The room had everything and was really clean. The lady owning it is very nice and helpful.

It has become our point of reference in Rome. We will always stay here; we have everything within reach: the metro, buses, grocery stores. Not to mention the obsessive cleanliness and order. We are, as always, satisfied. Thank you, see you soon.

The environment is very clean, comfortable, and well organized. The furniture is brand new. The owner is very courteous and helpful. I was a guest for one night during a business trip and I am absolutely satisfied with the choice. I recommend it and I will definitely return. Breakfast is not included, but right across the street, there is an excellent pastry shop! Thank you.

The structure is well furnished and clean. You can really notice the precision as soon as you enter. There is street parking or a paid garage. For breakfast, you can go to the bar in front or they have their own equipped kitchen. We were really satisfied.

A nice 10 for the facility, for the availability of the manager, for cleanliness, and for the quality-price ratio. The nine for the location depends on the fact that the metro line C is still not finished, and therefore we have to change at San Giovanni to go to the center, but it deserves a 10 for the tranquility of the neighborhood. For breakfast, even if not provided, there is an excellent pastry shop right in front of the entrance door that is affiliated with the facility. Overall, highly recommended.

The structure is new, convenient to public transport and very clean and well organized. Chiara was available to receive me even before the scheduled check-in time. In the area, it is possible to find bars and restaurants. Great experience.

Everything is perfect, Chiara is truly a treasure. It is now my go-to place when I go to Rome. I recommend it.

In a beautiful building with an elevator, on the sixth floor, in a quiet and well-connected area (near Metro C, stops Malatesta and Pigneto, a bus stop not far away, about 10 minutes by car from Tiburtina Station) lies this splendid B&B, brand new and equipped with all the latest technologies and comforts, with a complete kitchen, laundry room, and a nice common living room. Don't be put off by the bathroom outside the room, as the doors are exactly opposite those of the rooms, and it won’t cause any inconvenience to your privacy. The breakfast, at a partnered bar-patisserie located at the corner of the block, in front of the property, will provide you with a more than satisfactory breakfast. I hope to be able to return soon, even for a longer stay, to benefit from the kindness, courtesy, hospitality, and cleanliness guaranteed by the very kind Mrs. Chiara, who will meet all your needs and questions. In a word: book with confidence, you won't be disappointed!
