I particularly liked that I could arrive late, that I was greeted in German, and that I could sleep in a good bed. The bathroom was one of the better ones on my trip, and the breakfast was varied. The location was good for a stop on the drive.

We booked a room for four adults and the extra beds were of very poor quality (they couldn't hold the weight of an adult person). The location is bad, next to a road with heavy traffic. Overall, everything quite old.

grazie lo stesso, non tutti possono essere contenti. pazienza, la prossima volta sapete dove non andare. La casa è stata costruita con il sudore di mio Nonno, noi cerchiamo di farla vivere, ma in tutto ci mettiamo il cuore. Quelli sono letti aggiunti dove abbiamo anche comperato nuovi materassi. Poi io ci ho dormito spesso su quei letti e il mio peso lo hanno retto, voi non sembravate tanto pesanti, ma la necessita di criticare, cova in tutti noi. come detto grazie lo stesso

The room was dirty and had a strong damp,stuffy smell. The glass door could not be closed. Furthermore,I was directed to another B&B and not to Aria. The pool was full of grass and, in short, unusable. Based on my experience and the room I was assigned,I will not return.

B&B in a perfect location to visit Sarzana and the beauties of Liguria. Very kind host and very nice property. It's a pity it's on the provincial road with a lot of traffic, but there are windows to soundproof the rooms and the garden is inside. Recommended!

A fantastic stay. From the welcome to the departure, we felt great. The host is a truly exquisite person, kind, welcoming, and caring. The facility is perfect for everything. From the outdoor pool to the spaces to be outside. Cozy rooms. Spectacular mattress, we slept wonderfully. Very, very quiet rooms. Perfect cleanliness. In short, everything is impeccable. 10 overall rating.

The hotel is very convenient due to its proximity to the hospital we needed to go to. The villa is very nice, and the rooms are quiet despite being close to the provincial road with constant traffic of cars and trucks. Spacious room and very well-equipped bathroom.

Perfect for our needs as it is adjacent to Centroluna, where the vinyl/comic fair took place. We participated as exhibitors. Friendly and helpful manager, spacious room.

Maximilian is very welcoming and helpful. The house is very beautiful and in a convenient area for moving around the various places you want to visit in the surroundings. It is about 15 minutes from the parking lot to get to the beach of Sarzana/Tellaro or San Terenzo. We felt very good both for the welcome and for the movements.

Hello, we are Sandro and Loretta. We spent a weekend in Sarzana at the B&B Aria. We had a good time: spacious and comfortable room, a beautiful Sony TV, a fridge at our disposal, 2 complimentary water bottles, a splendid bathroom with two sinks set in a pink marble from Portugal, excellent towels, excellent and clean sheets, and a very comfortable bed. The only flaw is the location on the street and a 15-minute walk to reach the historic center of Sarzana. I must say that I would return because the quality-price ratio is really good and Massimiliano, the owner, is a welcoming, nice, and very pleasant person. Also, Marinella in Sarzana is 12 km away and in 15 minutes by car you are at the sea.
