B&B Terre e Colori

Beautiful place with magnificent view. Due to the location, the accommodation was not easy to find, but we managed to do it in the end. We would book the B&B Terre e Colori again on another occasion and also recommend it to others.

We stayed for one night and felt welcomed by Patrizia and Alberto as if we were family.

We were at friends' house because that way we were hosted.

Beautiful location, quiet place, away from the world. Original in its entire structure. I highly recommend it because it is worth staying there, really original. The Mirolo couple are really friendly and welcoming. We felt very good indeed. We will return! And we will recommend it!

Place in the middle of the mountain, in the morning you can hear the birds, in the evening the frogs, absolute tranquility! The managers are really friendly and helpful. And breakfast on the veranda is truly an extra touch!

Patrizia and Alberto are wonderful people! I wish them all the best. Welcoming and friendly. We felt completely at ease, as if we were at home!

Since I lived nearby, downstream from the property, my vote on the landscape would be biased, but now for four years I have been their welcome guest during the last weekend of September and far from me, changing B&B. The B&B Terre e Colori is immersed in nature and I assure you that the place is stunning even when it rains. The peace and quiet of the rooms will immerse you in a dream where those like me who have the hobby of writing, find inspiration each time to write a new story. A place out of this world, where one would expect to find some fairy or elf suddenly appearing from the forest. The neighborhood is mostly made up of farmers, simple, friendly, and kind-hearted people with whom it is nice to stop and exchange a few words as happened during a walk along the country road that passing by the B&B, leads from Sant'Olcese to Manesseno along the state road located a few kilometers further downstream. Those who love taking walks breathing fresh air will love this road. The nights pass quietly, away from the chaos of the streets, since the only road that passes by the B&B is almost exclusively used by residents. If you come from the North, I recommend exiting at Busalla and following the signs for Sant'Olcese, while if you come from the South, exit at Bolzaneto. The B&B Terre e Colori is easy to find, but I must confess that the difficult part is leaving it at the end of the vacation because you will not wait to come back next time.

The structure is located in a panoramic area, the rooms are comfortable, very clean and with a country look. There is parking, which is an important point, given that it is hard to find in Genoa. Excellent breakfast with moka coffee and hot milk, although a croissant would have completed the picture perfectly. The staff is very kind.

Very poetic structure, managed with love and care. The owners know how to give meaning to the journey of anyone who stops to stay with them. The location may be inconvenient to reach, but the people who manage it give meaning to every km traveled.

The road to get there is a bit uncomfortable.

I recommend it for the informality of the structure and management. Very pleasant.

Beautiful and original the house, it was a pleasure to immerse ourselves in so much creativity, beautiful the view and above all very pleasant the company of Alberto and Patrizia. Our expectations have been fully met.

Beautiful environment, it feels like being at home. The owners of B&B Terre e Colori are courteous and approachable, available for many requests, even from the little ones. Breathtaking panorama, excellent cleanliness of the structure, excellent and abundant breakfast with homemade jams and typical focaccia, both plain and with onions. We will definitely come back.

We were to finish 2016 and start 2017. What can I say, it couldn't have been better, in a welcoming place where in every corner there would have been the possibility to take dozens of photographs. Originality, courtesy, simplicity, and friendliness characterize the two owners Patrizia and Alberto. The rest is done by the B&B's location, situated in the midst of the Genoese hills, offering stunning views for all 360° available to the human eye. Sea on one side, hills on the other with small villages resembling beautiful nativity scenes, then 2 km from the B&B there is the beautiful railway that connects Sant'Olcese to Genoa where you can reach in 30 minutes and therefore without the need to use the car. In short, everything is really beautiful and what Patrizia and Alberto offer with their art can truly capture even just two days of stay, think that they even found the time to work with clay with our kids who, amazed, quickly created cups and jugs expertly guided by Alberto himself. From Rino, Rita, Marco, Rebecca, Gianfranco and Emanuele (especially) a huge thank you for everything. Flaws? Practically none, perhaps considering that near the B&B they sell one of the best salami in Italy, it would be nice to find some slices for breakfast where, among other things, there is already a very good focaccia that works very well, but certainly with two slices of salami it would be divine! Finally, all the furnishings are nothing short of perfect in quality and originality, the only thing is that above 1.80 m in height, using the bidet involves some bruising to the knee, but all the beauty of the B&B is worth even a little bruise ahahahahahah. A big hug from Turin.

For an impromptu trip to Genoa, we booked a night at this B&B by pointing 'at random' on the map as long as it was outside the city. And fate provided an excellent solution, but above all an excellent experience for us and our daughters. The Bed and Breakfast is very clean and in a very suggestive place, immersed in the greenery in a village a few kilometers from Genoa. But what distinguishes it are definitely the people who manage it. Patrizia and Alberto are two artists (a look at the website is a must) who instill the passion for their art in everything they do and the B&B is its emanation: every single piece of furniture, every single detail (starting from the power switches) is very particular and handmade by them. The result is a cozy and very interesting place. We also found excellent availability, spontaneity, and familiarity. When we return to Liguria for a longer and more in-depth visit, it will certainly be our choice.

B&B run by Patrizia and Alberto. Splendid location with a view of the Ligurian hills and the sea on the horizon. Rustic-chic decor masterfully interpreted by the artistic flair of Patrizia and Alberto, whom we thank for the exquisite hospitality. If we have the opportunity, we will gladly return, perhaps for several days to fully enjoy the place.

The stay was short, but it was love at first sight. Alberto and Patrizia, the hosts are artists not only for the beautiful creations they make, but also with their hearts. People with a contagious smile, very helpful and full of advice to discover the surrounding areas. The place gives a sense of absolute peace and serenity. The rooms are cozy hugs. The view from the terrace is wonderful. My husband and my kids and I had a magnificent time. I really recommend it a lot.

Good morning, I stayed for one night from 24th to 25th July 2016 at the B&B Terre e Colori. The structure is very beautiful, comfortable and located in a long beautiful area surrounded by greenery and the peace of the Ligurian hill. Only 6 km from the Genova Bolzaneto highway exit. The only inconvenience is the last 3 km of very steep road. The owners, Patrizia and Alberto, are kind and helpful people with a great sense of hospitality. Congratulations.

I sent an email and was contacted immediately, I booked. After 3 days they call me back (this was on Wednesday for Saturday) and tell me they are sorry but they cannot host us. My perplexity?! Were we supposed to stay for one night with 5 people, two adults and 3 children, maybe they received a longer reservation?! I found them unreliable and had to quickly look for something else! This is not the way to behave.

My name is Patrizia and I am a kindergarten teacher, I know 'B&B Terre e Colori' not as a B&B but as an art educational workshop. Our school programming this year has 'Art' as the theme, so with my colleagues we researched and found this ideal place to offer art laboratory experiences to children of all grades. The managers of the facility are two artists, Patrizia is a painter while her husband Alberto is a sculptor. My children had the opportunity to do two workshops during the day. In the morning with clay and with the help and guidance of Patrizia and Alberto, they built a decorated box with a lid and in the afternoon they had the opportunity to build an object of their choice with the lathe. The structure is well organized both from a laboratory and recreational point of view. In fact, the children had the opportunity to play in the garden where there are swings, a small field to play soccer, and a sandbox equipped with various games. I could go on telling, but I wouldn't want to reveal all the secrets. I would like to invite my colleagues to visit this wonderful facility with their students. Patrizia and Alberto, besides being very talented artists, are delightful hosts along with their children, kind and helpful. Their house is beautiful and you can breathe, through the objects it contains, the fabulous creativity and good taste of those who live there. The educational experience was extremely positive. The children at the end of the day and even in the following days, continued to tell us that they had a lot of fun and would love to come back to these new friends Patrizia and Alberto, for another 'Art attack'!

Fantastic place and delightful owners! We felt right at home, with all the comforts and the tranquility of a welcoming and serene atmosphere, very kind and helpful! Stunning panorama. Ideal for couples or families (we were 3) who want to relax even just for a day. In the morning, after the very pleasant breakfast and before heading to the chaotic Genoa to visit the aquarium, we had the wonderful opportunity to create works with clay. My daughter (and not only her) had a lot of fun and we brought home the souvenirs created by us:) Highly recommended! Well done Alberto and Patrizia with their very polite little sons Lorenzo and Tommy!

We stayed in this property mainly to sleep. The welcome was great, familiar and direct as it should be for a B&B. The hosts are artists, a painter and a sculptor, which is pleasantly noticeable in the details of the very large double bedroom (with fireplace), the bathroom, and the kitchen, although we didn't use it. The road to get to the place is typically hilly/mountainous, it's better to call the property and get directions a few km before the town (our experience teaches us that the navigator suggests a much longer route). Great place to visit Villa Serra park, a villa turned into a park with a small lake and a children's play area, many animals, and shady areas to relax, bring bread for the ducks! Back to the B&B, the strengths are the terrace where we had breakfast, with a panoramic view of the valley, the welcome, the breakfast (we even had a cake made available to us from the night before), and the furnishing of the premises. The house is on several floors, the last of which is used as a B&B, the entrance presents itself, entering from the main door with: - immediately in front of us the stairs leading to the upper floor, not accessible to guests of the property and where the owners reside (open space). - immediately to our right the double bedroom - immediately to the left the kitchen and continuing the bathroom, with a bathtub used as a shower. Overall, my rating for the B&B is 7. We only stayed one night, from 21:00 to 06:00 at a cost of 70 €, it was a pity not to be able to stay longer. I believe we will return, maybe by motorcycle (it's ideal even though parking for cars is not lacking, appreciated house in Liguria).
