Everything was just as described—very close to Porto Antico and only a 10-minute walk from Piazza De Ferrari. The location is perfect, and overall the stay was lovely. However, the breakfast was a real disappointment. For three nights and two people, we were given only 4 croissants and 4 coffee capsules. I don’t blame the host, especially since I had read the comments before booking. But this is definitely something Gabriel, who is involved with the restaurant and surely knows what a proper breakfast means, should work on improving. Aside from that, everything else was wonderful!

Immediately close to the Aquarium and the Sea Museum, a short walk from the historic center and, if you want to go further, public transport, it's an excellent base for discovering the charms of Genoa. Tucked away in a quiet alley of the Old Port (have someone explain how to get there; my taxi couldn't find it), this apartment offers three separate bedrooms. I occupied the largest, with a balcony, which can accommodate up to three people. There isn't strictly a kitchen area (no stovetop or cookware), but there is a small refrigerator, a microwave, a coffee machine and a toaster, as well as dishes and a sink. Available for breakfast: coffee, milk, cereal, croissants, biscuits and fruit nectars. The bedding is excellent, as are the Wi‑Fi and the lighting. The bathroom is not large and may be inconvenient for large-bodied people, but everything works very well. It is worth noting the owner's perfect responsiveness and the friendliness of the cleaning person.

The room is clean, spacious, and very well equipped: microwave, kettle (and tea bags), coffee machine (and capsules), sink, air conditioning. The location is just perfect: in the heart of the historic center, on the old port, yet very quiet. A stone's throw from a delicious restaurant, Le Mani in Pasta. In short, I had an excellent stay.

The structure is a stone's throw from the aquarium, located in a quiet area. You sleep well. I would improve the breakfast, perhaps by adding some fruit and at least one bottle of water.

Good area. Close to the old port, aquarium, and historic center. The room is well arranged and complete with everything for those who want to eat inside as well. Helpful manager. Also close to the metro stop.

The apartment is located in an old building, but the rooms are comfortable and clean. Just a stone's throw from the old port and therefore in the center. Tamara is very kind and caring. Highly recommended.

Apartment with 3 rooms, each with its own bathroom. Ideal for families! We had a great time. Tamara was very kind and always available. We appreciated the comfort of the carefully furnished and very original spaces even in their simplicity. Excellent location, central, within walking distance of the main attractions. We highly recommend the property, especially if you have children.
