Everything is great. Appears I will be staying here until I purchase the farm I came to Italy to buy. Highly recommend these fantastic people.

We stayed for 2 nights. Great location to go to La Spezia to take the train to visit the 5 Terre and the bus to Portovenere. Top welcome from Mrs. Giuseppina and her little dog. We felt at home. Family environment. Thank you ❤.

The structure is dated and could be more comfortable if it were equipped with some more basic services such as a TV in the room or a hairdryer (maybe my fault: I could have asked for it). The thing I liked the least is that the room does not have autonomous heating but is regulated by the manager at his discretion: the heating hours were very few and the radiator too small to heat the entire room. Mother and daughter are helpful and courteous but the quality/price ratio needs to be reviewed: either increase the quality and facilities or lower the price.
