The accommodation was impractical and disappointing. The location requires far too much travel time, especially for a stay of a few days where you end up spending your time getting around. The metro is a 15-minute walk and does not serve all areas easily, which forces you to take a lot of buses, particularly in the evening. The accommodation is very poorly soundproofed, with noise in the evening and from early morning, which prevents proper rest. Finally, the bed is uncomfortable. I do not recommend it for a short stay.

Property in the Garbatella area; the proximity to the Garbatella metro station and Via Colombo is appreciated. There are tobacconists, bars, supermarkets and restaurants in the area. The room was clean.

We had a pleasant stay. It was clean and the photos accurately reflect the property. Every day the two coffee capsules and the soap and shampoo samples were replenished. The metro and bus stops are very close. The host was helpful. Two small notes: hooks in the bathroom and a shelf in the shower would be useful.

Great property in a quiet area. Only some maintenance is needed on the bedside tables next to the bed and there are persistent noises in room 1. The mini fridge is very noisy.

Excellent value for money, ideal for those wanting to visit the city, not far from the Garbatella Metro station. The property is brand new, very welcoming and clean. Remember to bring personal hygiene products.

The room was nice, clean, and comfortable. However, the fully automated check-in has some issues: there is a risk of being locked out of the property in case of malfunctions (for example, a button or a gate being stuck). In such situations, the availability of phone assistance and intervention is uncertain.

The fridge makes a bit of noise and it would be appropriate, since there is coffee, to at least have a bottle of water. Otherwise, the place is okay. I think I will return.
