Great location, close to the station and amenities, situated on the 4th floor (there is a small lift). Lovely room with ensuite, spotlessly clean. Very generous breakfast. Helpful host who gave us restaurant recommendations and a map. We loved being able to write a message on the walls in the hallway with the chalk provided.

Great location, close to the train station and in the middle of the action but a bit noisy at night. Nice, comfortable and clean. Great price. Good and plentiful breakfast but I would have liked some more coffee. On the 4th floor, you need to use the token included with the keys to activate the elevator.

Charming apartment with great location for going to Cinque Terre on a daytrip. Alessandra kept our bags in the room while we were away for the whole day after checking out. We had the most wonderful room with balcony. Great for breakfast! The room and bathroom were spotless clean. Good shopping right outside the property and a nice stroll away from the harbour.

The accommodation was perfect for us to visit Cinque Terre. It's very close to the station. The place is very clean, safe, and the staff very friendly. If we had to come back, we would choose it again.

The structure is close to the station and therefore excellent for getting around, and already in the pedestrian area. Mrs. Alessandra was extremely kind, welcoming, and immediately available for a small problem. Abundant breakfast. I highly recommend it.

Small but well-kept, clean and quiet room. Comfortable bed, small but functional bathroom with a sanitary macerator. Optimal location to visit the Cinque Terre and the city center. The breakfast is sufficient in terms of product quality, sweet and savory options always available. It requires a bit of adaptation to the spaces and managing timing if other guests are using the coffee machine or toaster in the kitchen. We never met the b&b manager, but we always had quick and peaceful exchanges via WhatsApp. In conclusion, all services are self-service, but we would still return.

My girlfriend and I stayed in the 'timo' room. It was small but nice and cozy. The girl who welcomed us was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was very abundant and they made sure the room was clean.

The B&B is very nice! Our room had an en-suite bathroom and was very well taken care of in the details, furniture, towels, you could feel a pleasant atmosphere. The breakfast was super organized, including everything, savory, sweet, fruit, that you can enjoy independently. We were welcomed at the property, they provided us with the keys so we could come in and out autonomously. The location is very favorable, it's located in the pedestrian center, where you can find all the places to eat and shops.

Great bed and breakfast, perfect location between the train station and the main street. The room was clean, had everything we needed. The breakfast was plentiful, with milk, fruit juice, ham, cheese, fresh fruit, biscuits, croissants, jams, and chocolate! The lady was very kind and always attentive to our requests.

Very kind and attentive owner. Comfortable, welcoming, and very clean structure. Abundant breakfast and food and tea always available for customers.\n\nI stayed in the only room without a bathroom. No big deal because we had a private bathroom just for us. To be picky, only two criticisms: a small TV and the water heater acting up.\n\nWe will return.

The apartment is functional and very well organized. The shared kitchen with the other rooms is not a hassle at all, in fact, each room has a tray with its own portions and once you have prepared everything you need for your breakfast, you can take the tray to your room and have breakfast there! The room with the balcony is really charming! Nighttime noise and the noise of the street cleaning machines only disturb your sleep if you leave the window open, but in the end, if you want silence, you don't choose a central structure, you can go to the countryside or the mountains! The location is excellent in my opinion.
