I had a studio and I would have liked to have a sponge and a garbage bag already offered at my arrival. If I had had a room, I would have liked to have the option of breakfast and half board. There was a lack of a restaurant, especially for families.

Le sue parole sono per noi motivo di grande soddisfazione. Relativamente alla sua osservazione, desideriamo ricordare che i nostri appartamenti sono in formula residence, quindi non includono alcuni articoli di uso quotidiano, come detersivi e spugne, ma qualora avesse avuto necessità, sarebbe bastato segnalarlo in reception e saremmo intervenuti con piacere. Cogliamo l’occasione per ricordarle che all’interno del residence è presente il nostro bar bistrot, dove è possibile gustare la colazione continentale oppure scegliere tra varie proposte à la carte. La colazione continentale include: ✔ Bevanda calda a scelta (caffè, cappuccino, tè, caffè americano) ✔ Succo di frutta o succo d’arancia ✔ Mini buffet con pane tostato, burro, marmellate, yogurt, frutta fresca, granola e cereali ✔ Selezione di affettati e formaggi (serviti al tavolo, tagliati al momento) Il bistrot propone inoltre piatti veloci a pranzo e cena, ideali per chi desidera un light lunch, con panini, insalatone, piatti freddi o piatti pronti, adatti anche alle famiglie. We were warned that there was no air conditioning in the room, I asked how bearable the heat was in the room. I was told that, considering the summer we are experiencing, it was a bit hot! It was unbearable! Even in the corridors, the heat was heavy. No air circulation! The worst part is that the road in front of Residence Oliveto is very busy, a traffic noise that lasts all night and since we can't close the windows because of the heat, it's hell! We practically had a sleepless night...

Au moment de la réservation nous vous avons immédiatement informée que l'appartement n'était pas climatisé et qu'il faisait assez chaud, nous vous avons dit que vous pouviez immédiatement annuler la réservation. Nous vous avons également prévenu que la seule chose que nous pouvions faire était de vous faire trouver un ventilateur dans l'appartement. Nous sommes vraiment désolés de ne pas avoir été à la hauteur de vos attentes, nous espérons que vous avez au moins apprécié notre piscine d'eau de mer. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the staff in a friendly manner. We were escorted to our room. The room exactly matched what we had seen and booked in the pictures... equipped with a balcony with a magnificent view of the pool and the sea. The room was very clean upon arrival. We stayed for 5 nights and unfortunately our towels and bed linen were not changed once during the stay (as described every 3 days). Also, the trash bin was not emptied and towards the end we also ran out of toilet paper... very unfortunate! The pool area was always kept clean by the very hospitable lifeguard. Very commendable! However, renovation work should be carried out on the pool, as a mosaic tile is missing here and there.

Unsere Apartments sind In-Residence-Formel - Selbstverpflegung... das bedeutet, dass jedes Apartment mit einer Küchenzeile ausgestattet ist, in der Sie Mahlzeiten frei organisieren können und die Umgestaltung und Reinigung der Räumlichkeiten in der Verantwortung des Gastes liegt. Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Tischdecken und Servietten sind im Preis inbegriffen und können auf Wunsch gewechselt werden. Jedoch betritt während des Aufenthalts niemand die Wohnung, um die Reinigung durchzuführen oder den Müll herauszubringen. Was das Toilettenpapier betrifft, so wird die erste Rolle geliefert und muss gekauft werden, ebenso wie die Reinigungsmittel zum Geschirrspülen. Es tut uns sehr leid, dass Sie uns Ihre Bedenken nicht mitgeteilt haben. Wenn Sie uns während Ihres Aufenthaltes um Klärung gebeten hätten, hätten wir Ihnen gerne unsere Regeln erklärt, wir hätten Ihnen raten können, den Komfortservice (tägliche Reinigung der Wohnung - ausgenommen Kochnische - mit täglichem Wechsel der Badezimmerwäsche) um eins zu ergänzen Aufpreis von 18 € / Tag. Very beautiful structure, the large saltwater pool is very beautiful and well maintained. Very useful when the sea is not nice! Very friendly and attentive staff (everyone). The only downside was that there was a lot of dust under the bed. I will definitely come back.

The Oliveto Residence is very nice like the hall and the pool, but the rooms are not as nice, at least the one that was delivered to us. They are functional but they definitely need some review and renovation. The most negative thing is the check-in, which takes place in the late afternoon, they don't give you the room before 4:00 pm, only if you pay an additional 49.00 euros they are willing to provide it in the morning.

Structure that has its strength in the pools, very comfortable especially this year, when the beaches were all full. The common areas are all renovated and enjoyable. The staff is very kind and helpful, the rooms would need improvement. Some, like the one I stayed in, are very dated and even the kitchen corners would need to be reviewed also for the dishes (no longer efficient).

I stayed at the property in question with my family. Residence Oliveto is very beautiful from the reception, I was very amazed by the beauty of the premises, furnishings, and spaces used for the bar, reading corner, TV, etc. Very refined in furnishings and exemplary cleanliness. We did not use the pool and the outdoor garden due to the not warm period, but the outdoor area is very well maintained, with a pool and ample spaces to spend quiet moments. I must definitely give a very high score to the lady at the reception who welcomed us divinely. I felt better than at home. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and even if a bit small, for the three of us it was fine, there was everything and certainly for a long stay you find yourself very comfortable (there was really everything to stay comfortably) the location is optimal, very close to the sea, to all the shops that may be necessary, and in addition to the paid parking at Residence Oliveto (at a negligible price) there are various parking lots a few steps from the property. We will definitely come back, excellent value for money.

Excellent structure. Room not brand new but very clean and with a kitchenette to prepare meals. Breakfast not included but can be done at the hotel bar. Very kind and competent staff. Very beautiful outdoor pool and usable during the summer season. A short walk from the sea, from bars and shops. Free municipal parking in front or paid garage.

I spent one night at Residence Oliveto for work reasons. The structure has been recently renovated. The room is perfect, cozy and with new furniture. The bathroom is new and cute. The kitchen is new. Everything is taken care of in detail. The location is good, with a few steps you are on the waterfront. Mrs. Rita is very kind. Highly recommended.

Beautiful structure, clean and well organized. Rooms are well arranged, tidy and without that annoying musty smell that is usually found. The small kitchenette is also well organized and equipped with the necessary cleaning supplies. The pool view room is welcoming, not very large but comfortably accommodates three people and their luggage, and the view is very nice. We did not find two sunny days, but the structure was still pleasant.

The residence is really very nice and quiet, the apartment functional and welcoming. The ladies at the reception are very helpful and kind, as is the lady from room service. I did not know the location and I think I will return for a longer vacation.

The warm welcome is evident right from the reservation phone call. We find the same warmth upon arrival, which introduces us to a spacious, bright, and modern environment. The staff are very helpful and smiling. One regret: having stayed for only one night.
