Dreamlike! The apartment and the entire atmosphere on the first floor are outstanding. We were able to park the car for free in the courtyard for the entire stay in Rapallo. Giovanni is very friendly and the apartment has been completely renovated recently. Very high-quality furniture, tastefully furnished in keeping with the palazzo. The air conditioning also works perfectly.

Everything was truly perfect: close to the center, brand-new and impeccably clean, spacious, and the management was excellent in every way. This is the second time I've stayed here and everything is always really top-notch.

I had an excellent experience at this B&B, extremely clean and equipped with every comfort. The location is truly outstanding: it is situated in the city center, but also just a few steps from the sea. During the stay, it was possible to comfortably park both the car and the motorcycle we had rented. The welcome was impeccable and the manager proved to be extremely helpful.

Grazie, certo il poter lasciare l'auto in un parcheggio in pieno centro è un gran valore aggiunto, anche se la manovra per entrare e uscire visto le dimensioni ridotte delle vie del centro storico può non essere comoda . Siamo contenti che abbiate apprezzato sia questa possibilità di parcheggio, e sia la pulizia della struttura , particolare al quale teniamo tanto tanto. Everything is perfect. The owner is very kind and extremely available. The apartment is very clean, brand new and spacious. Great location, very convenient for the train station, city center, beach, and ferry embarkation point. Reserved parking for cars, a rarity in Liguria. Wonderful panoramic terrace. Absolutely recommended.

Nice place, with fantastic accommodation, clean, tidy and everything available. Normally without breakfast, but coffee and tea available and also jam, toast and sweets.

Per la colazione è vero noi non includiamo, o meglio non calcoliamo nel costo della camera la colazione, perchè per una assurda regola possiamo dare solo prodotti confezionati. Perciò gratuitamente mettiamo a disposizione alcuni prodotti appunto "confezionati", che se un ospite ha piacere può liberamente consumare. Grazie e un cordiale saluto.
