The apartment is perfect for spending a few nice days in Rome. It is in a great location, close to the Vatican and a metro station, yet situated in a quiet, peaceful place. The room and bathroom are nice and comfortable. Luca is one of the best hosts. He is helpful and kind. We noticed that it is important to him for his guests to feel good. I highly recommend this accommodation.

We stayed from Friday to Sunday. The property is easy to reach and in an excellent location because it is near the Vatican and just a 2-minute walk from Cipro metro station, from which we reached everything we wanted to see in Rome. In the area, within a few minutes' walk, there are many nice cafés where you can have breakfast. The host was very helpful both during check-in, giving us several useful pieces of information, and by allowing us to use the room for luggage even after check-out time, since there were no imminent bookings after ours. We recommend this place.

The B&B is in a truly excellent location, just a few steps from the main attractions and with great connections for getting around the city. The service is excellent. The host was extremely helpful and friendly, ready to give useful advice and to meet every need with a smile. In short, a highly recommended property for those looking for comfort, hospitality and a strategic location.

Clean, welcoming, and comfortable accommodation. Surrounded by grocery stores, bars, and pizzerias. Very close to the metro stop, but you can still comfortably reach St. Peter's in 20-25 minutes on foot. Very helpful and kind manager.
