So, did you ever imagine putting your head on a bed in the 12'th century palace of a Genoese admiral? This palace, to be clear, is not the 15th century Renaissance version a block wide, but rather a twelfth century urban fortress abutting the Cathedral, smaller, probably more comfortable, and in the end, more to my taste: instead of soaring ceiling frescoes with flying putti, this noble dwelling has delicate paintings on its ancient rafters. We took the entire suite on the first floor, two bedrooms and a kitchen dining area, about 60 sq meters or 800 sq feet. The rooms are renovated with quality materials and good furnishings, and beautifully decorated. Vey quiet, as you might expect with walls a meter thick. The owner is an older gentleman with elegant manners, and his welcome, while reserved, could not be more genuine -- he is extremely proud to share with you this remarkable dwelling. It is located in a no-driving zone an eight minute walk from the Pietrapicca car park. We had no trouble finding it given its location a few meters from the cathedral, but you won't see the sign until you are looking directly at the door which opens to the short section of the street with steps.

La mejor atención posible y el mejor lugar de la ciudad. El señor Carlo es el perfecto anfitrión! Me ha dado muchos consejos utilísimos acerca del transporte, qué ver y dónde comer. El desayuno que prepara es abundantísimo y delicioso, con repostería y mermeladas caseras. El B&B se encuentra a 30 metros de la catedral, desde donde se llega a todas partes en nada de tiempo. La limpieza es perfecta, con cambio diario de toallas y cada tres noches las sábanas. Es un lujo dormir en un edificio del siglo XIII, con todas las comodidades en la habitación. el wifi falla muchísimo, pero eso es lógico debido a que está en un caruggi. Muchas gracias por su atención, señor Carlo!

In pienissimo centro, zona tranquilla e silenziosa, appartamentino in palazzo storico affascinante. Ambiente accogliente, stanza molto ben riscaldata, letto avvolgente e confortevole, ampio bagno funzionale e pulitissimo. Buona la colazione con anche focaccia genovese, forse avrei gradito pure uno yogurt e dei cereali. Il gestore è persona squisita, gentilissima, generosa. Molto disponibile, mi ha aspettata fino a tardi per il check-in ed è stato molto elastico per il check-out. Dispensa ottimi consigli e suggerimenti, sia per le visite turistiche sia sulle curiosità della città. B&B assolutamente consigliato.

La struttura è accogliente e confortevole, dotata di ingresso esclusivo con il gestore accanto per ogni necessità. Mostra tratti di storia passata attraverso le travi in legno del 1200 e i blocchi di pietra del vecchio molo di Genova riutilizzati probabilmente in tante abitazioni. Il gestore è persona socievole e disponibile a dare informazioni storiche e geografiche. La colazione è stata ottima così come anche la sua disponibilità a supportarmi in necessità extra come la stampa di alcuni documenti che mi occorrevano al momento.

Abbiamo scelto questa struttura per la sua posizione centrale. Carlo, proprietario e gestore, è una persona squisita. Abbiamo prenotato il solo pernottamento nella camera con due letti. A disposizione degli ospiti gratuitamente caffè e acqua. Pur dotata di ogni comfort, la sistemazione è molto buia perché la finestra affaccia su un condotto. Non so se la camera con letto matrimoniale goda di luce e aria; in tal caso è adatta a soggiorni di più notti.

Buongiorno, l'edificio in cui è situata la nostra struttura è un palazzo ,vincolato dalla Sovrintendenza ai beni culturali,del 1200 pertanto la disposizione delle camere prevede 2 affacci di cui uno su un cavedio generato dalla costruzione negli anni passati di altri edifici.Probabilmente anticamente l'affaccio era su prati.L'altra camera invece affaccia sulla strada originale del 1200 denominata,infatti vico di Scurreria La Vecchia.Comunque la camera in questione ha il vantaggio di essere molto silenziosa e più spaziosa ed è dotata,come l'altra camera,di impianto di condizionamento.Quanto sopra per maggior delucidazione.Comunque grazie per la recensione effettuata

Struttura confortevole e pulita in ottima posizione. Camera molto silenziosa, letto comodo (consiglierei una maggiore illuminazione in camera). Gestore gentilissimo e disponibile. Colazioni ottime ed abbondanti con gustoso yogurt prodotto dal gestore. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Questa location ci è piaciuta molto, è in centro, abbastanza vicina alla stazione Brignole (per chi ha le gambe buone non ci vuole molto ad arrivare) e servita da bus e metro, l'ambiente è molto particolare, non grandissimo ma curato e la colazione è stata spettacolare, tavola imbandita con ogni ben di dio: burro, marmellate e yogurt fatti dal padrone di casa (buonissimi!), focaccia, brioche freschissime, Nutella, pane fresco e fette biscottate, succo d'arancia e fette di melone. Che dire, ci torneremo sicuramente!

Ottima sistemazione in centro a Genova, comodissima per Porto Antico, Acquario e Teatro Carlo Felice. Assolutamente da consigliare e un plauso al gestore che è molto gentile.
