The room is small and clean. The food, like breakfast, is already in the room, so the next morning you consume it in the room. The door of the room makes me feel a little unsafe as I can see the sign that someone had forcefully entered the room before at the door. The b&b is not in the small alley so position-wise it is ok.

Apartment well located on the outskirts of the old town, divided into guest rooms, we have the choice between a large room on the road side and a small courtyard side, we took the one on the courtyard side because the road is very noisy. The owner welcomed us with patience as we were late due to endless traffic jams! The room was very good. Despite the location almost under the footbridge, the door system allows for little noise. The location is perfect, close to everything, within walking distance! A rating of 7 for breakfast because sweet snacks are not to my taste, but the fruit, yogurt, and coffee were great! We were 3 friends, the room was comfortable and we didn't feel cramped, in the end we were only there to sleep :) The bathroom is described as outside but in reality it is only usable for this room, so no problem. From 10 am onwards, the lady in charge of cleaning passes through the corridor separating the room from the bathroom, but this did not bother us at all. This person was discreet and helpful, our room was cleaned in our absence, thank you. We apologize to the other travelers for the noise we may have made when returning at night, we felt good and on vacation... I recommend and would easily return if the opportunity arises, thank you again :).

Thank you for your welcome. The host is very pleasant and kind. Too bad the air conditioning was not working (no fresh air) as it made the night unbearable. If the air conditioning works again, I highly recommend the room. Plan 15 euros per day for parking, which is a 5-minute walk away.

Given the covid period, breakfast is supplied packaged for hygiene reasons (all branded products), with the only exception of the typical Genoese fresh focaccia. The room price is more than good, considering that it includes the tourist tax (which we also pay for your 16-year-old daughter and not 3-year-old as you indicated in the booking process). A bed in a mixed dormitory in a hostel costs 27.5 euros per person without breakfast. Best regards Nicoletta

The rooms are very well arranged, it is modern and extremely clean. The lady who welcomed us is very kind but it is hard to find, right near the harbor, even on the courtyard side it is a bit noisy and especially it was hot and the air conditioning was not working. \nAs for breakfast, it can be simple and good but here the pastries are low-quality industrial. \nThe main advantage is the proximity to the historic center and the port.

We spent one night with my son at Al Molo. The lady who welcomed us is absolutely lovely. The room and the bathroom are very clean. 10 minutes walk from the aquarium, 6 minutes from the port. The breakfast is sweet and served directly in the room. Excellent value for money. I recommend it and will return myself with pleasure.

Very close to the port of Genoa and with a short walk to the historic center, pregnant and with a two-year-old baby in a stroller I had no difficulty visiting much of Genoa on foot. The host is super kind and helpful, also recommended the nearest and most economical parking (not very easy to find in Genoa), the cleaning lady was also very precise. The structure is a bit old-fashioned, but internally well kept. Super abundant and varied breakfast.

Unfortunately, the stay was not the most pleasant. Firstly, we were not informed about the works on the lower floor, so every morning at 7:30 we were forced to wake up. Additionally, the spaces were not adequately clean and the bathroom was barely sufficient for two people. Upon arrival, the host informed us that the room's fridge was placed in the hallway (the reason is not clear) and that the included breakfast was basically a cart in the room (very cumbersome given the spaces) on which a series of random snacks were placed (who knows for how long). In conclusion, the only two windows overlook a very dark and narrow courtyard, so forget about sunlight once there.

La camera che avete prenotato è una small, per cui e' chiaro che gli spazi sono ristretti. Il frigo è di fronte alla porta della camera per questioni di spazio, ma è personale e dotato di serratura (la chiave è nel mazzo fornito). Che la camera affaccia sul cavedio interno è chiaramente scritto nella descrizione della camera. I bed e breakfast per obbligo di legge e per quistioni igieniche possono somministrare solo ed esclusivamente prodotti confezionati e sigillati. La colazione comprende frutta, yogurt, acqua/the/caffè/latte/succo di frutta, biscotti, barrette di cereali, brioche e merendine, fette biscottate, marmellata, miele e nutelline.Tutti i prodotti sono di marca e assolutamente non presenti li da tempo ( se aveva dei dubbi poteva tranquillamente chiedere, le avremmo fatto vedere le confezioni con la data di scadenza o le fatture della spesa che facciamo settimanalmente). Le modalità di colazione, che si fa in camera in maniera "self", sono comunque ben indicate sul ns sito. Bisogna essere coscienti che i bed e breakfast sono una via di mezzo tra un ostello e un albergo, offriamo ad un ottimo prezzo camere confortevoli, con bagno privato, climatizzate, in pieno centro e a due passi dell'acquario, ma se si vuole la camera ampia con vista e la colazione a buffet occorre prenotare diversamente. I stayed at Al Molo for one night for a weekend between Genoa and the beaches of Quinto and Nervi. The location is perfect! The price is reasonable and the lady who welcomed us was very kind (if you need information or advice, she is very helpful). The room was comfortable and had everything you need (soaps, shampoo, hairdryer, towels, conditioner, and a mini fridge). The breakfast cart included was great (fruit, yogurt, tea/coffee/milk/juice, biscuits, packaged bars, croissants, and muffins, toast and jam, Nutella...). Around the property, there are some of the best restaurants and in a few minutes, you are at the Genoa Aquarium and the Old Port.

For breakfast, there were only sweets, which is not to our liking. Bread and butter were missing. Furthermore, the Wi-Fi stopped working at a certain point in the evening, and there was no one to ask. Not even the next morning was it possible to access the Wi-Fi.

A nice accommodation in a very strategic location. Unfortunately, the room we took, which would be the one with a double bed plus two small beds, has a view right in line with the overpass. Well soundproofed, we had no noise problems, but much better are the other rooms overlooking the inner courtyard. The owner was very friendly during the booking phase, but we didn't have a chance to meet her. After check-in, we immediately left for city tours, returned late at night, and left early in the morning. Breakfast may not be typical with packaged products and self-service pods, but still with a great variety (snacks, cookies, rusks, fruit, yogurt, juice, milk, and coffee available).

The only flaw is that the TV was not working, and since I was recovering from a foot fracture, I was not always out and spent several hours in the room. A working TV would have helped pass the time.

Strategic location if you want to visit the Aquarium and the historic center. Paid car garage Marina Park (maximum €15.00 for 24 hours) 500 meters away for those arriving by car. Trattoria next to the entrance of Al Molo, and many others nearby. Nicoletta, the owner, is attentive and caring. A pity the presence 8/10 meters as the crow flies from the quadruple room, of the elevated Aldo Moro, but sufficiently isolated acoustically. Attention, if you arrive from Corso Europa, the navigator indicates late the road that descends towards Piazza Cavour and Al Molo, with the risk of continuing in a loop on the overpass and making many more kilometers!

Great location to reach the center, the port, and the aquarium. The room is very close to the Genoa Aquarium and the historic center, practically a 5-minute walk away. It's small but extremely clean, just the way we like it, with everything needed for a pleasant stay: coffee machine, breakfast, hairdryer, towels, etc... The window overlooks an internal courtyard and at night we didn't hear a fly despite leaving it open. Everything was really nice, even the lady who hosted us was very kind in giving us advice and on the day of departure she gave us a piece of focaccia. Great solution for exploring Genoa, 200 meters from the Aquarium and the San Giorgio metro, with which you can reach both the city center (Piazza De Ferrari, also reachable on foot in 20 minutes) and both Genoa stations (Principe and Brignole) in a few minutes. Maximum autonomy, Mrs. Nicoletta, kind and discreet, gives you the keys directly and breakfast is in the room. Everything packaged but of top quality (Mulino Bianco croissants, Nesquik bars, Mister Day Muffins), and for two mornings the lady brought us the typical Genoese focaccia just out of the oven!

The bed and breakfast is located inside a rather large building. It's practically an apartment that has been converted into rooms. The property is well-maintained, clean, and recently renovated. Our room (a triple) was quite spacious but with a rather small bathroom. Despite some rooms facing a rather busy street, the soundproofing towards the outside is good. The same cannot be said for internal soundproofing: noises from other rooms and apartments in the building are quite noticeable. The breakfast is self-service, meaning that everything you need is in the room (coffee machine, milk frother, croissants, biscuits, jams, fruit juices, yogurt, etc). With some small adjustments, the stay for guests could be improved (for example, bedside lamps are missing, which forces you to always leave the ceiling light on, there are no support points in the bathroom, etc). Certainly, the strength of the property is its location (a stone's throw from the old port and the aquarium) and the kindness of the owner, always available to give advice on visiting the city. Overall, the quality-price ratio is good.

Great location, right in the center and only 5 minutes from Porto Antico with all its attractions. The lady who welcomed us was very kind and helpful, she also offered us the excellent Genoese focaccia. Breakfast is in the room with packaged foods, but very rich and suitable for all tastes.

We spent a weekend and had a great time. The bed and breakfast is in front of Al Molo. You cross the street and find yourself inside the Port. A short walk away is the Aquarium, the Maritime Museum, and the departure point for boat trips. Breakfast is served on a trolley and is very abundant. Mrs. Nicoletta is a helpful person. On Sunday, there was a problem with the running water and she immediately took action to resolve it. Due to the inconvenience, she gave us a discount. We parked at the nearby paid parking Marina Park. If we were to return to Genoa, we would definitely book there. We are a family of two adults and two children.

La signora che gestisce la struttura è molto gentile e cordiale, massima disponibilità, orari flessibili. Stanza molto grande e pulita. Posizione comodissima al porto antico e al centro, vicina anche alla metropolitana. Assolutamente consigliata.

Io e famiglia siamo rimasti solo una notte, ma se torno a Genova per un weekend più lungo torno volentieri in questo B&B. Ottima la posizione per chi come me è in visita all'acquario e vuole visitare il cuore della città. A piedi infatti si possono raggiungere facilmente le principali piazze. La signora poi è molto gentile e premurosa nel fornire indicazioni e dare suggerimenti. Il valore aggiunto poi è la colazione, ottima e abbondante. Inoltre ci ha fatto trovare frutta fresca e acqua in camera e plum-cake senza glutine per mia figlia celiaca. Gentilissima! Grazie.

Ottima posizione per visitare zona porto antico e centro città. nonostante la vicinanza con la tangenziale non si sentono rumori in camera (noi eravamo proprio nella stanza che s'affaccia sulla strada). Colazione abbondante e curata, servita direttamente in camera. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. La titolare è molto cortese, attenta alle esigenze e disponibile. Camere e bagno puliti, accoglienti e moderni. Wi Fi presente in camera, tv e aria condizionata.

Disponibilità eccellente della Signora, letti e bagno buoni. La vicinanza della strada sopraelevata non disturba, come anche il Mercato del pesce, che è proprio di fronte al B&B. Ci ha creato qualche problema il mal funzionamento dell'acqua calda/fredda, ma tutto il resto è ok. Per la cena consiglio la Trattoria.
