Le Giare

We enjoyed the very spacious and beautifully furnished 3-person room with two patios. Comfortable beds and sofa. The small fridge was a plus. The owner Matteo and his mother were very friendly, helpful and generous. The breakfast was nice, served at the table, with a variety of sweet and savory foods. Our dog was very welcome. Le Giare is situated on a fairly busy road without sidewalk, so one cannot easily walk from there. It was great to have parking at the B&B and we received a free parking pass to use at the train station and in town, very helpful.

Guest very kind and very well prepared. They also provide the guests with a car park certification so that you can leave the car in restricted areas without paying.

From the first contact to our leave we found Matteo and his mother Marina the most friendly and kind people, always wanting to serve and give us the best experience that they could give. And they succeeded 100%! In the agriturismo is a beautiful and relaxed atmosphere, very nice build with the most attention to detail. The breakfast is amazing and tasteful, so many things to choose from, jams are homemade, tiramisu, cucumber, cookies, all perfect. If you are looking for a stay, don't look further, this is all what you want!

The guesthouse is located away from tourist areas and the city center, but the provision of bicycles allows you to reach the center of Levanto in 5 to 10 minutes. Matteo and his mother are very helpful. The room is clean and comfortable. We highly recommend choosing the b&b Le Giare.

Matteo and his mom are very welcoming, kind, and attentive to their guests' needs. They put in a lot of effort to make this place very charming and pleasant. The only "small downside" for me, as someone who is very sensitive, is the sound insulation between the rooms and the proximity to the road. But this won't stop us from going back. 😃

We had an excellent stay at Matteo's and his mom who makes great breakfasts! I recommend this address..well located, near the train station and the seaside.

Everything was perfect. A big thank you to Matteo and his mother who run this guesthouse with love and professionalism. Of course, it is better to have a vehicle to get to the city or the station, but it is not a problem to find parking since we have an additional parking card thanks to Le Giare. A 10/10 for everything.

Very comfortable accommodation located 1 km from Levanto train station. Bikes are provided for us to reach the village. The managers are friendly and not stingy with advice (sightseeing, restaurants). Breakfast is rich with good homemade products. The only small downside would be the payment method. We thank Mattéo and his mother for their welcome.

Matteo and his mother do everything to make you feel at home! The house is impeccably clean, quiet, tastefully decorated, the breakfast is plentiful and both do everything to accommodate you. Matteo offers bicycles for free and he took us to and from the train station! I highly recommend for their hospitality and also the ideal geographical location to visit this beautiful region.

Great welcome from Matteo and his mother who both manage this place. We had room 1 which is very spacious, comfortable, with a bathroom. It is a very quiet place with parking in front, close to the center (20 minutes walk), with bikes available to facilitate parking in the city center of Levanto. The B&B provides a card for free parking. We highly recommend this accommodation and will return if the opportunity arises.

A really top-notch welcome. Matteo and his mother are helpful, kind, always smiling, and do everything to please. Well located even if a bit far and not safe to walk to the center. That's the only downside. The small garden is tastefully decorated. The rooms are clean, pretty, and very clean. A very hearty breakfast that varies every day. (consider offering cold cuts to the French... they also like them) We will not fail to recommend you. Thank you very much.

I highly recommend it! Delicious breakfast, with many good products suitable for everyone's tastes and diets. The room is spacious with a very large terrace and nicely decorated. The hosts give great advice about the area and offer many services: a free parking pass in Levanto, bicycles. They also speak French very well, which facilitated communication.

It was a wonderful stay - the hosts are extremely friendly, the breakfast is fantastic - so a stay highly recommended!

Property kept in perfect condition. The level of cleanliness is excellent. The hosts were extremely helpful and available for any need. Generous breakfasts with high-quality products, including homemade items. The possibility of renting bikes to reach the center of Levanto(which is really close) and Bonassola is also very positive. Overall, an absolutely excellent stay.

I recommend the property, convenient location for visiting the 5 Terre, just a few minutes from the station and the ferry embarkation. Exceptional hosts for their availability, courtesy, and services offered. Excellent and abundant breakfast.

Good welcome from the host. He immediately provided us with directions on how to move around the 5 Terre area. The location is convenient because you can reach the center by car in a few minutes and there are many parking spaces available. The room was large, well-kept, clean and fresh. The breakfast was abundant, catering to both sweet and savory tastes. Recommended because the price is excellent for the service received.

The only problem is the humidity whose smell was especially noticeable in the bathroom. I recommend, if you wish, to refresh the terraces outside as well to improve this issue. Regards.

For the May 1st long weekend, we stayed for three nights in this place, located just outside Levanto, but with a walk you can easily reach the center and the station. The rooms are nice and clean. The breakfast is the best, sweet and savory, with homemade products. The hosts Matteo and his mother are two wonderful people. We will definitely return.

Great bed & breakfast for the hospitality of the owners, excellent varied breakfast with great fresh products, really beautiful, well-furnished and comfortable rooms. The free parking in front of the property is truly priceless, along with a free pass offered to park in the city.

We stayed at Le Giare for four days, welcomed by Matteo, a kind and caring host, passionate about his work. The property, close to the station, about 1 km away, has four rooms on the upper floor, our room was small but functional, comfortable and spacious bed, bathroom equipped with everything, large terrace, appreciated by our little dog who was hosted for free. Everything was very clean. Varied breakfast every morning, with jams, homemade sweets and cookies, fruit salad, excellent cappuccino and coffee, plus also a savory breakfast. We greatly appreciated having the pass for parking for free in Levanto, everywhere. Thank you Matteo.

10 is too low of a score for this bed and breakfast! It deserves a nice 100. The rooms are very beautiful and well-kept. Optimal location: close to the center (1 kilometer) but without the parking problem. Management is simply fabulous: the owners are very polite and very helpful people. The stay was truly very pleasant. We will definitely return.

Very nice and clean, strategic location near the station to move around, Matteo very helpful and prepared, the mom very good and attentive to everything very precise 👏👏.

A B&B in Levanto, excellent as a starting point to visit the 5 Lands, with an excellent price/quality ratio. There were 3 of us, varied breakfast, the host's welcome was excellent, always available to provide us with all the necessary information on what to do and where to eat. Clean room, structure in excellent condition. Excellent the pass provided to us for free parking, on the blue lines, on the seafront and at the station, saving money on parking. I recommend it.

Convenient structure to visit Le Giare. Railway station 2 minutes away with free parking pass. Quiet area and impeccable cleanliness.

All 10 star, from the structure to the breakfast to Matteo and his Mom's availability who prepare spectacular breakfasts every morning. Even the jams are homemade (we obviously also bought a jar to take home). A "big" bonus is the free permission to park in the center of Levanto (the structure is a 5-minute drive from the FS station). Both Matteo and Mom have a great experience in the industry and this is reflected in attention to detail and customer care that makes you want to come back just to see them! Congratulations and... "highly recommended".
