Il Giardino degli Ulivi is the best place to stay in Italy on the coast.

The view is absolutely stunning! This B&B is at the very top of a hill, so you'll have a great view over Savona and the Mediterranean sea. This means that getting there by foot is quite a long way up, and it's about a 45-minute walk from the city centre, but I think it's worth it. The hills next to the B&B are amazing for hiking. Because the host was away during my stay, I was hosted by her parents. They didn't speak much English, but that wasn't a problem. They did everything they could to make my stay comfortable, and were amazingly welcoming and hospitable. I originally planned to stay for just two nights, but I extended my stay by one night because I liked Savona and the B&B so much.

Everything was perfect!

The view from the terrace is truly stunning and Lucia is very welcoming. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped and the breakfast with local products is delicious and plentiful. A very beautiful experience.

An exceptional place! You can't dream of a better bed and breakfast than Il Giardino degli Ulivi for a moment of serenity. The setting is beautiful, the welcome warm, and the services of quality. I appreciated the flexibility for check-in; after traveling, it was wonderful to rest in a lovely quiet room, enjoy the outdoor terrace and the breathtaking view of the sea. I loved the generous breakfast, homemade pastries, and local products. The rooms are decorated with care and delicacy, the bathrooms perfectly modern in a charming building. I will come back and recommend this incredible site.

We highly recommend this establishment located on the hills of Savona. The owners are charming, available, and attentive to their guests. A real delight this breakfast, abundant and varied, served on the terrace with a magnificent view of Savona and the sea. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. An additional asset is the kitchen made available by the owners. True essence of the bed and breakfast.

We had a very pleasant stay. The view is fantastic. The hosts are very caring and accommodating. The rooms and the surroundings are top-notch. There is nothing missing during breakfast. We will gladly come back.

Very friendly. Difficult to find but wonderful location. Almost too beautiful to spend just one night and take the ferry to Sardinia at 10.00.

The property is located in a dreamy place. The view is gigantic! The hosts are very friendly and take care of the guests. An absolute insider tip!

Good communication with the owners, due to late arrival. Beautiful, quiet location but narrow access road, not recommended for large cars. We needed a triple room and they had it there. Very clean. Since we had to take the ferry to Corsica early, unfortunately we couldn't have breakfast, but I can imagine it would be very nice with the great sea view. All in all, a positive experience.

The garden of the olive trees is Lucia's home, and she opens it to her guests as if they were old friends.

Lucia and Laura were very kind and attentive in pampering the guest. The place was quiet and relaxing, with a spectacular view.

More than we imagined, small details make the difference. Cleanliness, kindness, breakfast highly appreciated! Courtesy and hospitality set the scene. Highly recommended and see you soon!

Ecstatic is the correct definition for this experience. A corner of pure paradise, suitable for nature and tranquility lovers. You will enjoy a special welcome immersed in a landscape unique in its kind. The breakfast is superb. Congratulations and thank you, Lucia, we will definitely return.

Lucia is an extremely kind, helpful, discreet, and reliable person.

Wonderful place, a bit on the hill. A little difficult to reach, but the owner's directions are punctual and precise. It is a family home arranged as a bed and breakfast and cared for in every detail. Very well maintained, clean rooms and modern bathrooms. An added value is given by the warm welcome of the owners. Abundant breakfast with local products. A little gem on the hills. We had a great time.

We recently stayed at this lovely place and we can only express our total satisfaction. The environment was impeccably clean, reflecting attention to detail that exceeded our expectations. The road to reach Il Giardino degli Ulivi is not very easy, but the enchanting panorama and the abundant and varied breakfast outdoors overlooking the Ligurian Gulf more than make up for it. It was an excellent stay. Ms. Lucia was very kind, indicating in advance how to get to the location. The hospitality, breakfast, and spacious Blue room were all excellent. The price was reasonable, and the location was only 10/15 minutes from Savona and Albissola. I found a B&B as a reference point for when I return. Thank you for the hospitality.

The structure is located in an elevated position compared to Savona, far enough to rest in tranquility and in 10 minutes be in the center. Spacious Blue Room with a beautiful view, breakfast is buffet style, rich and tasty! Lucia is helpful and kind, my partner and I were on a motorbike and she let me park under the veranda. If I return near Savona, I will try to stay here again.

We were guests on the night of our wedding: we were welcomed with the room decorated with balloons and petals (beautiful surprise), despite the late arrival time. Also in the morning, we were able to check out without rush and recover from the tiredness of the day before. Breakfast outdoors with a beautiful view, very kind owners; a romantic location in nature perfect for the occasion (and also easy to reach).

We really liked it, a bit difficult to reach but it's worth it. We will definitely come back.

Wonderful place in a familiar and welcoming atmosphere. A unique view, spacious, well-kept, very clean and comfortable rooms. Extremely helpful and generous owners. An unforgettable stay.

I stayed with my girlfriend at this B&B and we will certainly return. The owners, a very nice and courteous family, are all very helpful: in fact, Lucia welcomed us first, showing us the structure and introducing us to her parents. Together they recommended us both excellent restaurants nearby and the most beautiful beaches to visit. The room and bathroom were very clean and tidy, equipped with all comforts (for example, the hairdryer). The structure enjoys an exceptional panorama, surrounded by greenery with a splendid view of the sea. In the evening you can also admire the stars. It is located in the hills, the road is a bit difficult but Lucia provides all the information in advance to reach the B&B. The breakfast is abundant and good, special mention to Mr. Davide who brings fresh focaccia for the guests in the morning. Overall, fully satisfied.

Lucia and her mother are two super hosts and make you feel at home. Their property is in a fantastic location with a breathtaking view over the entire city and the Ligurian Sea. The slight difficulty in reaching the place (but Lucia will give you all the necessary directions) is greatly rewarded by the panorama you will enjoy, immersed in the silence of the Savona hills. I recommend it without reservation to anyone looking for a quiet place to relax.

Beautiful location in a dominant position with a spectacular view of Savona. Well-kept and very clean environments, the family that manages this B&B is very friendly and extremely helpful. The optimal position on a hill with a sea view, the silence, the large green spaces with terraces shaded by olive trees alternating with fruit trees, the exquisite cordiality and availability of Mrs. Laura, Lucia, and Davide, make it an ideal place to forget the city noise and pamper yourself, at least for a while.\n\nThis place is the result of the love of the managers who dedicate themselves diligently to the care of the entire structure.\n\nI will definitely come back.\n\nJust like me, my little cat was also very well received.\n\nSissi also thanks for the kibbles and bowls.

We were guests during the weekend of 21/22 April. Beautiful, characteristic and special place, with a view of the sea and a stone's throw from Savona. The hostesses were very hospitable and kind, welcoming us with great warmth.\n\nAbundant breakfast on the terrace with the splendid sea view.

We stayed for the Easter weekend and what can I say? Everything was beautiful! The owners are so lovely. The location is very characteristic, with a view of the sea and the city that is really nice! Clean and tidy rooms, as well as the common areas. And then, can you imagine the feeling of waking up in the morning, going down the stairs, entering the kitchen for breakfast and finding a table set full of everything? The owners were really very kind. We will definitely return to Il Giardino degli Ulivi.

We booked this accommodation because we were leaving early the next morning by ferry to Corsica. It is a beautiful location with very neat rooms. The welcome by Julia was very warm. We were with a folding trailer. Getting up there was quite an undertaking. She helped us very well with that. The view is amazing. And the terrace is very atmospheric in the evening.
