B&B located on the third floor of a building positioned in a strategic area of Loano. There is also the possibility to rent a garage (I recommend communicating the car dimensions before renting; mine fit in any case). Room very clean with bathroom and common kitchen area (not used by me). Well-modernized apartment. A small suggestion would be to consider a firmer mattress for the monte room. I definitely recommend it also for the availability of the truly kind, helpful, and friendly owners.

Modern and very clean structure, with all the comforts for a short vacation. The kitchen, for our exclusive use, is not very convenient if you want to cook a complete meal in the structure because it is outside the room and in a common space. The spaces are just right for two people. Absolutely quiet environment, even though it is in a condominium and on a busy street. Very convenient for the center of Loano but, after all, also for the sea. Thanks to Stefano for the hospitality.

I stayed at this property for a week during the month of August. The property is completely new and centrally located, just five minutes on foot from the beaches and the historic center. The room is functional with an attached equipped kitchen (the Mare room) with several shelves to place things. The bathroom is functional with new fixtures and a comfortable shower. The breakfast is varied and there is the possibility to prepare something. Free public parking is very convenient behind the property. The bus stop under the property allows for easy movement without using the car. The young, dynamic and available manager always involved me and informed me about ongoing events and, above all, gave me the opportunity to use a double room for single use, which is really rare in Liguria. A definitely positive experience. Thank you, Stefano.

Very positive experience. The structure is very close to the city center. Convenient access and parking possibilities nearby (especially if you don't move the car during your stay). Only the breakfast procedure could be improved. I highly recommend it for everything else. If I happen to be in the area again, I will not hesitate to contact you.

Cold reception, poor and late communication. Area too noisy due to traffic, noise, park, market... hard to sleep without closing the windows. There is no daily cleaning and towel replacement (we stayed for 5 days). Good location. Breakfast, to be consumed on the beach or at the bar, is not the typical b&b one.

Ci scusiamo per non aver soddisfatto le sue aspettative, la nostra è una piccola struttura a conduzione familiare, la struttura è studiata per essere autonoma. La struttura è insonorizzata e dotata di cambio dell'aria automatico e aria condizionata proprio per ovviare i rumori esterni ma le finestre vanno tenute chiuse. Per noi ogni critica è spunto per ulteriori miglioramenti.

Very clean structure, although some spaces are limited, the structure is very functional and well organized. Great location to reach the seafront and the town center without ever having to move the car. Very convenient free parking behind the accommodation. Good breakfast provided by the manager daily with fresh croissants and focaccia or homemade cakes.

Very satisfied with everything, precise, kind and helpful owners, renovated interior, small convenient kitchen attached to the sea-view room (i.e., facing south on the Aurelia, even though the sea is not visible). The owner made a small cellar available for my bicycles. Very convenient location for the center, also very close to the large free parking lot. The building is not among the most recent, I think it dates back to the '60s.

Short break in Loano with teenage daughters, I chose this bed and breakfast because it's close to the sea, good choice, room small but very clean, owner very kind and helpful, the only flaw is the breakfast not up to bed and breakfast standards, lack of authenticity in the breakfast places chosen (essential for those choosing a bed and breakfast) otherwise all excellent.

We spent 15 days at this facility. The manager is very kind and helpful, and takes care of cleaning the room every day. 3 towel changes per week are included. Although the facility is on the Aurelia, no noise can be heard in the room. Breakfast is rich and delicious. We will return.

New property, conveniently located near the center and the beach but on the Aurelia road, so closed windows and air conditioning. Very kind managers. Breakfast needs improvement! Breakfast area too cramped, I would suggest a cart in the room.
