Couldn’t have asked for anything different or better for my night stay. Easy to navigate, quiet, clean, all basic amenities I'd need for the night including AC, double bed, towels, and private bathroom. Thank you again for letting me leave my luggage in the yellow room to enjoy another day in the beautiful area!

Great! We were received very nicely, uncomplicated and reliably by the host. The room was surprisingly large and very clean. Everything was explained to us extensively on arrival. The host tried very hard. We didn't miss anything. For breakfast, you got a voucher for a small café just around the corner. Unfortunately, you only received a small piece of food and a drink for the voucher, which we didn't really get enough of. Thank you very much for the great hospitality, always happy - only next time without breakfast.

I really enjoyed this accommodation, with an excellent price-quality ratio for small budgets. It's less than ten minutes on foot from the train station, ideal when you want to take the train. Being close to the station means you can hear the noise of the trains, but at night they are not frequent and with my usual earplugs, I was not disturbed at all (I mention this for those who might be noise-sensitive like me). The host was kind and accommodating, I recommend this accommodation.

Great rooms and very nice host. The location near the train station was ideal for us. It can be a bit noisy, but it didn't bother us. Breakfast is a drink and a pastry. That was fine for us too. Rooms are clean. I would recommend it.

The accommodation offers very good value for money. Although it is not so close to the center, it is very close to the train station and you can walk everywhere. The room was spacious and comfortable, everything worked perfectly and it had the essentials (mini-fridge, electric kettle, air conditioning). The manager was very kind. Breakfast is a couple of blocks from the accommodation; this meant I couldn't take advantage of it every day due to lack of time, but there was coffee or tea in the room.

The room is very clean and has everything you need, even a small balcony. The owner is very friendly and provides a lot of useful information. The location is great if you want to visit the Cinque Terre, as it is a few meters from the station. The only problem is the noise of the trains being so close to the station.

Everything was perfect, the room was bigger than I expected, very clean, with a nice balcony and a table with a kettle and mini-fridge, very convenient for keeping things cool. Very convenient for the station, and the bar had a great selection of pastries and friendly staff. Thank you again!

Spacious room with private bathroom at a fair price including breakfast at an affiliated bar. Also available in the room a small fridge to keep drinks cool. Very convenient location to the train station and city center. All in all, with a little patience, parking can also be found in the surroundings. Highly recommended.

The manager is always very helpful both before arrival and during the check-in process. The room is comfortable and the shared bathroom is clean and in good condition. The manager was very kind to allow us to leave our luggage stored in the room even a few hours after check-out. I recommend it for those who need a quick stop in the city.

Massimo is a caring and hospitable host. The room was large, the bed very comfortable, as well as the shower and the bathroom in general. Near the pedestrian center, full of bars. Too bad only the trains were a bit noisy, but I was so tired that in the end I didn't hear them.

The guest house La Cesarina is located 3 minutes walk from the central station of La Spezia, a strategic location for those who want to visit the city (the pedestrian area of the center is close) and for those who want to visit the Cinque Terre (Riomaggiore is only 8 minutes by train. The room I booked (the one with the private bathroom) is spacious and clean; there is a mini-fridge, a kettle, a hairdryer, air conditioning and the wi-fi connection that works as it should. Thanks to a set of keys, you are completely independent (Main entrance of the building, guest house entrance, and room). The owner is a kind and helpful person. I rated it 9 overall and not 10 because being a stone's throw from the station has many 'pros', but also a 'con': you can hear the noise of the many trains passing by and those with light sleep may be disturbed. Fortunately, it's not my case.

Excellent location, just a stone's throw from the central station and the city center. Very cute room with the choice between two single beds or a double bed, shared bathroom with other tenants, small but clean. The owner is very helpful and flexible with the schedules to meet our needs. Price, in my opinion, is appropriate. Recommended!

I stayed with a friend at La Cesarina, in the room for three people with a private bathroom. The owner was very kind and super helpful. The room is clean, with a kettle, towels, and sheets. The location of the property is a 5-minute walk from the station, very convenient to reach the Cinque Terre. Highly recommended property.

We stayed for one night in a triple room for double use with en suite bathroom. The owner was friendly and helpful (upon our arrival he waited for us in the street to help us with parking, which was right under the structure), the room was clean as well as the bathroom (well equipped), possibility to use a small fridge and air conditioning, very close to the train station and city center, also good breakfast at the bar included in the price. The only downside was some noise coming from outside and the internal corridor. Highly recommended.

In the context, La Cesarina is in good condition, welcoming, and connected to the main arteries of the city, including the station. It is not suitable for those looking for a context isolated from traffic and smog. Demand the breakfast ticket, which is provided in the conditions, and in the reservation, it happens that it is not issued by the managers, as in my case.

The very kind owner explained everything to us and took us downstairs to show us where to park and explained where the bar was. The room surprised us, it was equipped with a fridge, a kettle, and upon our arrival, he even left us a postcard, a very appreciated gesture, since it's not something you see every day! We were close to the station, but you can't hear the trains, as it's in an interior.
