Very nice apartment, large and completely renovated, very well equipped and comfortable. Quiet area close to the center of Genoa. Very friendly and attentive host. Shops nearby and an excellent pizzeria.

We stayed in this delightful apartment and felt at home. I would say it exceeds expectations, the spaces are very large and airy. It has recently been renovated, the exposed beams are greatly appreciated as they give warmth to the modern atmosphere of the furnishings. Excellent cleanliness and attention to detail. Apparently far from the city center but well served by public transport, with a single bus line, which terminates almost at our doorstep, it is easy to reach the center. The area is quiet, you can barely hear the passing cars in the early morning and the flow of the stream at night from the double bedroom. The beds are comfortable and the rooms spacious. The kitchen is well equipped with all the dishes and especially a dishwasher. In the laundry area, there is a large washing machine and the boiler. On the street below, there are bars, a bakery for a super breakfast with fresh focaccia and delicious brioche, pizzerias that make excellent cheese focaccia and farinata. Absolutely recommended.

La Graziosa is a splendid attic, expertly renovated, with combinations of materials and colors that instill peace and tranquility. It has a powerful air conditioning system that ensures freshness even on the hottest days. It is spacious, with a large living room and a fully equipped kitchen area, with two bedrooms and a bathroom equipped with a spacious shower. It has a balcony overlooking the Bisagno stream and other views overlooking the main square and the surrounding hills. It is very convenient to public transport, shops, and services. It has private parking, although the area offers many free public parking spaces. It is located in Struppa, a Genoese village of Vabisagno, rich in green areas, hiking paths, but at the same time convenient to the commercial area and the center of Genoa. It only needs one thing: that we must return.

Newly renovated apartment with taste, it offers all the essential comforts for a pleasant stay: TV, WiFi, fully optional kitchen, large bathroom, and much more. For me, online check-in was a novelty that, all in all, is done without problems. The apartment is really clean and very nice, convenient the possibility to park on the street near the structure and reach the center by public transport passing by the house. Finally, the owner Andrea will be the added value of your stay, always reachable on WhatsApp and very helpful, he will give you all the advice you need. When I return to Genoa, if it is available, I will return to this structure.
