Very nice and well-kept property. Spacious room with comfortable beds. Friendly host, good breakfast. Garden with a beautiful view. A car is needed when you would like to stay here. Private parking down the hill.

The hostess was very kind and patient waiting for us (we arrived much later than planned because the ferry arrived in Genoa late). If we had more time, we would have gladly stayed a few days in this special and beautiful house and garden.

Charming summer residence from the turn of the century (1900). Great old furniture. The mattresses had seen their time.

Everything perfect. Quiet location with beautiful views. Very natural. The Erba Luisa structure is beautiful both on the outside and on the inside. Maria and her husband were super attentive and kind. We wish to come back again. Thank you!

The house is at the top of a hill with a splendid view. Convenient parking space. To reach the station, to take the train to the center of Genoa, it is better to go by car and park in the village (2 minutes by car). During the Christmas period, we easily found parking in the free station parking lot. Very good breakfast with the typical Focaccia. Very kind owners.

Great experience at Maria's place in the Pontedecimo district, a short distance from the center of Genoa (about 20 minutes by car, without traffic). The B&B is on the upper floors of a historic building of great value, in a panoramic position overlooking the valley and with a large garden around it. The interiors are meticulously cared for and in an antique style. The abundant and quality breakfast - both sweet and savory - surprised us. Maria is a skilled host and has many tips to offer about Genoa. Experience to be repeated.

A relaxing place a few kilometers from a big city. In the room assigned to me, there was no television, but opening the window starts the real show: the panorama.

Just need a TV in the room, everything else is ok.

Really great stay! Good starting point to visit Liguria. A huge thank you to the family who runs Erba Luisa, very friendly and always available for any request, it feels a bit like being at home.

Everything perfect, because we found the ideal Bed and Breakfast for our purposes. We needed a structure close to Villa Serra and we found it: a beautiful house surrounded by greenery with a pleasant view over Valpolcevera. The house was very clean, the owner helpful and precise and the breakfast plentiful. I recommend the Bed and Breakfast to hiking enthusiasts as well, as near the house passes the path used by pilgrims to reach the Sanctuary of Madonna della Guardia, from which you can enjoy a fantastic view over the city of the sea and the mountains. Finally, a logistical tip: after setting the street name on the navigator, pass the veterinarian that remains on the road and head to the dirt road that remains on the driver's left, as you will arrive at the structure at the end of the road.

Comfortable accommodation in a beautifully renovated historic building in the hill of Genova Pontedecimo. The owners were friendly and very helpful in providing information about Genova and the surrounding areas. The breakfast was excellent and abundant with focaccia, tasty sandwiches, jams, and much more. The rooms were cool even without turning on the air conditioning. There is a short dirt road to drive up to reach the building. The location is strategic for visiting Genova and the eastern riviera. We had a great time.
