The apartment is convenient and clean. Air conditioning works well. The swimming pool is nice. Improvement points: Many cigarettes on the floor around the building. This should be cleaned. Owner smoking near breakfast is unpleasant.

We stopped at Agriturismo La Pineta for one night, a delight! And the ravioli indeed excellent! It's a pleasure to see the nonna making them in the morning during breakfast.

Rien à dire c était parfait. La route est sinueuse pour arriver mais la piscine, le service, le restaurant sont au top. A conseiller vraiment.

We had a very pleasant stay, beautiful pool and quiet place. The owners were very helpful and caring as well as the restaurant staff. As for the restaurant, what more can I say than we ate very well, especially the homemade ravioli.

Great welcome, structure suitable for our needs, correct price considering the service, good location to visit the 5 Lands.

Very nice accommodation and the owner as well as the staff are super friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious with plenty of space and clean. The bathroom is also nice and spacious. And the surroundings are pleasantly quiet. Only the breakfast leaves much to be desired. Only sweets. No cold cuts, cheese, or eggs.

It was a great 5 days we spent at Agriturismo La Pineta from 09.05 to 14.05.24. We felt completely comfortable. The kindness of the owners and staff was really great. Breakfast was totally sufficient for us. We dined at the property every evening, known for its ravioli variations. The food was great. Although Agriturismo La Pineta is a bit off the beaten path, it's only 15 minutes to La Spezia, where buses, trains, and ferries depart for the Cinque Terre. You can also visit the places with your own car. However, parking spaces are scarce and relatively expensive (at least 3 € per hour). If we are in the area again, we will definitely book this accommodation again. Thank you Barbara & Angelo.

Agriturismo La Pineta well located on the outskirts of La Spezia in a peaceful and natural environment, renovated, managed by a lovely family that turns into excellent hosts. Both breakfast and dinner were rich and varied. We will definitely come back. Thank you.

We were enchanted. Exceptional food, peace and tranquility. The people who work there and the owners put a lot of passion into it and this is clearly perceived.

Farmhouse located in the greenery, but close to the city. The room and the bathroom are spacious and very clean. The breakfast is very abundant and the value for money is excellent. The kindness of the owner is priceless. I highly recommend it.

What can I say, structure with excellent family management. Quality cuisine at a good price. Super ravioli!

Very nice farmhouse, in the countryside in the hinterland of La Spezia, dinner was also excellent.

B&B immersed in the greenery a short distance from La Spezia, convenient as a base to visit the 5 Lands. Kind and friendly staff, spacious and clean room. Excellent homemade food. A must try.

Fabulous place, located on top of a hill. The only flaw is the road is particularly difficult, narrow and with challenging hairpin bends. We were on a motorcycle and it was easy to get through it, though... Restaurant with exceptional cuisine. Beautiful small pool very useful after a tiring day to regain strength!

One-night stay over the weekend. Wonderful property with a pool and excellent restaurant, with fair prices and attentive and caring service. Friendly and easygoing managers. We will definitely come back.

Farmhouse on a hill immersed in an oasis of peace and tranquility, far from the chaos and noises of the city.
