Small room a few kilometers away from the center. Friendly host, simple apartment, good price. But TV and Wi-Fi were not working.

Really lovely room, small but super cozy, and the owners were so nice.

Buyer beware: Parking is free, but not guaranteed. Arrive on a busy day (especially in high season, as we did) and you could well spend hours looking for a spot in the public lot. Not near as important (but equally annoying) was the loud location (though somewhat expected as the apartment is above a bar) and NO free Wi-Fi as advertised. The lack of toilet paper in our bathroom was just plain odd. Consider this place only if you are stuck looking for last-minute accommodation in the area.

It was a beautiful apartment. Restored and clean. Many restaurants and pizzerias around the corner, but grocery stores are quite far away. Not suitable for small babies due to the stairs inside the apartment. However, the apartment is quite cozy. Directly by the sea (not on the beach).

I was with my family. We liked it very much, the apartment is nice, the two brothers are very kind. I recommend them.

I recommend it. We had a great time and the place is peaceful and quiet right by the sea.

It was ideal for a break during a long journey.

A pleasant surprise. Great location, on the outskirts of La Spezia, but in a cute and quiet little village, beautiful and spacious room, the owners also manage the bar a few meters away. Definitely a great value for money. Well done!

Great stay at Cadimare, a small village on the outskirts of La Spezia, easily reachable even by public transport. Clean room, host always available, recommended.

The structure is overall ok. The parking spaces in front are free and the structure is a 10-minute drive from La Spezia and 20 from Porto Venere, so all in all, it has a great location. Our room was a few steep steps from the ground. For those carrying many suitcases, it could be uncomfortable, but with a couple, we managed just fine. The room has air conditioning, which is great. And in the morning, there's no need to set the alarm for 9.30, the bell tower takes care of it!

Clean place and centrally located, sofa bed accommodation quite worn out. Cold and distant welcome from the owner, in the 3 words spent he forgot to inform us that the parking spaces marked with white lines were for residents. We ended up with a nice fine and not even a coffee offered.

We had a good time. Great location for those, like us, arriving by car and using the means that lead to the station in 15 minutes, where the trains to the Cinque Terre depart. Also convenient for visiting the Gulf of Poets, where you can take the motorboat that leaves from the pier of Cadimare in front of the structure. I recommend the property, very nice and tidy in all aspects, with a minibar and a fan that also brightens up the hot summer nights. Thanks to the guys who manage it! I would gladly come back.

Great location, excellent bus service for getting around, compliments to the guys running the Jolly Roger affittacamere.

The location is good for those who do not want to stay in the city, well served by buses both towards La Spezia and Portovenere. The village is also well served in terms of dining, if you don't eat fish, however, you might have difficulty. The structure is basic, it's fine for a short stay.

We stayed for the BBday and I must say we got a great deal! The room was simply but tastefully furnished, very clean. Great location as a base to visit the Gulf of Poets. If I may give a suggestion to the managers, maybe a better attention to small details. It's great to provide a kettle and complimentary teas, but it would be better to make sure there are teas in the boxes and maybe add an extra roll of toilet paper, always nice. Overall, a recommended structure.

Unfortunately it is not managed optimally and above all cleanliness is neglected (never came in three days).

Price increased by the B&B website.

Friendly and helpful staff, well-maintained structure ideal for business travelers but also for short vacations.

Good. Everything ok. For those who have problems with stairs (like me) a bit tiring. To be done with care.

Jolly Roger is an excellent structure for those looking for a quiet and strategic place to easily reach the nearest cities. The service is punctual and serious, the room clean and comfortable. Highly recommended!

I spent a weekend in this property with my boyfriend and we had a great time! The location is optimal for visiting Portovenere-La Spezia and the Cinque Terre. Compared to other properties I had considered, this one is definitely more convenient and looks much better! The guesthouse managers are also the owners of the bar below and they are really very kind and helpful! Perfect for couples who want to spend a weekend and visit these beautiful places.

We stayed at Jolly Roger for two nights in May 2017. The location, even more beautiful than expected, overlooks a splendid marina. The apartment is very spacious and well-kept. Diego and his brother were very helpful and gave us great advice. I would also say that the people in the neighborhood were very hospitable. Recommended as a strategic point for trips to the 5 Terre and Porto Venere. I highly recommend it.

Hello. It's not really a review, but a note that, perhaps, could be interesting. First of all, together with my partner (we are from Milan and almost 60 years old), we would like to sincerely compliment you on this wonderful idea, that is, to bring together all, or almost all, the B&Bs in Italy to showcase our Beautiful Country. Well done, congratulations to the whole staff, to all of you. My partner and I, almost every year, take advantage of the offer of a free night's stay and we have always had a great time.. However, I feel the need to make a point. I have noticed that this year, for the B&B day, there are some B&Bs that are trying, in my opinion, to be clever with the prices, that is, I mean, I have seen some offering at € 80.00 or 90.00, for a two-night stay, some with an external bathroom. It seems expensive to me.. does it mean that a night in a no-frills B&B costs € 80.00 or 90.00 per night, when, instead with the B&B day offer, you should pay half. Now, maybe I'm wrong, I don't know.. you tell me.. I know that you have no responsibility on all this, but I feel the need to communicate it. For me, it's an excessive increase. We are willing to pay a little more, for example, if one night costs € 40.00, which should be valid for two nights, we would even pay € 50.00, because we understand that it is always a good offer. Breakfast not included but can be had at the owners' bar and it's great but it's for a fee (it would be nice to include it in the price). Many stairs but overall lovely B&B.

Maximum hospitality. The room is very clean and welcoming. The managers are fully available and very kind.
