Our zero-kilometre breakfast brings together products from the farm and from small local producers we have chosen because they care about doing things well. Lavagè dairy products, baked goods and local specialities follow the seasons and what is available, in a breakfast inspired by Ligurian tradition. We like telling you what is on the table and where it comes from. Because there are many ways to discover a place. One of our favourites is to taste it.
