Great location, a few minutes up from the train station. Easy to walk down, but if you have luggage take the bus up; the stop is across the street. Dagmar was great and very helpful. This was the best place I stayed among the ten I stayed at during my four-week trip in Europe.

We can only advise you to book a room, we had a very good time! We were in the very spacious double room with a private bathroom. Full breakfast, we didn't miss anything. It's very well located and you can easily reach the tourist city center on foot. Restaurant nearby. Thank you very much to our hosts.

B&B Damì is a very beautiful accommodation. I can confirm all the high ratings. Damì is very kind, easily reachable, and helps with all questions. There are 2 rooms and a cozy common "dining room," where everyone can prepare coffee, tea, toast, etc. at any time. Also enough dishes and glasses extra for each room and you don't even have to wash - Damì picks everything up and the next day the clean dishes are back in place 👍 Pure luxury! The fridge is also divided by rooms and there is enough space for everyone. Every day there is a bottle of water ready and juices for breakfast. You can hardly hear the neighbors and the street noise is barely noticeable, which is not self-evident for Genoa. The single room has an extra bathroom - super nice and with everything you need! I can totally recommend the accommodation.

The availability, friendliness, warmth and empathy of Dagmar and Mimmo before and during the stay were exceptional: they made the rooms and parking available well before check-in and long after check-out. The property is very elegant, the floors are beautiful, the ceilings are high and the cleanliness is fantastic; the breakfast items are plentiful and available throughout the day (coffee, croissants, yogurt, biscuits, etc.). The location makes it easy to get around on foot, and you can quickly reach the historic center and the city center; reaching the building from the highway exit is easy and quick. The parking is right at the building's exit, secure and enclosed, so the safety of the vehicle is guaranteed. An experience to repeat and recommend: many thanks.

Very nice accommodation, simple but above all very clean. I believe that, among the B&Bs we have stayed at, this is without doubt the best. The owner is very helpful and attentive to everything. The directions provided by her were clear and precise. The location is not on the harbor, but it is extremely convenient for public transport (the bus stop is in front of the building). I recommend getting a transport pass: everything becomes much easier, especially if you travel with two children. I really recommend it.

We had a very good stay! The property is very clean and spacious, and we had everything we needed. At first we were worried about not staying in the heart of the centre, but in hindsight we found it much better this way, just a few steps from the centre but without the noise of the historic centre. In addition, Dagmar was a very helpful host. We recommend it!

Great! Dagmar is very helpful and gave us many useful tips for our stay. Characteristic apartment with large meticulously clean rooms, equipped with everything necessary and taken care of in detail. Breakfast lounge well stocked. The area is quite convenient to the center and well served by public transport (bus stop in front of the house and convenient funicular).

The owner was very courteous and super helpful. Having a very large car, she left us the double parking space for the entire period, saving us from the effort of finding parking in Genoa! Communication via WhatsApp was always quick and comprehensive. Well done! I must say that the photos do not do justice to the rooms; they are really nice and well-kept.

My family and I stayed for 2 days at this B&B Damì. The owner is very kind and very helpful in meeting our needs, especially related to the schedules. The premises are very clean and spacious. The room designated for breakfast is beautiful and functional (always available for a herbal tea or a snack H24). In 15 minutes on foot you reach the city center (or the bus stop in front of the house). I recommend it to everyone. Excellent value for money.

We had a very good experience at this property which is just a few minutes walk away (if you don't want to wait for the bus) from Piazza Principe station. Very spacious rooms and bathroom. The owner is very kind and always available to give advice. Breakfast includes various products (prepackaged).

Apartment easily reachable from Principe station and therefore very convenient. The only drawback is the long uphill walk but this is typical of the city being all uphill. Very spacious, comfortable and cozy room. Super clean! Very kind and helpful owners. Highly recommended!

Deserves all 10! I recommend it both for the location, 15 minutes walk from the Genoa Aquarium and the historic center, and for the kindness of the hosts, caring and attentive to everything, they make you feel "at home". The double room is quite large, there is the possibility of free parking (this is worth 100 in Genoa!) and right outside the door there is the bus stop. Thank you for everything, we will definitely come back. B&B Damì.

For a business trip. Excellent location from which to reach the city center and very close to Principe station. Great for those with a car as the owners allowed me to park in the parking lot available at B&B Damì. Dagmar and Mimmo are very kind and helpful. Very comfortable single room, the B&B has recently been renovated and the cleanliness is impeccable. I highly recommend it and hope to return one day.

After a long day of traveling with a late arrival, B&B Damì was already waiting for me on the street to welcome me and show me where the apartment is located; I really liked this (however, it is not difficult to find the apartment). Throughout my stay, she was available to help me. She also recommended a very good restaurant near the apartment. I was alone with my dog and had a very spacious family room with all the necessities, very clean and very comfortable. A breakfast with a lot of choices. The apartment is just a few steps from Principe station and has a perfect location to visit the city. Highly recommended!

Great location and really helpful manager. The cleanliness is impeccable. A perfect choice for those who often use the train and for the historic center. The external bathroom, even if for exclusive use, is a bit uncomfortable but very acceptable. All the comforts are there and the structure is clean in every part. I will definitely come back.

We stayed at B&B Damì for 4 nights in August. I found the structure very welcoming and spacious. A very large family room, with a brand new bathroom and the possibility of a table inside the room where we had breakfast. The breakfast is self-service but everything is taken care of in the smallest details. The structure is a 20-minute walk from the aquarium and 5 minutes by car. The managers gave us the opportunity to park the car in their parking space and provided us with the keys to access it independently. Moreover, in front of the structure there is a bus stop connected to the center. We are very satisfied, I would gladly return.

We stayed at B&B Damì on the night of Ferragosto. The owner is very kind. The room was huge, with a private bathroom. Everything was brand new and very clean. Breakfast with plenty of choices, all obviously sealed (due to covid...). Fridge available. Just a few minutes walk from Principe station. Parking available. In short, very very good.
