Roberto is a very welcoming and friendly host. He is very available and responsive. He suggests places for us to discover. He cares that we feel good at his place. The room is very pleasant, well decorated, and the beds are super comfortable. Breakfast is served in a nice lounge next to the room. I sincerely recommend Roberto's B&B Blabla :)

Roberto is a welcoming and accommodating host. We were able to leave our luggage for a few more hours before taking our train, which allowed us to visit the city more lightly.

Roberto, the host, is kind, welcoming, helpful and friendly. He promptly arranged to obtain breakfast items compatible with my food intolerance and allowed me to use the room both before the official check-in time and in the afternoon of the check-out day. The room is pleasant, well decorated and clean. The en-suite bathroom is new and well equipped. The location, in a quiet residential area, is strategic in the heart of Genoa: the port area and the stations are reachable within 20 minutes on foot, otherwise there is a bus stop less than 5 minutes away on foot. Excellent value for money. I recommend it and I will return.

We stayed for a couple of nights. Roberto was very helpful and kind. The room and bathroom were very nice, in a central area a 10-minute walk from the historic center. Breakfast was plentiful with a variety of choices. Recommended.

The host was truly courteous and helpful, especially in promptly obtaining breakfast items compatible with my food intolerance. We also greatly appreciated the possibility granted by the host to use the room in the afternoon of the check-out day to allow us to freshen up before departing. Highly recommended property.

The location was excellent for me, it was a short business trip (I worked at the Politeama Genovese, which is just a short walk away). It is also close to Genova Brignole station, absolutely recommended for those who travel without a car. Roberto was very kind and extremely helpful. I will definitely come back.

Roberto is an attentive, kind, and super helpful host. He meets every need and is also very discreet. You really feel at home with him. The room is spacious, very nice, and tastefully furnished. I found the bed really comfortable! The bathroom is basic but functional. The area is well-equipped, there is a small supermarket nearby and everything you need (ATM, tobacco shop, bar, and venues), and the station is reachable by bus in 10 minutes. Excellent value for money! I absolutely recommend it.

Positioning is a 20-minute walk from the port area and a 20-minute walk from the "Principe" train station (or about 10 minutes by bus). The owner Roberto is a wonderful and very helpful person. Ideal B&B for those who need a place to stay to visit the city or to stay for a few days of work. Essential, comfortable bed, sufficiently spacious wardrobe, small but functional bathroom. I think the quality-price ratio is excellent, considering the average.

We had a great time! The room was very cozy and the environment was welcoming too. Roberto was super helpful and kind to us. A small suggestion: provide a hairdryer in the room! We definitely want to come back :)
