The room is smelly and humid.

Good! But too much noise and the bathroom was not very good, a bit old.

AC works great! Perfect place to freshen up and rest after exploring Cinque Terre.

Given that nothing more accessible was available, it's acceptable for the price. However, be aware that high humidity is present from the entrance hall and it's the same in the room; this leads to mold stains in the bathroom and a cockroach under the sink early in the morning. There was no reception as I arrived outside reception hours (2pm-5pm), which is very short. The check-out was 20 minutes late and the keys were collected by the housekeeper.

Pleasant residence on the hills of the village a few minutes walk from the center, the train station, without the drawbacks of the crowd and noise.

The property undoubtedly has its charm. The apartments are very comfortable and fully equipped. It is located in the center of the village, very close to the station and the sea. The only drawback (which is not the owner's fault, since in geographic locations like the Cinque Terre houses necessarily get built where nature provides space) is the location, as it is on a slope that appears to have about a 40% gradient and to reach the apartments you have to climb some stairs, some of which are so high they are double the height of a standard step, so they are not accessible to everyone, only to people who have an age or joint mobility suitable for such a climb. I would especially like to compliment the staff, always kind and helpful, and the owner (whom I regret not having been able to meet in person) for his exquisite kindness and great efficiency, for which I am truly grateful. Recommended for everyone who can reach this delightful property.

Everything was in order, no complaints, the host was punctual and professional. The value for money was acceptable given the very touristy location. Recommended.

The only negative note that I feel I should point out is the clear feeling that, particularly in the entrance, the air was rather stagnant, as if it were not ventilated much.

Manager very helpful and extremely friendly, very cute staff. Located in my opinion in a strategic point with a complete panoramic view. We had a good time, thank you!

It's a shame that breakfast is not included and you can't leave your luggage in storage even for 1 hour after check-out. Also, you can't pay with the credit card app on the iPhone.

Simple place but with everything you need, air conditioning and Wi-Fi available, fridge and TV in the room. In a strategic location and easily reachable even from the station. Friendly and helpful staff.
