The area in which we find ourselves is rich in exceptional products. For our guests we prepare a breakfast based on 0 km products, purchased directly from local producers, certified organic products and specialties from regional Slow Food presidia. Every morning we go to Finalborgo to pick up the brioche, bread and typical Ligurian focaccia from the town baker while they are still warm and fragrant. The cakes and tarts are prepared by us, with simple, genuine and unrefined ingredients such as wholemeal flours, cane sugar and artisanal jams free of preservatives, thickeners and industrial colourings. The buffet is available to guests and, if notified in advance, we can complete the offer with gluten-free and vegan items.
