Bed and Breakfast in a style reminiscent of the best guesthouses in the Anglo-Saxon world.
