We stayed in this accommodation and appreciated the proximity to the beach, the shops, and it is not far from the center. The apartment is comfortable and very well kept. The lady who welcomed us is truly delightful. Sweet, helpful, and also offers information for staying in Sanremo. We felt at home. I recommend it.

We had a great time! Perfect cleanliness, extreme kindness from Mrs. Clara who met our needs, convenience both in relation to the beach and the city's services. Excellent value for money. If I really have to find a flaw: it doesn't have wireless connection.

Well-furnished, very clean and equipped apartment. Ideal for relaxing, great price and close to the sea and the city center. Mrs. Clara is available, punctual and kind. Definitely worth going back even just for a quick visit to the city. It is worth it and you will surely be very satisfied.

Very comfortable apartment just a stone's throw from the sea and with private parking. Very close to the center of Sanremo with bars and a supermarket within a 5-minute walk. Extremely kind and helpful owner. I would come back.

Everything was perfect. Mrs. Clara was punctual, very kind and very helpful in meeting all our needs. The apartment is very comfortable, clean, and detailed. The location is truly enviable, just a few steps from the beautiful beach of Sanremo and the famous seaside promenade that leads to the city center in a few minutes. The quality-price ratio is really excellent, not to be underestimated is the availability of parking. An authentic point of reference for our return to Sanremo.

Great apartment, especially for those like us who have children. Beautiful kitchen with a sea view, two spacious bedrooms, bathroom, and very important private parking for the car! Very bright and welcoming just like the owner. Cleaning 10+. Very close to the main services (restaurants, beaches, casino, Ariston). We hope to return soon!

I spent a week with my boyfriend and it was fantastic! The house is beautiful, very comfortable, with a kitchenette, living room with a sofa, two armchairs, television, a spacious bedroom with a window overlooking the sea, another very spacious room, and a bathroom with a shower box. The location of the house is excellent, close to the center and all the attractions that Sanremo offers. Furthermore, it offers a private parking space with a barrier. Everything is managed by an exceptional lady, very helpful, who made us feel at home with her kindness. What can I say, we had a wonderful holiday to recommend to everyone!

Apartment with elevator, spacious, equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, and two bedrooms with a parking space in a private parking lot closed by a barrier. The apartment is convenient to the center, to the bike path, and to the sea, so much so that from the kitchen window you can see it and in the silence of the night you can hear it. The owner is very kind and available without being intrusive. The cleanliness of the apartment was excellent. I recommend it.

The apartment is clean, very welcoming, the kitchen is fully equipped and very functional, the rooms are very well furnished, there is a parking space with a barrier, it is close to the center and 50 meters from a very convenient bicycle path, highly recommended and the owner is very kind and helpful.

Highly recommended, my wife and I returned for the second time and we were once again even more enthusiastic. The apartment is very functional, tastefully furnished by the owner just a few steps from the sea and the bike path and the hypermarkets. Equipped with every comfort, parking space with barrier (not little considering the difficulty of free parking in Sanremo). The owner is a special person and tries in every way to make her guests feel at ease.

It is located in an excellent position, a stone's throw from the sea and with all services in the immediate vicinity. Ideal for families with children.
