From my arrival I was welcomed at the entrance of the building by the very kind Mrs. Francesca, who did nothing but put me at ease in a very cordial and comfortable way, offering all her availability for any of my needs. Very nice room, extremely comfortable bed, large modern shower, renovated setting with fine finishes, basic breakfast with a variety of cookies, espresso coffee, tea, milk, brioche (in bags), jams, chocolate. Located in a strategic position, the property is in the historic center of Genoa about 150 m from the aquarium, arcades, attractions, seaside restaurants, and within a few steps you can reach the beautiful cathedrals, Piazza Ferrara, the Carlo Felice opera house and the whole center of Genoa within easy reach. I would like to emphasize that Mrs. Francesca has a certain passion, vehemence and sweetness in running her bed & breakfast, making her guests feel pampered to the fullest. I take the opportunity to thank her again from the bottom of my heart with the certainty that I will use her property again when I plan to return to Genoa. Recommended 100%.

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying in Genoa for the Festival del Lavoro from May 29th to June 1st, and I must say it was truly a positive experience. The property, located in the historical center on the fifth floor of a historic building, is in a strategic location: just a ten-minute walk from the Magazzini del Cotone and very close to the Aquarium of Genoa, which I highly recommend visiting. The room was extremely clean, cozy, and equipped with a comfortable bed that ensured optimal rest. Mrs. Francesca, who manages the property, was extremely kind and always available. Although breakfast was not included, she provided guests with coffee, milk, and packaged products, a gesture that was truly appreciated. Additionally, her directions and advice proved to be very useful for exploring the city better. A pleasant and comfortable stay that I recommend without hesitation!

Beautiful structure located in the historic center of Genoa. Situated in a pedestrian area easily accessible. Quiet and with a direct view of Piazza Banchi. Very kind and helpful owner. A pleasant stay to always repeat with enormous pleasure.

Perfect and friendly welcome. It's a pity that the Municipal regulations currently do not allow for a typical Genoese breakfast with warm oven-baked focaccia (there is one in front of the door) and latte. Perfect location to experience ancient Genoa and the related Old Port + Aquarium.
