Good location. Within walking distance to the station, supermarket, and beach. Simple but does the job. Would stay here again. Good value for the price. The owner was very helpful in every way.

Great stay, very convenient location as it is very close to the train station which makes visiting the villages easy, daily cleaning, regular change of towels, quiet establishment.

Le propriétaire (Mario) est vraiment très sympa, de bon conseil pour les randos et toujours souriant. Apparemment proche de la gare dans un quartier calme, bonne literie, salle de bain fonctionnelle et chambre très propre. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié (yaourts, focaccia, tartelettes, jus d'orange...) Levanto est très jolie avec quelques restos et bars à vin au top, Merci pour ce bon moment fort sympathique.

B&B très pratique. Bien placé nous avons pu stationner facilement autour. Pas besoin de bouger notre véhicule car l'établissement est à 10 min du bord de mer et du centre et 250 m de la gare pour aller visiter les villages.

Si vous arrivez en voiture, garez-vous devant le B&B et n'y touchez plus, même si les restaurants et les plages sont un peu loins. Absolument parfait pour explorer les cinque terre en train. Chambre confortable, salle de bain impeccable.

I booked the single room, very cute and comfortable. The manager is kind and helpful, I received a friendly welcome. I can only recommend it, especially to those traveling by train: the station is very easy to reach! Thanks to the structure for making my adventure in the 5 Terre easy.

Highly recommended! The property is very close to the station, so it is very convenient for visiting the 5 lands. Also, there is the availability of free parking near the property. They are not many, but we found them. The owner is super kind and provided us with all the necessary information. Also, there are two bicycles available for guests, which is very convenient. I would come back!

Very good location, less than 10 minutes walk from the sea. The structure provides two bikes for everyone to move around. Comfortable room with private bathroom, mini fridge, air conditioning, and satellite TV. Cleaning is more than good. Manager very helpful, courteous, and friendly. He gave us all the necessary information to move both to Levanto and to the 5 Terre. For those arriving by car, it could be difficult to park for free near the structure. However, following the manager's advice, we had no problems in this regard.

My husband and I stayed at this property in July, the boy who welcomed us was kind and helpful. Close to the center, to the station to reach the 5 lands, 10 minutes walk to the sea. The cleaning is excellent. We had a great time.

Great location, close to the train station, the city center, and not far from the sea. The manager is very helpful and offered us useful advice for our vacation plans. Two free bicycles are available for guests, not bookable in advance. In the room, there is a mini fridge, but there is also the possibility to store food and heat it in the common room with a fridge and microwave. I would recommend the structure to friends and relatives.

Vicino alla stazione per andare a visitare le 5 terre senza parcheggiare l auto in zona a pagamento. Per vedere il centro e andare al mare a piedi. Struttura pulita, ottima colazione e massima disponibilità dal proprietario della struttura. Lo consiglio.

Struttura accogliente, in zona tranquilla. Vicino alla stazione, al centro della città e a pochi minuti dal mare. Nella struttura sono anche disponibili due biciclette a disposizione degli ospiti. Gestore disponibile e presente per ogni evenienza.

Ho soggiornato recentemente per una breve vacanza alle cinque terre. Devo dire che come posizione è ottimale, vicino alla stazione e a pochi minuti dal centro paese. Il Signor Manlio una persona molto disponibile ci ha fornito molti suggerimenti su come muoversi e posti per mangiare risultati ottimali. La colazione perfetta con focaccia e brioche fresche e tutto quello che serve. Struttura consigliatissima.

B&B ottimo e ben curato, ha soddisfatto in pieno le nostre aspettative. Posizione strategica, vicina a stazione e Levanto centro. Da subito siamo stati accolti con molta cortesia, gentilezza e disponibilità; ci sono state date molte info importanti e suggerimenti per trascorrere al meglio il nostro weekend alla scoperta de Le Cinque Terre. La colazione abbondante e gustosa, pur non essendo un B&B preposto al gluten free, mi sono state messe a disposizione molti prodotti specificatamente reperiti per la mia celiachia (pan bauletto, muffin, yogurt). Soddisfatti appieno dall'accoglienza, torneremo sicuramente presto.

Gestore e personale molto gentile, attento e disponibile. Colazione fantastica. Posizione perfetta per raggiungere le Cinque Terre in treno. Con una passeggiata si raggiunge anche il centro e il lungo mare di Levanto, molto carini da visitare.

Struttura ed arredamento non nuovissimi ma stanza pulita e confortevole (salvo frigo rumoroso, si può comunque staccare la spina se non serve). Eccezionale la posizione, vicina alla stazione di Levanto quindi ottima base per la visita delle Cinque Terre e delle altre località della Riviera di Levante. Il gestore è stato di grande aiuto sia per fornire la possibilità di fare colazione alla mia compagna (che è celiaca e quindi ha necessità di prodotti senza glutine) sia per dare indicazioni sui posti da visitare. Inoltre ha messo a disposizione due bici, con le quali abbiamo percorso, sempre su segnalazione del gestore, la nuova pista ciclabile Levanto-Framura, spettacolare e che non conoscevamo.

Abbiamo soggiornato 3 giorni nelle vacanze di Pasqua ci siamo trovati benissimo pulizia - comodissimo alla stazione (ideale per chi vuole visitare le Cinque Terre) e soprattutto gentilezza e disponibilità del proprietario.

Ottima la posizione per visitare le cinque terre. La vicinanza con la stazione non arreca però disturbo. Pulizia, discrezione, disponibilità. Il prezzo fra i più bassi della zona. Lo consiglio vivamente.
