We had a wonderful experience staying here during our trip to Rome. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The location was great, close to the Vatican (15-minute walk), public transportation (bus and train 3-minute walk), about 30 minutes to the main Rome attractions, yet tucked away enough to feel relaxing after a long day of exploring. The host Titi was friendly, responsive, and shared great local tips that made our visit even more enjoyable. Check-in was smooth, and I felt very welcomed throughout my stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome. We would happily stay here again the next time I’m in this amazing city. Grazie mille for a fantastic stay! 🌟

We absolutely loved our stay at Vatican Fairytale Garden. It was such a pleasant and enjoyable experience from start to finish.\n\nOur host, Titti, is truly a gem. She's incredibly friendly and genuinely kind. Whenever we messaged her, she replied super fast, and she met us in person to give us all the info we needed. Since it was our first time in Rome, her useful tips were a lifesaver! She even went above and beyond by making sure we could check in really late at night, which was a huge help.\n\nThe location is perfect too. It's wonderfully quiet, yet just a stone's throw from the Vatican and St. Pietro train station. Plus, there are tons of buses nearby that can zip you right into the heart of Rome and to all the other amazing attractions.

This property is very clean and comfortable, and close to a local train station which has frequent connections to Roma Termini.\n\nThe host Titti is a super nice lady, she meets guests in person and provides all information a visitor will need.\n\nI’m very satisfied with my stay.

The host was very helpful, gave a lot of tips for making the best out of our stay. Clean rooms, quiet neighbourhood and a beautiful garden with cats. Easy access to the train station, bus stops, restaurants and supermarkets. Would definitely recommend, especially as the price was very good for the quality.

The room is stunning and welcoming, located about ten minutes on foot from St. Peter's and surrounded by numerous services (from transportation to supermarkets and restaurants). The owner was extremely kind, giving numerous tips on how to get around the area, what to visit, and where to eat well. She certainly made this stay in Rome even more unforgettable. Thank you.

We had a great time as it had all the valid kitchen appliances with the possibility, if we had wanted, to prepare both breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Very spacious and bright rooms. I think if we return to Rome we will book here again.

Highly recommended structure, the apartment is comfortable and tastefully furnished, you can perceive that the owner has tried to think of satisfying any need of her guests, Titti is extremely helpful and friendly, she makes you feel at "home" right away... it's a quiet area and not far from home you find the bus stop that takes you right to the center. Rome leaves you breathless wandering through every alley and I must say that Titti's apartment has helped make our resting hours very pleasant.

I stayed at this property for almost 3 weeks and I had a great time. The owner Titti immediately showed herself to be courteous and helpful, even providing toys to keep my son entertained. The accommodation is comfortable and very well organized, and its location is strategic both from a tourist perspective being near San Pietro, and in times of need being close to Bambino Gesù Hospital. I recommend it to everyone, I had a great experience and I'm already planning to return.
