We enjoyed our stay in Gloria's apartment very much. The location was central, but very little noise was heard in the room. Only one short flight of stairs up to the apartment. The apartment was well decorated and had everything we needed. Gloria was very responsive with replies. Thank you very much!

We had a very good time in Gloria's and Daniele's accommodation. Everything was as described. We especially liked the kitchen and its equipment, so we cooked there on two evenings. Overall, it was very quiet and the bed was comfortable. The communication with and welcome from the hosts was very good and we got some really good tips. We would recommend the accommodation to others!

We had a pleasant stay to visit the 5 Lands. The studio is very clean and well equipped. The bed is very comfortable to rest the bodies after busy days. Well located, close to the train station, a shopping center, and the city center. A big thank you to Gloria for her welcome and her advice (I hope my "school Italian speaking" didn't annoy her too much). To do again. Thank you Gloria and Daniele!

Gloria is a very friendly host. Upon arrival all questions are answered. The apartment has a kitchen, a large deep refrigerator and a pleasant air conditioning. Perfectly located in the middle of La Spezia, between the train station, the seafront promenade and a free parking. She gives you tips on the best places to park. Within 50 m there are several supermarkets as well as the large Cavour market square. Highly recommended.

Excellent location, a few meters from the main street and in the heart of the city. 10 minutes from the train station. The accommodation is very comfortable and has everything needed for a wonderful stay. The interaction with the host is smooth and very kind. Highly recommended!

The hosts very kind, a charm. They explained everything super well. \n\nThe accommodation is very cute, beautiful. Care taken to the last detail, very practical and cozy. All very equipped and complete. Just missing some hangers in the bathroom for the towels (in my humble opinion). \n\nIt is very close to the station and the center. Very good location. \n\nThank you very much for everything.

Buongiorno Giancarlo, la ringrazio per la bella recensione, ma mi permetto una considerazione sui voti dati a - struttura - e - posizione - 1) il nostro B&B è un monolocale di mq. 35 con piccolo cortile privato di recente costruzione, completamente nuovo: il suo voto, forse ha a che fare con un gusto personale. 2) si trova nel quartiere più antico e bello di La Spezia (Piazza Brin con un porticato che fa da cornice alla piazza), a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione centrale ferroviaria - a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro storico - a 2-3 minuti a piedi dalla fermata degli autobus - con un grande centro commerciale - COOP - davanti a casa - Non occorrono altre parole... . E' stato un piacere conoscerla e ospitarla!

The room Cuore 2 where we stayed for three nights is really nice, well maintained, clean and equipped with everything that can be useful for a vacation. The owner was really kind and helpful, advising us on places to visit, places to eat or do grocery shopping or shopping. Highly recommended, we were very satisfied.

We spent 4 days at Casa Cuore to visit the 5 lands. The apartment seemed very clean and equipped with all the necessities required in an apartment. It is right in the center, very close to the fruit and vegetable market where you can buy fresh fruit, vegetables, and fish as early as 7 in the morning. Butchers and bakeries are a few steps away, also open from 7. Very well-stocked supermarket at 300 m. The train station is only 8-9 minutes walk away (great for getting to the 5 lands). The owner is very kind: she recommended free parking near the center and also very good places to eat in the evening. If you pass by here, you must try the focaccia (with pesto) and the farinata.

Casa Cuore is a complex of holiday homes just a few meters from La Spezia central train station and close to the port, in an area rich in services. There are 4 apartments: 2 studios and 2 one-bedroom apartments completely renovated and furnished with everything. Gloria and her husband Daniele manage the properties with great care and passion, providing various indications to the customer on how to move around during the holiday. I stayed in a studio in via del Prione 272, excellently maintained, fast wi-fi internet, no internal parking space but there are several parking lots in the area. Highly recommended!

Mi ha davvero resa felice, vedere l'entusiasmo, la gioia, le parole di apprezzamento, spontanee e sincere, proprio come quelle di un bambino che entra in una casa che gli piace, dove è felice di abitare, anche se per pochi giorni.......avrei dovuto scrivere, una bambina, perchè proprio cosi' ha fatto, sua moglie entrando in Casa Cuore 2, dove avete soggiornato. Complimenti a sua moglie, per saper ancora emozionarsi e soprattutto saper esprimere quelle emozioni, proprio come ormai, soltanto un bambino è capace di fare, grazie di cuore!!! Sono felice anche che il tempo vi sia stato amico in questa breve vacanza.

Highly recommended property! I was fortunate to find availability on the weekend in July, just a few weeks before my stay. If you need to visit the 5 Terre, there is a train station a few minutes' walk away and also the bus to Portovenere is very close. Casa Cuore was clean and well-maintained. Gloria was very kind and helpful.

We had a great time, Casa Cuore is large and spacious, the lady is very kind and helpful. Just a few steps from everything but especially from the train station, where you can take the train and visit all 5 lands. The farthest one is 20 minutes by train and they run every half hour until midnight.

Very cozy apartment, very clean, in a pedestrian area, very close to the train station and the port. Very kind owner, very helpful. The only hiccup was the parking spot but it was immediately resolved, the lady explained to us where to unload the luggage and accompanied us to a nearby free parking lot on foot to the apartment. Therefore, the parking spot issue was resolved... from there we moved around by public transport. Great!

Cara Sbina, intanto la ringrazio per la bellissima recensione, ma mi permetto di dirle che in tutte le città del mondo, soprattutto quelle turistiche come La Spezia, i parcheggi in centro storico sono tutti a pagamento, anzi La Spezia, consente di parcheggiare gratuitamente a 5 minuti a piedi dalla zona pedonale (proprio dove ha parcheggiato lei), impossibile in altre cittadine turistiche. Lei, probabilmente, abitando in un paesino piccolo non ha di questi problemi....sono felice che siate stati bene, mi ha fatto molto piacere accompagnarla al parcheggio, conoscerla e ospitarla. La ringrazio moltissimo per la super-valutazione di Casa Cuore sono felice che siate stati bene e che abbiate apprezzato la posizione, nel Cuore della nostra bellissima città con le vie illuminate tutta la notte, in una zona sicura, con il mercato ortofrutticolo di Piazza Cavour a due passi, 3 supermercati dietro casa, i tanti negozi, bar, ristoranti, Musei e soprattutto a 5 minuti a piedi dalla Stazione Ferroviaria e a 10 da quella Marittima, spero di ri-ospitarvi delle persone veramente deliziose, Grazie di cuore.

Ciò che le abbiamo offerto come colazione è un regalo in più che facciamo con grande piacere ai nostri ospiti, una coccola che ci auguriamo sia gradita ed apprezzata, ma non dovrebbe essere giudicata perché non rientra nei servizi che le Casa-Vacanza devono dare.
