"B&B Portobello" is a prestigious home where the echoes of times past linger in sounds, scents and emotions, design with meticulous attention to detail, unique, distinctive style, a building of the past brought into the present with unique touches guaranteeing top comfort.

Excellent location for the beach and the city centre,a stone's throw away. Very good breakfast with choices of freshly made omelettes with cheese (the best I have ever eaten) by the hosts Francesco and Marzia. Very helpful in finding solutions to the car problems we encountered. A big plus is the parking available to us. In short: A place to come back 😘.

This is an excellent B&B! The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was big and delicious. It was in the main part of the tourist district. Very close to both beaches. Lots of shopping and restaurants. Very comfortable room. If you want a quieter room ask for a city view room.

We had an excellent stay at the B&B Portobello. Francesco and his sister are ideal guests, very concerned about everything, extremely available and friendly. They took care of everything that concerned us! The place is ideally situated at the crossroad between the peninsula, the old pedestrian town, and the two beaches, in an old house with a lot of character. I would recommend this place without hesitation. Rooms are clean, full of light with views of the old church or the sea. Luc, Barbara, Bruno, and Laura.

Portobello is the most wonderful B&B we ever stayed. We come to Italy every year for vacation and this time all of the beauty came in one place. Spectacular view and friendly host, near the beach and restaurants. Special thanks to Francesco and his lovely sister, they made our stay so wonderful, we are so glad we had the chance to stay there. Wish we had a longer stay!

B&B Portobello, centrally located, right in the old town, easy to walk to from the station.\n\nAmazing owners. Very helpful with travel information and restaurant suggestions. Plentiful breakfast.\n\nSestri Levante is the perfect spot to stay between the Cinque Terre area and Portofino. Less crowded but with great shopping, restaurants, and beach.

This charming property is ideally situated in the historic centre of Sestri Levante, meters from the sea and provides the perfect location for a holiday in the beautiful Ligurian Riviera. The accommodation is very clean and well serviced and is visually attractive with frescoes decorating the ceilings. Breakfast is abundant, sourced from local products. However, it is the warm welcome extended to guests by proprietors Francesco and Marzia which really makes this B&B so special. Their kindness, coupled with a friendly, helpful manner, is quite exceptional and I unreservedly recommend B&B Portobello to visitors in the area.

Francesco and his sister Marzia are absolutely fantastic. Their welcome is exceptional. You feel at home with them as if it were your own home. They wait for us, help us find a parking spot (Francesco even drives our driver on a Vespa). He also recommended excellent restaurants and good tips for visiting the nearby sites: all valuable and wise advice. A huge thank you to these particularly warm and helpful hosts: an address to recommend 100%.

We are thrilled with the accommodation! Francesco and Marzia are wonderful hosts! Even before our arrival, Francesco gave us many valuable tips. the accommodation is just a few meters from the beach. The restaurants as well. Breakfast was exceptionally good with fresh croissants, focaccia, omelette, cheese, cold cuts, jam, fruits, yogurt, and so on. We couldn't get enough of the beautiful view from the breakfast room! The rooms are cleaned daily. Can highly recommend!

Very beautiful property in the heart of Sestri Levante with a beautiful sea view. The managers are wonderful people, they welcomed us with rare cordiality giving us many useful tips about restaurants and places to visit. The breakfast was 5-star, from freshly baked croissants just taken from the pastry shop to the fresh homemade fruit salad, omelette, cold cuts, jams, yogurt... seen so rarely! Beautiful place and highly recommend it!

Unfortunately, our period of stay was interrupted due to the flu, but Mr. Francesco and his sister made me feel at home. They showered me with attention, something that rarely happens to me: he refunded the stay I didn't use, a great gentleman. Take that to those who say Ligurians are stingy. We will definitely return without a fever.

I stayed 3 nights at the B&B Portobello and I must say that the location and the friendliness of the hosts are commendable. Just a stone's throw from the sea, right in the center between the Bay of Silence and the Bay of Fairy Tales with equipped bathing establishments. And for the evening, right in the center of Sestri Levante, a small and welcoming town. Congratulations for the friendliness and willingness to take care of every detail by the hosts, starting from the parking search, to the advice on where to eat and help in any choice, especially for those, like us, who were staying in Sestri for the first time. I hope to come back soon.
