Our guesthouse is on the coast, near to beaches and local lido facilities ('Spiaggia di Levanto'...) rich in archaeological sites and buildings of great architectural merit, in a location with a spectacular view, in the historic heart of the city. "Ca' Del Golfo" is a prestigious dwelling to conjure up the thrill of the past, a lovely, refined building.

Usually we start with the typical Ligurian focaccia and with freshly baked bread with butter and jam; then we continue with fresh pastries (brioches), accompanying everything with fruit juices and coffee, milk or tea. Of course we are available to discount breakfast if you have different habits or needs, so we are available to try to meet the needs of our customers who have particular food intolerances or allergies. The room itself was big enough and the air conditioning much appreciated. The courtyard is very lovely. The flat both pretty close to the (cute) city center, train station and the beach. And most of all, our host Andrea was kind and very helpful.

Trip planned a bit last minute, I hadn't scheduled my week, upon arrival, Andrea took the time to talk to me about his village, places to know, where to eat the best pizza, ravioli, the best place for an aperitif, local wines to drink, specialties, in Levanto, the Cinque Terre, etc. The villages to see, the best hikes, the less touristy but equally beautiful routes as well. I was able to immerse myself in Italian culinary culture and receive the generosity of Andrea and his friends through wonderful shared moments. I now speak Italian perfectly thanks to Andrea's free lessons. He speaks French very well, which facilitated our exchanges. The place was very beautiful, the flowery terrace very pleasant, the sea and the city center very close. The train is less than 10 minutes walk away. Also the departure for Manarola on foot is less than 10 minutes. Without hesitation, I will book again with Andrea for the authenticity of the place and the person. Thank you for everything! Andrea's welcome is very warm, the room and bathroom are very clean and comfortable. Ca' Del Golfo is located 10 minutes from the train station, 2 minutes from the sea, and 6 minutes from the center of Levanto. Levanto seems ideal for visiting the whole region by train. Andrea is very pleasant and gives good advice on visits, walks, and restaurants. I had an excellent stay in early April. I recommend without hesitation. (Breakfast was not offered at this time.)

Very well located, a stone's throw from the city center and the beach. You can easily move around by bike. The welcome from Andrea is very warm, he is a person who likes to provide useful information to his guests to optimize their stay. Luckily, he also speaks French. I highly recommend this address. Very clean rooms, in a very quiet street, 10 minutes walk from the train station, by the sea and in a small town very convenient for visiting the Cinque Terre (5 minutes by train to reach the first village, Monterosso, then about 5 minutes by train between each station that serves the other 4 villages, Vernazza, Corniglia, Manarola and Riomaggiore). A boat leaves from the small port in the morning at 10 o'clock and also serves the Cinque Terre but also Portovenere, another very nice village not accessible by train. The welcome from Andrea, the owner, is fantastic! He takes great pleasure in explaining everything that can be done and seen in his region. An excellent address!

Our stay in the 5 Lands was successful and our accommodation at Cà del Golfo contributed to it, as well as the welcome, the helpful tourist tips, and the friendliness of Andrea, the owner. Clean double room, well furnished with everything needed and new bathroom. Kitchen for guests with a very practical fridge for fresh water for the next day, and also a terrace at our disposal. The breakfast was correct (croissants, focaccia, bread, butter, and jam) and Andrea knows how to adapt to his guests. A good point for the espresso. Well located: beach a stone's throw away, city center as well, and train station at 10/15 minutes depending on your pace.

Very welcoming host, speaking French; as well as his mother who serves breakfast. The owner saves you a parking space, as parking is rare or paid. Recommended, despite the price, which can be justified given the region's popularity.

Very nice owner, who speaks French, gives good advice to discover the region. The apartment is just a 10-minute walk from the boat to visit the villages of the 5 lands and the same for the trail connecting Levanto to Monterosso. There are good restaurants in Levanto.

Only the breakfast, which was simple but good, could have benefited from a fruit juice. Ideal location for visiting the Cinque Terre.

We (my daughter 17 years old and I) had wonderful days in this accommodation. The location was great in a small side street directly in Levanto, the sea was reachable in 2 minutes on foot and the nearest shop was not more than 3-5 minutes away. Everything was easily accessible on foot. The rooms were tastefully furnished, the bathroom modern and new and everything was very clean. The courtyard for breakfast, for a siesta and reading or simply for sitting outside in the evening was very nice. It was possible to use the refrigerator - this was excellent for snacks on the beach or for cooling water. The operator was very friendly, accommodating and helpful. In case of changes (we arrived by bus and train 4 hours later than agreed) it was no question for him - despite having his own appointment - to pick us up from the train station and welcome us kindly and explain everything calmly. We will definitely spend our holidays in this guesthouse again! Sibylle Beyerle.

Exceptional location, very close to the sea, the station, and the center. We were able to move everywhere without moving the car. Andrea was really kind, he gave us all the directions to get around the area and enjoy our vacation. The breakfast with the Ligurian focaccia was wonderful, served on the beautiful terrace with lemons. What can I say... everything was perfect, I hope to be able to return soon as a guest of Ca' del Golfo!

The b&& is in a strategic location to visit the 5 Lands without taking the car. The manager welcomed us by giving us many useful pieces of information and recommending trekking and boats to discover these beautiful lands in peace. Clean room, also equipped with a kettle. Outside there is a garden with tables and chairs for relaxation and colors. I recommend this property for the manager's availability and the location!

We stayed 3 nights at this property in Levanto during Easter, we felt at home thanks to the owner Andrea, a very kind and prepared person, who was able to give us the best directions to visit the Cinque Terre and Genoa. The location is ideal: it is located in a very quiet area, yet close to the beach and the historic center of Levanto. It has an excellent value for money. The room we were assigned was well furnished, new, and clean. The location allowed us not to use the car for the entire stay, as there is a 10-minute walk to the station. The breakfast was ideal for our needs: bread, focaccia, and pastries, all fresh and delicious. On the first day, we even managed to have breakfast in the garden. The restaurants that Andrea recommended were all excellent. We had a great time and hope to have the opportunity to return in the future.

I stayed with my family at this property for 4 days to visit the 5 lands and also to enjoy a little bit of the sea. Strategic position just a few steps from the beach, both free and equipped, and close to the train station. Levanto is a very beautiful town and perfect as a starting point to visit the Cinque Terre. I suggest you rely on the advice of the owner, Andrea, who will show you the best routes to fully enjoy the surroundings. Andrea is very helpful and friendly, the place is well-kept and very clean. Breakfast with croissants, focaccias, and fresh jams every morning is absolutely recommended, an experience I would do again. Thank you.

What you look for in a Bed and Breakfast, freedom, cleanliness, courtesy, in short, feeling at home. Andrea, the owner, is an exquisite person, always available but never too intrusive. His advice for us who love walking turned a vacation into an adventure that led us to discover all the Cinque Terre in its most beautiful corners (and there are many). Returning will be a pleasure.

The location is ideal for moving around, close to the sea and the station. In a few minutes you can reach the town center. The rooms are spacious and clean. Everything is new, just renovated. There is also a very nice outdoor space where you can have breakfast, read, spend some time in tranquility. The B&B Ca' del Golfo is a very comfortable structure for the sea and for all the excursions in Levanto and the Cinque Terre. Furthermore, the structure is convenient for the train station and car access. What strikes most about Ca' del Golfo is the warm and attentive welcome from Andrea who receives and prepares all guests with affection and kindness. The initial moments in Levanto were managed by Andrea who presented and described all the activities and excursions in the area, reminding us of the means to get there and recommending "hidden gems." The structure is clean, changes are frequent, breakfasts are plentiful and typical. Rooms are not too large but with the possibility of using the courtyard.

Great Bed and Breakfast, on the ground floor, very clean, very convenient parking in front of the house where you can leave it and you may not need it anymore because in 3 minutes on foot you are at the sea, 5 minutes on foot you are in the center, but above all in 10/15 minutes on foot you reach the train station and with the train you can easily reach the Cinque Terre and more. Andrea is pleasant, makes you feel like a guest, serves abundant breakfasts with fresh bread, pastries of all kinds, jams, fruit juices, cappuccino, coffee and obviously focaccia. And then he advises on what to do, what to visit, where to eat and how to get around and he also knows how to listen and entertain his guests. We had a really good time.

Delicious Ligurian breakfast with focaccia, fresh bakery brioche, bread, butter and jam, fruit juice, coffee, milk, and tea. Breakfast can also be served in the courtyard (weather permitting). Great location: a stone's throw from the sea and the center, but slightly secluded for total relaxation. 10 minutes walk from the station. Excellent base for day trips. Excellent availability and welcome from the managers. The property is in a very convenient location, given its proximity to the town center and equipped beaches. Impeccable cleanliness of the rooms and other premises. The breakfast, although not varied, is served at the table by the managers who offer coffee, fruit juices, croissants, and focaccia. I recommend the Maremonti cycle path, easily accessible on foot, which connects Levanto to Bonassola and Framura.

I can only review this facility in an excellent way for the welcome received. Mr. Andrea proved to be caring in everything, even in advice on where to dine, activities, and events in the surrounding areas... on everything that can be useful for a pleasant vacation. Comfortable and clean rooms, breakfast with fresh brioches, juices, coffee, jams. Great location because the property is a five-minute walk from the seaside promenade. About a quarter of an hour walk from the station. So highly recommended and I hope to be able to return soon!

The rating we gave to this structure speaks for itself. We felt at home. The location is quiet, just a few dozen meters from the sea. The structure is ideal for those who want to spend a holiday in complete relaxation enjoying wonderful landscapes. Finally, a note of merit to the lady we dealt with who prepared breakfast for us.
