Small structure located a few steps from the historic center of Borghetto S.Spirito, on the Aurelia, less than 100 meters from the seafront. Very pleasant reception, very kind and always smiling staff, really special. The structure is both a hotel and a residence, the latter with an independent entrance. The accommodation we used consists of a living room + kitchen-wardrobe, very practical, induction hob and refrigerator, and a bedroom with a small TV. The modern bathroom, with shower and accessories. There are air heating and a split. In the bathroom, there is a radiator. Completing the whole is a large terrace (larger than the apartment). Very pleasant stay. Starting point for excursions both along the Riviera and towards the inland, rich in truly picturesque villages (Toirano, Zuccarello, Rocca Berbena, etc.). Very relaxing vacation.

The two girls, if I understood correctly they are sisters, are always smiling, kind, helpful and empathetic. Excellent breakfast with homemade cakes. We stayed only 2 nights but we were comfortable, we will definitely return.

Very clean and tidy apartment, very cozy with brand new interiors; great location because it's very close to the beach and the staff is kind and very helpful. A place to come back to!

Great experience. The room is not large, but with well-divided spaces. Good cleanliness and exceptional location. The only flaw, which I believe stems from the lack of communication between the structure's and bedebreakfast.it's computer systems, is that the price requested by the hotel was 90 euros higher than the price published on bedebreakfast. Not ideal this aspect from the customer experience side.

Excellent facility, excellent service both at the reception and during check-in. Friendliness and kindness even outside the summer season. They are attentive to the needs of every guest. I believe I will extend my stay.

This structure is very cute, very close to the sea and the center, no need for a car. Clean and very spacious room, well-equipped kitchen. Breakfast in a very cozy small room, cookies, brioche, cakes and even savory items. Very kind staff, beautiful experience.
