Everything fine, very nice landlady.

Very nice place, plenty of space, very comfortable and a very good deal. I didn't realize there were a lot of external stairs involved, which was not a big problem for me but might be for some. There's an elevator in the building. Alot of Genoa is built into the cliffs, so not unusual, I think but not a good choice if someone has mobility issues.

We had a wonderful stay in Genoa at B&B I Rivi very well located by Nuccia. Super bedroom and bathroom and only a short walk from the historic center of the town.

Wonderful place to stay in the heart of Genoa. Nuccia is a gracious and accommodating host. We spent 3 nights there and each morning we requested breakfast at different times, all requests were accommodated. Breakfast is varied and each morning included delicious treats that Nuccia prepared or baked. The room is separated from the apartment and is very comfortable and spacious. The place is immaculately clean. We loved staying here.

A very nice and comfortable stay, very central, close to the Palazzi area, a wonderful host, fantastic breakfast - a place you would appreciate coming again. In spite of my lack of Italian, we could perfectly come along initially in English in writing and then in French. Thank you for the good time!

Nuccia is a gracious host, who really cares for her guests. She carries the luggage up the stairs outside the building. Her baking makes the breakfasts unique. She has great suggestions for seeing and tasting Genova.

We spent 2 days near the center of Genoa. Perfect B&B, no need to take the car. The owner Nuccia gave us a pass to park for free on the street. Excellent welcome. Impeccable cleanliness. Excellent breakfast. The room is independent from the rest of the owners' apartment. Just a slight downside: the room overlooks a small courtyard and is therefore a bit dark. I recommend this bed and breakfast without hesitation.

Lovely guesthouse in a central yet quiet location. Personal care by the hostess and the option to use a, not quite cheap, parking space in a garage across the street, were so enjoyable that we would gladly come back.

We had a good time, adequate price, parking in front with an external staircase that leads to the building and internally a small elevator to go up to the floor, tasty breakfast and the owners available but discreet. Located just outside the center.

First of all, the person who welcomes and manages the activity is very kind and helpful. They also give you the right advice on what to visit. The rooms are really comfortable, clean, and well-kept, in short, they are better than your own home. The bathroom is of the same level. In essence, everything is well above expectations. The breakfast is superb and even arrives on a trolley, something never seen before and loaded with everything. We couldn't consume everything. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

A portion of the house is used for accommodation. Located on one of the many staircases of Genoa, near the Edoardo Chiossone Museum of Oriental Art and the waterfall built inside the Villetta di Negro park. Room with wrought iron bed and ancient vault, small but very clean bathroom with functional shower and excellent toiletries. Located on the 4th floor with elevator in a well-maintained period building. The highlight is the management of the owner Nuccia, nice, sunny, empathetic who brings you a fantastic breakfast, rich in "content" directly to the room at the agreed time, to be consumed on a small table in the room: adorable. We will return here in our future summer weekends in Genoa.

Excellent welcome. It exceeded expectations. A really nice and comfortable place, also good for visiting the city. Mrs. Nuccia was very friendly. She prepared a gluten-free breakfast as I preferred with fruit, yogurt, bread, cheeses, vegetables, fruit juice, and cappuccino. The structure is located in a great position. The only thing is that to reach the entrance you have to climb several stairs, so for those who have a very heavy suitcase, it could become tiring, if you are not too young. Otherwise, the lady who welcomed us is very kind and helpful. The photo of the room perfectly reflects reality.

It is definitely a "gentleman" B&B. Bedroom and bathroom inside the owner's house but with very well separated environments (owners and guests) and no encounters. Perfect cleanliness. The owner (Mrs. Nuccia) is very discreet and caring. Provides all kinds of information for an intense and pleasant stay. The breakfast is exemplary: rich (sweet and savory), more than plentiful, well-taken care of and excellently presented. The goodness of the homemade cookies, sweets and jams is indisputable. The location is very central (aquarium 10 minutes on foot). Parking is difficult but not impossible (two rounds and... found). The area is central so stairs are not lacking, but elevators and funiculars allow the laziest to move easily. Always on foot several restaurants for every palate. Also for these, Mrs. Nuccia is a perfect mentor. Sincere congratulations.

Optimal quality - price ratio. Superlative breakfast, cleanliness and exquisite kindness.

Mrs. Nuccia is very kind, available to welcome guests at any time and ready to provide all the necessary information to visit the city and learn about its structures and traditions. The bathroom is spacious, brand new and sparkling! The house is on a characteristic Genoese staircase, 200 meters from the center, and from there continuing you reach a panoramic point called belvedere. Warm and familiar welcome, very pleasant.

I chose the family solution with the two connecting rooms and private bathroom which turned out to be excellent for our trip to Genoa with two children. Our holiday in Genoa gave us the opportunity to discover this fantastic B&B. We will never forget the kindness and care of Mrs. Nuccia, a hostess who made us feel truly at home. Every morning she delighted us with her super breakfasts: chocolate tarts, cakes, jams, all made by her. Then the focaccia, fresh fruit, yogurt and many other delights. Not to mention the warmth with which she told us about Genoa and her family. The B&B is in a beautiful 19th-century building, a stone's throw from the city center, but the most beautiful thing is the order and cleanliness everywhere. Very convenient for those arriving by car, the possibility to park near the B&B with the pass issued by the Municipality. A big thank you Mrs. Nuccia, for everything.

I stayed at this property with my partner and our two children aged 3 and 6 between December 31, 2016 and January 1, 2017 and we were all thrilled. The bed and breakfast is located on the fourth floor of a building (with elevator), about 10 minutes walk from the old port (where the Aquarium, the biosphere, the city of children and teenagers etc. are located) and from the historic Via Garibaldi. The apartment is inhabited by the family who manages the bed and breakfast and guests are reserved a portion of the house. The four of us had a double bedroom, a room with two single beds and a private bathroom. The two rooms are communicating and privacy is guaranteed by a door that separates the guest rooms from the rest of the house. The rooms are very clean and richly furnished: in the double bedroom there is an area "herbal teas" (kettle, two cups and a selection of herbal teas are available to guests), in each room we found glasses, a water bottle, a bowl with candies and chocolates, the bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer, liquid soap, shower gel sachets, toilet paper, tissues; each of us had two personal towels in addition to the bathrobe. Breakfast was fantastic, at the agreed time we found a table set worthy of a 5-star hotel: at least three types of cookies, fresh sliced bread, Genoese focaccia, two types of homemade cake, yogurt, muesli, fresh fruit, jams, Nutella, two types of fruit juice, water, tea, milk, powdered cocoa, coffee.. It is clear that the landlady runs the business out of passion, she is a discreet presence, but "makes a difference": she provided us with a lot of information about the city and knew how to suggest the places and attractions most suitable for our needs. The apartment does not have private parking, but for a small extra charge, Mrs. Nuccia provides a daily parking pass that allows you to park your car in Via Caffaro (the street on which the property faces). I recommend the property to couples, families, and small groups of friends.

We received a very warm and professional welcome from the owner who went out of her way to give us advice on places to visit and great restaurants. The B&B's location is perfect: you can go everywhere on foot, which was our main need and was fully met. The rooms are also functional and cute, especially the double room with a beautiful frescoed ceiling. The breakfast served in the house's kitchen is abundant and varied, enriched with Genoese specialties and sweet delicacies prepared on the spot. I would recommend this property to anyone who wants to stay in Genoa feeling at home and loves exploring the city on foot.

Excellent location, very close to the center (oh, also a stone's throw from the Genoa esplanade where you will enjoy a magnificent view), impeccable cleanliness, perfect room, perfect bathroom, amazing staff. Sono molto soddisfatto. La struttura è in un'ottima posizione rispetto alle attrattive della città, inoltre è molto accogliente e confortevole. La proprietaria è stata molto ospitale e disponibile nel dare indicazioni su come muoversi a Genova. La consiglierei sicuramente.

Le parole fanno fatica a descrivere la calda gratitudine che si prova dopo un soggiorno come quello vissuto ai Rivi. Senza dubbio il B&B è vicinissimo a tutte le principali attrazioni di Genova e ti permette di girare a piedi per visitare la splendida Via Garibaldi (davvero a due passi), piazza de Ferraris e scendere giù per il caratteristico centro storico fino al Porto Antico. Noi eravamo con due bimbe e abbiamo sempre e solo camminato ed è stato comodo e piacevole. Quindi la location è perfetta! Tra l'altro salendo poche scale si è alla spianata Castelletto da cui rimirare tutto il panorama. Nuccia ci ha accolto con uno splendido sorriso, offrendoci una merenda rigenerante e tutte le informazioni necessarie per muoverci. Ma il mattino era il momento più bello. La tavola imbandita di ogni delizia! Immaginarlo non è possibile. Dai Tortini caldi al cioccolato, alle bombe fritte con lo zucchero, dalla torta margherita ai cereali e frutta fresca, dalla marmellata fatta in casa alla focaccia genovese da gustare con cappuccino schiumato. In ogni piatto c'era il lavoro fatto col cuore da una persona speciale che ci ha fatto sentire coccolate e a casa e con cui ogni parola condivisa è stato un momento arricchente! Le camere sono ampie e confortevoli, piene di ogni cura. La sera rientravamo e trovavamo addirittura bottigline di acqua fresca e camere pulitissime e profumate. Quando tornerò a Genova il B&B I Rivi sarà sempre la mia casa. Grazie Nuccia. L'amore per il tuo lavoro lascia il segno nei nostri ricordi.

Questo B&B è davvero delizioso. Posizionato a due passi da tutte le principali attrazioni della città, permette di muoversi in tutta tranquillità a piedi verso qualsiasi direzione. La padrona di casa è impareggiabile per accoglienza, disponibilità e cucina. La colazione è davvero magnifica e preparata in maniera genuina.

Io e la mia ragazza, abbiamo passata un fine settimana a Genova, in visita della città e dell'acquario. Ci serviva un punto di appoggio e tra le varie recensioni online abbiamo trovato quelle sul B&B I Rivi, molto interessanti e positive. Così di fatti è stato, accoglienza impeccabile, aperitivo di benvenuto offerto dalla signora Nuccia, buonissimo. Camera bellissima, curata e pulita, lo stesso per i servizi, bagno spazioso e confortevole. Al mattino un ottimo risveglio accompagnato da una colazione da star, con il mitico tortino al cioccolato fatto in casa da Nuccia. Che altro dire, servizio eccellente. Se ripasseremo da Genova, sapremo a colpo sicuro dove pernottare.

Abbiamo soggiornato a "I Rivi" per diversi giorni ed è stata un'esperienza da 10 e lode. Il B&B è in una posizione centrale strategica e comodissima sia per spostarsi a piedi verso il centro storico e l'Acquario che ai mezzi (autobus, funicolare, ascensore panoramico). Si deve mettere in preventivo un po' di salita e qualche scala ma a Genova è difficile trovare diversamente e con il pass messo a disposizione dai proprietari, anche il parcheggio non è un grosso problema. Detto ciò, le camere sono veramente confortevoli, di buon gusto, tranquille e curatissime in tutto con, in pratica, il bagno (anch'esso spazioso e comodo) privato. Inoltre sia la pulizia che la privacy sono ai massimi livelli. Il valore aggiunto poi è l'accoglienza e la gestione della signora Nuccia, attentissima e generosa. Le colazioni sono abbondanti e di ottima qualità e, da non trascurare, fatte in casa da Nuccia che vizia letteralmente i suoi ospiti con leccornie e preziosi consigli e suggerimenti su cosa fare e cosa vedere a Genova. Un B&B non solo da consigliare vivamente ma che lascia la voglia di tornare quanto prima.

Ho trascorso tre notti al B&B I Rivi. La camera e il bagno sono eleganti e molto puliti; la posizione è molto buona, centrale, a metà di una scalinata, ma insomma, è Genova. Molto buona anche la colazione. La Signora Nuccia è gentilissima, cordiale e disponibile. Mi ha decisamente viziato. Tornerò sicuramente.

Ospiti di questo bellissimo B&B, detto da uno che ne ha visti parecchi, servizi così veramente sono rari. Aperitivo di benvenuto con tartine con pesto e focaccia genovese e calice. Camere spaziose, pulite, bagno veramente confortevole, in uno spazio isolato tramite porta a soffietto dal resto della casa. Colazione davvero "regale". Che dire, dolci fatti al momento (consigliati i cuori caldi con cioccolato caldo all'interno), torte, frutta fresca, davvero una cosa rara. La gentilezza della signora Nuccia e del marito non hanno eguali. Consiglio di fare quest'esperienza, è bellissimo.

Struttura ottima, eravamo 2 genitori con due bambini piccoli di 3 anni e 18 mesi con un'amica adulta. Camere molto belle e bagno nuovo, tutto perfettamente pulito. C'è un'ottima privacy e un bel silenzio. La signora Nuccia è molto disponibile e comprensiva malgrado noi siamo una famiglia rumorosa. L'accoglienza, la professionalità e la gentilezza fanno parte di questa famiglia che sa davvero ospitare. Le colazioni sono da favola, come le indicazioni date sulla città mentre bevevamo il caffè. Consigliatissimo a tutti.

Abbiamo soggiornato a Genova al B&B I Rivi e merita tutte le recensioni positive che ha. Perfetto per visitare il centro di Genova e l'Acquario. A pochi passi c'è l'Ascensore di Castelletto: imperdibile Genova da lassù. Scendi, fai pochi metri e c'è tutto il centro. Siamo stati con due bambini piccoli e tutto è filato liscio. Pulizia ineccepibile, cura dei dettagli, silenzioso, colazione stratosferica (apprezzatissima da mio marito), bagno e doccia molto comodi. Aiutati in tutto. Non poteva andare meglio. Grazie in particolare alla signora Nuccia - capace di ascoltare ogni dettaglio per poterti agevolare e trascorrere il soggiorno che desideri. Inoltre mi sono sentita poco bene e Nuccia ed il marito sono stati per 20 minuti il mio pronto soccorso. Quindi, se a Genova non volete rischiare, il B&B I Rivi dovete prenotare... a occhi chiusi.

Io e la mia famiglia siamo entusiasti del posto e della signora Nuccia, in particolare. A pochi passi dal centro e dall'Acquario e dai musei; la stanza è molto bella e curatissima, il bagno è perfetto con una ampia doccia, tutto pulitissimo. La colazione della signora Nuccia è non super, di più. E la gentilezza, la cortesia, la disponibilità della signora Nuccia e fam. completano il tutto magnificamente. Sono stata contentissima della scelta fatta !!! Speriamo di tornarci presto !!!

Ottima pulizia, deliziosa la camera e gentilissima e molto ospitale la padrona di casa, disponibile e al tempo stesso riservata.

Di questo B&B ci è molto piaciuta la dislocazione della stanza, che pur all'interno della casa, è posizionata in modo da garantire riservatezza e autonomia agli ospiti. Il bagno è ad uso esclusivo degli ospiti che vi accedono direttamente dalla camera. Vengono fornite le chiavi di casa consentendo così l'ingresso e l'uscita senza vincoli di orario. Che dire dell'accoglienza. La stanza è molto bella e curata nei dettagli. I proprietari sono gentilissimi ed attenti ai bisogni degli ospiti, estremamente disponibili ma sempre discreti. Ottima e di qualità la colazione. A distanza di due mesi ancora ricordiamo con piacere i tortini al cioccolato fatti in casa dalla signora. B&B sicuramente da scegliere.
