Staying at Il Parco was a dream! Marta and her family and team are the kindest hosts and the property is absolutely stunning and such a relaxing retreat from the busy towns of Cinque Terre. When the beach was too crowded, or after a busy day of trekking, the pool provided a tranquil spot to cool down with a beautiful view and ample lounge seating. It’s truly the perfect home base to explore the area. The rooms are comfortable and clean and feature outdoor seating areas surrounded by fruit and olive trees overlooking the ocean. The generous shuttle service and breakfast were also amazing to have included. Will definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area! Thank you so much!

Beautiful grounds and view. Unfortunately, the room was small and dark, but very clean. Breakfast was ok but at times limited fruit available. I found the host unhelpful. Arrival after 6 pm with self check-in is disappointing but understandable if you get accurate directions. I was sent a video for the room location which was inaccurate and when I called her to clarify the location, she was annoyed and very sharp, kept asking if I hadn't received the video. We had arrived in the middle of a storm with heavy rain which didn't help. All our luggage was soaked and when I asked her the following morning if we could use a clothesline or airer, she said they had none? She never mentioned she had laundry facilities. I noticed that advertised later. The rest of the staff were friendly. Overall, I felt the room was overpriced for its size.

The Shuttle Service is an extra bonus and the lovely breakfast place with its extraordinary view to the ocean in the morning is the perfect start in the day! Marta is an amazing host! This property is spectacular. Quiet, clean, well located and beautiful views and grounds. Breakfast is top quality with many choices. The walk to and from town is not bad at all. Easy access to shopping, train stations, restaurants and the sea.

Impressive reception and continuous attitude of all the staff. Amazing view, amazing furnishing and outside spaces arrangement! Beautiful village! Our room was missing some space - to leave a bigger suitcase and there were no spaces to take out the clothes except some hangers. Same for the toilet personal belongings- no much space to leave them out. But overall - extremely well cared for place. We were very lucky to have been there and would 100% recommend it and repeat.

We had a short stay at B&B Il Parco and it was very great! The whole property is very beautiful and Marta and her family are very very kind hosts! Though Monterosso is a very crowded place, Il Parco is a little upside the hill, so that we had a very calm stay.

Our host was lovely, we only stayed one night and arrived after midnight as our flight was delayed. She patiently waited for us and spoke to us to give us directions to the place. Extremely central location and we will surely return.

Great welcome by Martha and her family. The property is a bit far from the center but it can be reached quite quickly on foot. Superb view and very quiet. The rooms are distributed all around a very nice well-kept garden. The pool is small but sufficient. The breakfasts are excellent. I recommend this property.

Owner attentive and available. The room, although a bit small, is more than enough for one or two nights. Very clean. A bit far from the old center of Monterosso, but it's not a big deal because it's much less noisy! Breakfast at Giuseppe's restaurant was a very pleasant surprise. Very good homemade specialties.

Good B&B (positive evaluation) overall, nice view from our room, clean and well-maintained. Shuttle service is very useful to reach trains etc. Negative point: the orange juice is not fresh, but boxed, a shame considering the price of the room and the limited number of visitors.

The B&B Il Parco location is great. Regarding breakfast, it's a shame it's not on-site and we don't have the option to choose what we want: for 3 days the same products: 1 glass of water, 1 glass of orange juice, 1 mini sandwich with cheese and ham, and 1 croissant with Nutella.

A very good welcome, lots of explanations. Very pleasant room with outdoor sunbeds to relax in a green setting.\n\nBuffet breakfasts very rich and of excellent quality. We really enjoyed our stay at B&B Il Parco. The room was super clean, beautifully decorated (especially the bathroom - very modern), had a small fridge, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The entire outdoor area is well-maintained and beautifully planted - a truly lovely green oasis! The pool area was also well-maintained and modernly equipped. To get to the city, it takes about a 10-minute walk - though a rather steep path. However, the view from the balcony/terrace due to the location on the hill is priceless. Highly recommended!

A quiet corner with a panoramic view of the gulf! Shuttle service efficient and punctual even though the structure is at most 10 minutes away from the town! Pleasant pool (although small) with a solarium, a peaceful corner in the chaos of the town due to the waves of tourists. The garden is also very well-kept and pleasant! Marta very kind and friendly! All very positive.

Excellent structure immersed in greenery, peace and tranquility prevail, not to mention the view! A 10-minute walk from the center via a shortcut, alternatively shuttle service available from 5:00 pm to 11:00 pm. Rich breakfast, excellent cleanliness and kindness of the staff. I recommend it to all those who want to visit the Cinque Terre but, at the same time, enjoy relaxation.
