Villa Maria was perfect for me, my wife, my daughter, my son-in-law, my brother and my sister-in-law. It was very well maintained and set back from the main road, Via Appia. Francesco was extremely helpful, making suggestions and even gave us a quick tour of Scauri so we could learn the local spots, including the beach. We were very close to relatives, which made the experience amazing. The room was perfect for us. We will definitely use Villa Maria again.

The location is far from Scauri beach, but by car and using the parking subscriptions, costing 15 euros per week, you can park easily along the seafront and throughout the territory of the Minturno municipality. The room was comfortable and air-conditioned. The property is set away from the road, so you sleep well at night. Breakfast was excellent, with croissants and other pastries. If desired, you can also request a savory breakfast, which is served outdoors under a beautiful porch. Francesco is an excellent host, kind and very willing to provide information about the area's attractions.

The soul and the deus ex machina of the property is Francesco, present and discreet at the same time. With him the property runs like clockwork: excellent cleanliness, comfortable and functional rooms, a fantastic breakfast and finally a fairytale garden.

In a very difficult moment in my life, when my daughter was hospitalized in Formia, I got to know Villa Maria out of necessity and I was greatly impressed.
