The room was nice and they clean it every day, which is a plus factor. It's near the train station and also restaurants. Giulia was also very friendly. Definitely a must place to choose when visiting La Spezia.

Located 2 steps from the train station, very convenient. Giulia is easily reachable and answered our requests, recommended some good restaurants. The room is quite small and old-fashioned but it's enough for sleeping.

Ideal location if you plan to visit Cinqueterre, if your idea is to travel every day to an ideal village location, it is not located in the city center but you can walk there.
