Our B&B is placed at Roma art city, rich in archaeological sites and buildings of great architectural merit, in a quiet, panoramic setting, in the heart of the city nearby Colosseo. "Tucci'S House" is a prestigious home where the echoes of times past linger in sounds, scents and emotions, design with meticulous attention to detail, a lovely, refined building.

Our guests will be able to stroll around the lights and colours of the shopping streets, explore tradition and culture along your own delicious fine food and wine trail, take in countless cultural events and unique exhibitions, exploring museums and exhibition areas.
Near our facility you can find several monuments and famous places. Remember that just only 370 m away there is the 'Basilica di San Giovanni in Laterano'.

I liked this place. It was very close to the metro line and we were close to an excursion we had booked in the city. The place was tidy and the owner was great and very communicative. She arranged transportation to the guest house from the airport and called the driver to make sure they had picked us up. The TV in the room was a bit smaller than we expected, but that might be the American in me. We didn't even use it, but were just amused by the small size for a decent-sized room. No real complaints, just lots of praise. Thanks.

IMPECCABLE EVERYTHING! Casa Tucci far exceeded our expectations. Beautiful and spacious room with a super comfortable bathroom. The possibility of using the kitchen at any time with tables set up for breakfast or dinner. It also has a lovely garden! Verónica is a very generous, helpful, and available woman all the time. She gave us very useful tips about the businesses in the area. It is located 2 blocks from the Metro station, super convenient to move around the city. Thank you, Verónica. If we have the privilege of returning to Rome, WITHOUT DOUBT we will come back! See you soon.

Veronica was truly friendly and helpful. The property enjoys an excellent location near the metro and it is very easy to reach the main points of interest. Spacious and clean room. Good breakfast served in a dedicated room and lovely little garden. If I return to Rome, it will be my reference structure. Highly recommended.

The host was very kind and welcoming, the bed was very comfortable and both the room and the structure were clean. Nothing is left to chance so you will also find tissues on the bedside table and makeup remover pads. Not far from the Manzoni metro, many restaurants and dining options in the area. Walking distance to Santa Croce in Gerusalemme and San Giovanni in Laterano. I liked it for all these valid reasons, I hope to come back.

Elegant structure a few steps from San Giovanni in Laterano. Strategic location, very close to Manzoni metro station and some bus stops. Quiet area with numerous restaurants and small supermarkets. Veronica welcomed us warmly, the two rooms were very spacious and clean. Self-service breakfast with many bakery products, possibility to use the kitchen and the fridge. Small attached garden. Highly recommended structure, we will definitely return on our next stay in Rome!

Super positive experience, Veronica was super kind and helpful. Our room was composed of 2 connecting doubles, clean and tidy. The breakfast was self-service and abundant, the kitchen was open for heating up or grabbing something from the fridge. Absolutely recommended.

We liked this property for the following reasons: kindness and availability of the manager Veronica, who was like a true friend. She booked a taxi for Fiumicino very early in the morning. The room was spacious and the bathroom had just been renovated. The buffet breakfast was plentiful and varied. There was also a designated breakfast area and a shared kitchen with the possibility of a reserved space in the refrigerator. The Mancini metro stop and bus lines were within walking distance. Recommended.

The owner is available, welcoming, and ready to provide any information and help. Well-connected structure to the city center by public transport (bus and metro stops less than five minutes walk) and a fifteen-minute walk from the Colosseum. Room equipped with everything necessary, even for our two-year-old child (cot, high chair, and potty!). Self-service breakfast with fresh donuts and packaged products. Excellent value for money! Recommended!

Siamo stati benissimo, ottimo B&B dove spicca sopratutto la gentilezza e la disponibilità della Sig. Veronica che meriterebbe non solo 10 come voto ma anche la lode. Pulizia, colazione e posizione della struttura sono sicuramente gli altri punti di forza (la metro è a 3 min. a piedi). Ritorneremo di sicuro.

L'appartamento signorile si trova in una posizione ottima, anche per me che studio a Tor Vergata. Le stanze sono pulite, silenziose e ben curate! La signora Veronica è molto gentile e disponibile. Penso di tornarci ancora!

Ottimo B&B nei pressi di San Giovanni in Laterano, facilmente raggiungibile con la metro e ben collegato a tutta la città tramite le varie linee bus e tram che passano in zona. Camere pulite quotidianamente e cambio biancheria ogni 2 giorni. Colazione più che varia e abbondante. Veronica molto disponibile e piena di consigli su per girare al meglio. Consigliatissimo.

Il B&B è vicinissimo alla fermata Manzoni della metro, quindi ideale per chiunque voglia visitare Roma con i mezzi pubblici ed evitare di girare troppo con le valigie in mano. Tutti gli spazi del B&b hanno un arredamento moderno e molto raffinato. Le camere sono impeccabili e dotate di comfort paragonabili solo ad un hotel 5 stelle. La mattina, per chi voglia fare colazione all'italiana, c'è ampia possibilità di scelta, grazie al ricco buffet messo a disposizione degli ospiti. In zona si trovano anche ottime trattorie per gustare la cucina tipica romana. Assolutamente consigliato!
