A Casa di Mila

Marcella gave us a very warm welcome at her B&B. The room was clean and spacious. The pool was excellent for a refreshing swim. The B&B is a 20-minute walk from the beach and the lovely village of Sori. We had a lovely stay!

Very lovely place to stay, we had a relaxing time, the area is beautiful, in nature, and the pool was a nice touch, especially since we were the only ones there that afternoon. Would be back if ever in the area. Also very nice host :)

Marcella is a very kind host. She tries her best to accommodate every guest with great service. Hope we can visit again. This village is really great if you like the authenticity in Italy. Nice beach, nice local restaurants. Close to Portofino if you want to visit, but you would not like to stay in those crowded posh places.

Very nice accommodation with a very nice owner, helping always out. Road to the hotel is very narrow which is difficult for larger cars, the driveway down to the hotel is really a challenge, needs some patience. Could do my washing there, which is very much an add-on. Unfortunately no dryer available, drying on the drying line outside. Overall, a clear recommendation.

Super kind and nice owner Mila. Every day she cleaned the room and made my bed, this is really cute. In the room there are kettle, ironing board and iron, fridge, the bed is comfortable! The breakfast is fresh, variety of fruits, bakery, yogurt, boiled eggs, coffee and tea. The location is 15 mins walk to the seaside, it's a quiet place far from busy roads and crowds - a real pleasure for those who need the unity with nature. I enjoyed the stay and would love to get back there one day!

Marcella is a fantastic host. She greeted us warmly upon our arrival and always made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed during our stay. The rooms are cozy, quiet, very clean and bright. Having a small fridge and a tea kettle in the room was really convenient, as well as the balcony. The house is close to the ocean and restaurants (15 minutes by foot via a small trail along the river). We also got to enjoy the pool and lounge chairs. Breakfast was delicious and Marcella was very kind to offer us gluten free options. We definitely would stay there again and hope that we do someday.

We had a very comfortable stay at Mila's bed and breakfast. The room and bed were very comfortable and the shower was excellent! The breakfasts were great too, especially Mila's homemade pastries. Mila is very helpful and friendly.

We felt really good at A Casa di Mila, we had a great stay. The rooms are very comfortable and everything in the room is of high quality. There's a very comfortable bed with many pillows, a TV with Netflix, a water boiler, a fridge and even an ironing board. We were in the superior room, which has a very large terrace that we enjoyed a lot. The breakfast was very carefully prepared and was perfect, we could choose each day which type of croissants we liked, and there is bread, focaccia and more. The pool is shared with two other rooms and an apartment on the ground floor, which worked well. The house is located in a quiet area, a bit further from the beach and center, and in 15-20 minutes you can reach the center via a car-free walking path and for us this was fine. We arrived without a car, which made arriving with suitcases a bit complicated, but when we left Marcella's father gave us a lift to the station. This is exactly how we experienced our stay at A Casa di Mila, Marcella does her utmost best to cater to the needs of the guests, and this makes this place very special. We are grateful and will try to come back.

Splendid b&b with great hospitality.

We stayed for 4 days and it was a wonderful stay: the hostess is an extremely kind lady that takes care of every detail before one asks for it and always with a smile. The room was very comfortable, the bathroom enormous (a second room, my husband said when the owner opened the door to show it to us), everything perfectly clean, the mattress exactly to our liking for a restful sleep, the breakfast delicious and with nice variety, the car safely parked. The view from the balcony to the swimming pool, the stream (where ducks hang out usually in the morning) and the hill is especially calming. The Sori beach and also the train station where one can take the train for Genoa, Portofino or Cinque Terre is a 20-minute walk from the property.

The host is amazing and will make sure to make your stay as comfortable and memorable as possible. They even dropped us to the nearest train station and helped us in planning our trip to the nearest places worth visiting.

Basic but clean property, equipped with all useful and necessary things. Very quiet, and I must say that Marcella(the owner) was really very kind and helpful. Breakfast was excellent, truly rich and super tasty with authentic Ligurian focaccia. It was only one night, but we will definitely return. To get to the sea, it is about 20 minutes on foot.

We spent a couple of beautiful days! The structure is very beautiful, very clean and located away from the chaos of the center, which is still reachable with a pleasant walk along the river. Marcella is very competent, helpful, respectful and generous: I will definitely come back!

After staying for a few days 'A Casa di Mila', we highly recommend the property for the excellent cleanliness, the supplies available both in the room, for example refrigerator, kettle, TV, WiFi, air conditioning, etc., and in the common areas such as the garden with pool, chairs, tables, and sun loungers. The welcome is very kind, and the location is absolutely quiet and surrounded by greenery. The breakfast offer is varied and of quality. We found the walk of about 20 minutes to the center of Sori and the sea pleasant. The property is therefore recommended for those who love walking or are happy to take the stairs, which are necessary to reach, from the garden area, the breakfast room or their own room.

Great property! Spacious and very clean room. Fantastic pool. Good breakfast. The owner is very kind and very helpful. Just a little tight the road to reach the property.

We were definitely satisfied with the service offered by this structure. We stayed in the Double Economy for two nights and we have nothing negative to say. The manager was very kind and helpful, welcomed us very well. The room was clean and with all the expected comforts. Abundant breakfast and clean, very large pool. \nThe only flaw is the distance from the sea, but if you are satisfied with the pool, it's perfect. \nWe will definitely come back.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa di Mila. The room and the bathroom are clean, excellent breakfast, hospitable staff. We will definitely come back next summer. 5 stars.

We stayed from 8 to 15 August. Approximately 20 minutes away from the sea, but I can guarantee that the walk along the river is a real pleasure, we did it every day 4 times a day. By car it's only 2 minutes but finding parking is a real challenge. The kindness, courtesy, and availability of the landlady, Mrs. Marcella, make the strengths of the structure. Genuine, abundant and quality breakfast, with products for celiacs, local (Genoese focaccia with and without onions DELICIOUS) and homemade cakes, as well as fresh croissants every day. Also cold cuts, cheeses, fresh fruit, cereals (various types), sweets and packaged biscuits, and various types of tea, herbal teas and Nesquik powder. Our room was large and spacious with an external balcony, furnished with everything you need (wardrobe, bedside tables, minibar and TV). Bath towels changed every 3 days, large and comfortable bathroom with multiple support points, equipped with everything you need (shower gel, hairdryer with diffuser). Unheated pool with diving board, not suitable for non-swimmers as it is deep, equipped with sun loungers, umbrellas, and free towels. I highly recommend this property, we had a great time.

Very relaxing, large and clean room and bathroom with balcony, super friendly staff and top breakfast, I would definitely come back.

I stayed with a friend in this splendid structure far from the city chaos, immersed in nature where one can find oneself and enjoy spectacular views thanks to the numerous trails that can be taken nearby. The property is new, has 3 rooms, all with a balcony overlooking the river. Our room was small but well equipped, wardrobe, television with Netflix, small fridge where Marcella very kindly provided us with water upon our arrival. The large bathroom is well furnished and equipped with everything necessary, there is even a hairdryer with a diffuser (those with curly hair can understand me!). The breakfast room is very welcoming and well lit, in a corner there are various flyers and brochures on the trails and activities to do in the area. Abundant breakfast both sweet and savory, with the inevitable Ligurian focaccia, a real delicacy! The house has a lovely garden with a pool, overlooking the riverbank and a parking area for guests. From the house, you can easily reach the center of the small town with a path, also illuminated in the evening, that runs along the river and leads to the sea in about 15 minutes. The train station is about a 30-minute walk away and is a perfect alternative to reach other nearby locations (Recco, Camogli) without worrying about parking. The owner Marcella was very kind and super helpful. We highly recommend it for those who love tranquility and want to discover the natural beauty while walking.

Fantastic stay! From day one we were warmly welcomed by Mila, the hostess who immediately makes you feel at ease. The rooms are basic but spotless and very well equipped, with a comfortable mattress, a small fridge and a kettle. The room and bathroom are spacious and well maintained. After a day out, the pool is a wonderful place to cool off. You can also buy a drink there at very affordable prices. The breakfast is very well prepared: not excessive, but everything you need is available. Both sweet and savory options, all fresh and tasty. The location is ideal: about a 15-minute walk from the center, along a flat road that runs by the river. The village itself is beautiful, with authentic trattorias where you can eat deliciously. In short: a top stay! We will definitely come back.
