Alessia was so warm, friendly and answered all our questions about Turin. Loved that we got a map of the city and she highlighted all the touristy places. The location is perfect for the city center or jumping on a train to Cinque Terre or elsewhere. So many nice restaurants less than 5 minutes walk away like Rustichello and try Oriental Mercado Genoa. Our Nautica room was so spacious and immaculately clean, and the bed so, so comfortable. The power shower was great. Breakfast included juice, cereals, focaccia, croissants, cake, yogurts. Would return in a heartbeat.

Alessia, the host, is very friendly and helpful. You can ask her for help or information at any time. The room is spacious and clean, situated in the center. \n\nThe breakfast was Italian but sufficient, consisting of fruit, croissants, yogurt, bread, and even ham and cheese.

We loved our stay! Alessia was very good at communicating and very kind and helpful. Very clean and we loved the small quiet boutique BnB. Wish our stay was longer! If we visit Genoa again, we would definitely go back and stay at Ca dei Nobili! Close to train/bus station and airport. The shopping and restaurants are very close and very good. Very nice accommodation - spacious and light. Very nice breakfast as well - worth paying the extra for. Note: when looking for the property it is next to the post office - look for the call button by the door. Located on the 4th floor but there is an elevator provided. Easy walk from Genova Brignole train station. Nice central location and good value, self-service restaurant located behind the building, perfect for the single traveller.

We stayed one night in April 2023 so that we could see a performance at the Opera. Arriving by train the B&B is just a very short walk away and then less than ten minutes walk up the Via 20 Settembre to the Teatro and all the main points of interest. Alessia is 100% attentive and the perfect host of a lovely property. Strongly recommended and we intend to stay here again.

Very nice place to stay. Location is near the train station. Downtown you reach in 20 minutes on foot. Mrs. Alessandria gives very friendly advice on everything you need to have a nice stay in Genoa. Strongly recommend!

The location is perfect, a five-minute walk from Brignole train station and a ten-minute walk from the center of Genoa. Nearby there are public transport, buses and trolleybuses to quickly reach the historic center (in ten minutes). Ca' dei Nobili is located in a large classic building, in a very quiet street with an elevator. The rooms are in a large apartment. Everything is very clean, well maintained, and comfortable. Perhaps we could regret the too bright light in the rooms. The bedding is also comfortable. Breakfast is served in the small dining room. It is varied and well stocked. Alessia is dynamic, very welcoming and courteous, and will explain what to see in Genoa. A very pleasant stay.

Nice structure equipped with three apartments, located on the fourth floor of a building served by an elevator, comfortable and easy to reach. Nearby, it is possible to find parking easily, always considering that we are in Genoa. The room reserved for me, the Nautica, is very comfortable and spacious, clean and equipped with a nice bathroom complete with all the comforts. However, the difference is made by Mrs. Alessia, a true professional in hospitality, very friendly, smiling, and helpful. It was a real pleasure to meet her. I will make sure to return when possible.

Convenient and very central location, very clean, spacious and well-equipped room. Double glazing (essential given the central area) and very useful mosquito nets on the windows. Bathroom with modern shower equipped with hydromassage jets. The only small downside is the poor soundproofing between the rooms. I cannot evaluate the breakfast because we did not use it. The manager, Alessia, was really very welcoming. Invaluable and patient, she waited for us until 10pm for check-in: we felt pampered, thank you very much and hope to see you soon!

She was attentive to our needs, gave us excellent advice for visiting the city and for places to eat. We also had nice conversations, so we could appreciate even more the courteous and welcoming nature of the Genoese people. The property is new, very spacious and very well furnished. The structure is located 10 minutes on foot from Brignole station. The room was large and clean as well as the bathroom, whose shower is an added value. Large and comfortable bed. Small suggestion... a microwave in the room. The breakfast is good.

Posizione ottima, a due passi dal centro storico e dal porto antico. Forse meglio come zona rispetto alle prime due, perché in strada tranquillissima e facilmente raggiungibile in auto e coi mezzi. La camera era pulitissima, curata e attrezzata, il letto matrimoniale super comodo. Bellissima la doccia. Alessia, la proprietaria, è stata gentilissima sia prima dell'arrivo, che durante. Ci ha dato tantissime dritte su dove andare a mangiare e quali zone della città vedere. Colazione molto buona. Rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente. Ritorneremo qui sicuramente.

B&B confortevole, tutto come nella descrizione. Accogliente, tanto da sentirsi a casa appena arrivati. Il gestore disponibile, cordiale e attento. Le camere perfette, la notte zona silenziosa, nonostante risulti una camera sulla strade. I bagni nuovi e super puliti. La colazione è super. Croissant appena sfornati, focaccia tipica genovese, latte, tè, biscotti, cereali. A 10 minuti dal centro. Vicino anche all'ospedale Gaslini per chi ne avesse bisogno. Insomma, lo straconsiglio e tornerò sicuramente in questa struttura.

Che dire, la struttura è nuovissima, dotata di tutte le comodità, è in posizione centrale e raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti dalla stazione di Genova Brignole. La gestione è curata direttamente dai proprietari molto cordiali e disponibili. È stata una esperienza molto positiva che ripeteremo.
