Our B&B is near the sea with lavish spa waters and facilities at Genova art city, in an area of great archaeological and architectural merit, in a quiet, panoramic setting, in the old city centre nearby Principe. "Blue B&B" is a prestigious home for breathing in the scent of our past, a period building where echoes of the past blend with modern comfort.

Fulvia the owner is a very friendly and helpful lady. No request was too difficult for her. My room was quiet as i requested a back room, and I almost had a private bathroom nearby. The breakfast was delicious and lots of choices. Kitchen was available to use for storage, plenty of free drinks and fruit. The WIFI struggled to reach my room, so occasionally I had to go to the foyer. No big deal. There is a metro 4 mins walk to access the old city. It's one line and free off peak 10-4 pm. Most of the lifts and funicular are free. There are plenty of Pizzeria and mini supermarket a few minutes walk from the Hotel. Totally recommended!

L’endroit est extra ! Fulvia est une hôte très accueillante et le lieu est spacieux et offre toutes les commodités. Très bien situé, le centre de gênes est à 15 min à pied.

Vielen Dank. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der MSC Anleger ist in Sichtweite. Bahnhof fußläufig. Kommunikation auf Englisch großartig. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Signora gentilissima e disponibile, camere ampie e spazi comuni puliti, posizione vicinissima al Palacrociere e poco distante dal porto vecchio. Colazione come a casa, poca varietà sul salato (solo uova sode). L'unico consiglio che darei è più attenzione sull'arredamento. Siamo stati bene.

Ho prenotato prima di partire per una crociera e sono stata più che soddisfatta. La padrona e i famigliari molto cortesi e disponibili, hanno fatto il possibile per rendere il mio soggiorno anche se di una notte sola il più agevole possibile.

Struttura semplice ed accogliente, molto pulita e ben organizzata, voto dieci, ma avrei dato anche 11 e più al gestore, una donna eccezionalmente gentile, premurosa e disponibile. Consigliatissimo con immensa gratitudine e affetto.

10 e lode per la signora Fulvia e il suo spirito di accoglienza innato...straordinaria padrona di casa e nello stesso tempo forte la sensazione di sentirsi a casa. Sicuramente ottima situazione per chi vuole stare bene a suo agio e spendere il giusto... . siamo rimasti pienamente soddisfatti... .

Ottima scelta. Oltre alla posizione ottima per chi viaggia, la struttura è molto confortevole e la Signora Fulvia è molto gentile e disponibile. La consiglio assolutamente anche per il buon prezzo.

Fulvia è stata molto gentile, accogliente e disponibile. La camera e l'intera struttura sono pulite e arredate con cura. Ottima la posizione a pochi passi dalla stazione Genova Principe e a pochi minuti a piedi dal porto e dal centro storico.
