Its strategic location makes it the nearby metro stations are perfect if you need to get around the city (Metro A - Lepanto, Metro A - Ottaviano...).

We are working without breakfast, but the shared kitchen has everything you need for a quick self-catering breakfast. You can have breakfast at the time you prefer. (coffee pod machine, dishes and pans and everything you need to cook. Toaster, kettle, microwave oven) We always leave coffee pods and some products as a welcome.

The apartment is well located, close to the metro and Vatican in an area with many restaurants and shops. There is a bit of noise in the morning because the street is very busy. The room needs a refresh but is very decent. The bedding is good, towels were changed during the stay. The kitchen is decent and practical (coffee provided). Higher quality bath products could have enhanced the bathroom. We recommend it.

The photos on the website definitely do not reflect the state of the B&B, in the photos it looks much newer, while in reality it is very neglected and quite simple. The room was very dirty, dust bunnies under the desk and near the bedside tables, dust also on the bathroom radiator, towels couldn't be placed. The room is cold! Upon our arrival, we found the window wide open, surely for ventilation, but since we arrived at dinner time it was still cold in the room. The window is full of drafts, the fixture is new, but it was not installed properly, looking at it from the bed you can see a lot of spaces in the wall. As a result, the room is cold and also noisy in the morning. The traffic noise makes you wake up very early. The air conditioner turns on but does not heat at all, we were cold at night. Radiators were off. The bed blanket was really thin, there was no second blanket in the room. I also recommend changing the management of the main door opening. Fortunately, we entered behind other people, otherwise we would have waited 20 minutes outside for the lady to look at her phone to open remotely. Positive notes: halfway through our stay, the lady changed our towels, she was very kind. We were able to leave our luggage after check-out in the common area of the B&B (even though they were not guarded, it was still convenient). The location is very convenient for getting around with public transport, Ottaviano metro is right in front.

Excellent cleanliness, quite strategic location, Silvia was an angel! She directed, helped, and advised us. Also, just ask her anything and she will try to help you as much as possible! The bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is small but equipped with everything you need. You are just a few steps from Ottaviano metro stop, there are also good places right in this area, otherwise you are not even 10 minutes walk from the Vatican.

I stayed only one night at this property. Excellent location but the cleanliness was really poor: there was dust everywhere. Moreover, there was no hand soap in the bathroom but two already opened bottles of shampoo and shower gel in the shower. Good value for money.

The staff was really kind, helpful, and efficient. The bathroom was very poor, chipped bidet, and faucet of the sink and the shower that splash water everywhere making it uncomfortable to use. Water not hot enough for the shower.
