Demivie Guesthouse

The property is located in the historic center of Serra, in a very narrow alley with the windows of the building opposite only a few meters away. This situation forces you to keep the shutters always closed and results in little privacy. Unfortunately, despite the very comfortable bed, it was not possible to rest well because all the noises and voices from the street and neighboring rooms could be heard in the room. I note that it was not feasible to close the windows because the room is not equipped with air conditioning. I also note that a more powerful extractor fan in the bathroom would be necessary, as the bathroom has no windows. Another negative aspect is the management of resident parking: on Friday evening, despite the pass provided by the property, it was not possible to park in the yellow lines because the entire parking area was occupied by cars of guests attending an event in the small square. The parking spaces are not numbered or assigned, and if you use the car to go down to Lerici, you may not find a space when you return. We were therefore forced to leave the car improperly parked and to get up very early in the morning to park it correctly so as not to risk being fined. With about a 20-minute steep walk, preferably with comfortable shoes and a sun hat, you reach Lerici town center near Piazza Garibaldi, but to get to Lerici Lido you need about another 10 minutes' walk along the seafront. Despite these negative aspects, not exclusively related to the property but also to the surrounding context, I note the punctuality and availability of the host and the wonderful view of the Gulf of Poets that can be enjoyed from the terrace of Serra's small square.

My husband and I had a great stay. Peaceful and comfortable environment.

Excellent property. The management by Mrs. Rebecca is exceptional. Although I did not have the chance to meet her in person,she was very helpful. Unfortunately we had to leave due to personal reasons,but nothing detracts from the exceptional quality of the place and of the management, excellent. Go and see for yourselves and enjoy life in tranquility. Raffaele and Lidia.

Rebecca welcomed us with a wonderful smile, and the energy she conveyed can be found in every detail of the Demivie. We felt at home, a little gem where the marine atmosphere blends elegantly with practicality. The convenience of having a refrigerator in each room, and on the ground floor, we had sweet/savory/gluten-free snacks, unlimited water, coffee, herbal teas, and fruit juices available for us to consume freely without time limits. A treat after returning from the beach or before goodnight, as well as for breakfast. Rebecca informed us of all the trails to reach Lerici or the beach of Fiascherino on foot, and this allowed us to not touch the car until our return and not to go crazy with the few parking spaces available in the area while enjoying beautiful views. The Demivie is as you see it in the photos, with fresh and well-kept rooms equipped with every comfort and special details, nothing is really missing! But the most precious element is Rebecca, with her advice on the area (restaurants/bus schedules/places) and her availability made the vacation of higher quality. Thank you very much for everything Rebecca, you have become our point of reference for the Gulf of Poets, see you soon, a hug!

Great experience! Rebecca and Michele were very hospitable to us and did not let us miss anything. The view you can enjoy from the village where the B&B is located is enchanting.

We really enjoyed our stay, only the breakfast in my opinion could be improved a bit. In any case, if I return to that area, I will return.

Very welcoming guest house in a typical multi-storey Ligurian house. The room is well furnished and clean, the bathroom has a spacious shower. The breakfast service is abundant and available throughout the day. We particularly liked the tranquility of the village and the view of the square over the Gulf of Poets.

Nice structure, kind host with requests, in a village with a beautiful view, but the location is not very convenient especially if you want to reach the sea or go to La Spezia. Breakfast with little choice and everything packaged, it would be nice to find a fresh cake or fresh focaccia.

Rebecca is a very friendly, helpful, and attentive owner to all the details of her establishment. If I happened to return to La Serra, I would definitely go back to her!

Staying at the Demivie Guesthouse was a pleasant experience. The property is well maintained and managed with passion and precision by Mrs. Rebecca.

I found the structure very comfortable, in a charming and quiet village, with a wonderful view of the Gulf of Poets. Rebecca, the owner, is exquisitely kind and was able to meet all our needs. I will definitely return.

My boyfriend and I stayed at Rebecca's for 3 days at the beginning of August and we had a great time! The room was really nice and comfortable, Rebecca was truly kind and helpful, she made us feel very welcome! The breakfast is also worth it, abundant and especially with a spectacular view!

Small but very nice place, very kind host. The town is extremely quiet. The parking pass is very convenient, also the shuttles to Lerici avoid the need to move the car.

Rebecca, the owner, is a cheerful person who will welcome you at her best in her beautiful property in the hamlet of La Serra, Lerici. Here you will find spacious rooms, each with its own bathroom, a plentiful breakfast in the morning, and a lot of tranquility. The village has a wonderful view of Lerici and the entire Gulf of Poets and is very close to cities like La Spezia but ensures the typical tranquility of less-known villages (it's enough to say that children still play in the streets here). From La Serra, many trekking routes start, so this property is a good support base, not only in summer for those who want to go to the sea, but also in winter for trekking enthusiasts. Accommodation highly recommended.

We stayed at this B&B located in a very characteristic ancient village. From the nearby square, the view is breathtaking. Here it seems like time has stopped. Just take a walk through the narrow streets to bring to life a charming little village. You notice that children play quietly through the streets undisturbed, no cars pass by, and there is no noise pollution. This place is ideal for a relaxing and rejuvenating vacation. The "Earth" room is very cozy and with its shabby chic style immediately puts you at ease. The cleanliness is impeccable, as is the service offered by Rebecca and her family. They are always available and attentive to all our needs. In short, a truly guaranteed experience! We will definitely come back.
