I had a wonderful stay: very clean, well-maintained property and an attentive, caring host. Excellent quality/price ratio. I recommend it and hope to return.

The host is very welcoming and helpful. The room was well appointed. The breakfast was a little minimal (but perhaps that’s what an Italian breakfast is) and with my room next to the kitchen-diner it was a little noisy first thing. Apart from that I’d recommend as a good place to stay.

We had a pleasant stay. The room was small but comfortable for two people and very clean! The breakfast was really nice too and included fresh pastries and coffee. The host and staff were all very warm and friendly. I recommend this place for your stay in Rome.

Recently renovated property, very clean and in a good location. Given the room price, I found the breakfast lacking (only a croissant with a hot drink). Lack of availability from the owner: he refused to hold our luggage for a few hours before departure, forcing us to take it to the station luggage storage and face long queues.

Although I used it for a one-night emergency, the host was very kind and the property is very functional and beautiful. For what I needed nearby it was top-notch. Thank you, Mr. Maurizio.

Great facility, good value for money.

Excellent. Very kind owner. Cleanliness of the premises and attention to details at the top, absolute tranquility. Respect and friendliness of the guests. B&B easily reachable even by public transport. Not far from Policlinico Universitario Umberto I.

The property is in a great location, 5 minutes from Policlinico Metro B station, two stops from Termini. Mr. Maurizio was very kind and helpful from booking to the stay, present every morning for breakfast. The rooms and bathrooms are new and very clean. Good breakfast. Highly recommended property.

B&B located in a convenient position, both for Termini station and for metro Line B. Brand new rooms with a lot of care in the furnishings and services. My stay at Staffoli B&B was brief but I had the opportunity to appreciate the great availability of Mr. Maurizio who created a very welcoming environment. The room, a double room even though I was alone, was clean. Lastly, but not least, the excellent location! I was there for study purposes so the fact that the property was adjacent to the university allowed me to reach it on foot in a few minutes. I recommend it!

Excellent welcome from the Staffoli B&B manager. The room is very clean and equipped with very well-kept details. Also, the recently renovated bathroom is perfect. The new mattress is very comfortable. Located in the University and Policlinico area with the metro B stop 5 minutes away. In front of the Staffoli B&B, there is a very convenient garage that also offers a discount to the structure's customers. I recommend it.

My name is Annamaria, I stayed only one night but I must say that I had a great time. The first thing I noticed was the excellent cleanliness. In the room, there are all the comforts: free telephone, Internet, smart TV, and even a kettle with various flavored teas. The bathroom is very clean. The breakfast is good: croissants to choose from with various fillings. In short, excellent structure, but all this is thanks above all to Maurizio, a very kind person who immediately puts you at ease and makes sure that nothing is missing. Now when I return to Rome I know where to go, I recommend it because it's an excellent structure.

The rooms have been recently renovated and where nothing is missing: new memory mattresses, landline phone for free use, internet/fiber, kettle with teas, 32-inch smart TV, private bathroom with shower, etc. But the icing on the cake is Maurizio, the owner. A very welcoming person, whose only concern is that his guest is well, as if he were at home. In short, what more could you want? It's all true! It seems like the reviews are fabricated, but in reality Mr. Maurizio puts his heart and face into it. In short, it's like visiting a relative in Rome who makes their house available to you. We, with three children, really enjoyed it.

It was a very pleasant surprise to discover this Staffoli B&B while browsing the internet. Extremely clean and modern rooms, excellent location because it's central and very close to the metro, strategic because it's a stone's throw from Policlinico Umberto I and the University. It is located in a quiet area and well provided with everything. My mother and I, who are also celiac, had a great time and our stay was brightened by the overwhelming friendliness of Mr. Maurizio, always available for any request or information. What can I say, a truly 5-star stay! I found this Staffoli B&B by chance on the internet because I needed a place near Umberto Primo hospital. Unfortunately, my visit was not for pleasure. The owner who kindly came to pick us up was really courteous, the Staffoli B&B lovely, new, clean, elegant, quiet, safe, and above all very comfortable. Each room had its own bathroom without having to share it with other strangers, which was really important. It was equipped with new, clean linen, and the courtesy line was really assorted. The rooms were equipped with every comfort, air conditioning, a kettle with herbal teas, candies, slippers, and much more. The kitchen was lovely, always well stocked with every type of breakfast: yogurt, coffee, cappuccino, juices, croissants (always fresh, not in a package), snacks of all kinds, rusks, and jams, in short, a wide choice for breakfast! The rooms were cleaned every day and the kitchen set in different colors. The owner is a really friendly person, he advised us, accompanied us, and helped us in every way, making this stay truly enjoyable. If I happen to return to Rome, I will definitely come back! Oh, I almost forgot, since we were there the days before Easter, one evening the owner left a cute box on the bedside table containing Lindor chocolate eggs.

The room offers all the comforts, including free use of the phone and the possibility to make herbal teas or coffee in the room. I had the good fortune to stay during the Christmas period in this beautiful, brand new structure. All the rooms are very beautiful, extremely clean and meticulously cared for, with TV, fast wifi, landline with free calls, air conditioning, fridge, en-suite bathroom, bed with memory foam mattress. The breakfast is excellent, with delicious cereal croissants or if you want something else, it's there. Located in a good position, in fact, the public transport can be easily reached on foot in a few minutes and very close to the Umberto I hospital. And what about the owner? Mr. Maurizio Staffoli, a very helpful, hospitable and kind person, always ready to give us a thousand directions and available at any time. If I were to return to Rome, I would already know where to go. Absolutely recommended!

Never been to a bed & breakfast like this. It's as if they carved out a wing of a 4-star hotel. Technological in every way. Just because it's a bed & breakfast you wouldn't expect this much, but this looks like a 4-star hotel.

The structure is located in a residential area, quiet but just a few stops from the center. The welcome was fantastic: the owner is kind and ready to provide information and help of all kinds. Very beautiful rooms and the apartment, well taken care of in detail and above all very clean! In short, everything is designed to make guests feel comfortable! Highly recommended!

I often travel for work to Rome and therefore I stay in different accommodations. But after this stay, I will become a "monogamous" of this splendid Staffoli B&B. Everything is new, technological and welcoming, always polished. A short distance from the metro and well connected to Termini station with bus line 310 (for those like me who do not like the depth). Maurizio, the owner, does not manage the structure, he lives it. Always available, he does everything to make you feel at home. And, to tell the truth, he always succeeds well. I highly recommend it. Hello, I stayed in this beautiful accommodation located in an apartment that as soon as you entered, it felt like being in a hotel, but it's actually a very recent B&B, very well furnished and equipped with full of comfort and services ranging from fiber optic Wi-Fi even in the 32-inch LCD TV in the room, to the use of the kettle and herbal teas and instant coffee to use whenever you wanted in the room. The sanitary services are fabulous, especially the very large shower. As for the breakfast, it was really good, energizing, so much so that I could make myself a toast with Nutella and have delicious warm croissants with chocolate and ricotta. A compliment also goes to Maurizio, the manager of the property, a courteous, polite, nice and impeccable person in giving you any information about the places. If I go to Rome again for sure, if the stay will be extended by a day, this B&B will be my reference point!

A few days ago I spent a weekend at Mr. Staffoli's B&B, well, what can I say, my rating is 10! It is truly beautiful, welcoming, and with every comfort. In this regard, I cannot forget the fabulous memory foam mattress, cleanliness every morning, excellent breakfast! Furthermore, it is in a strategic position, well connected with the metro, only two stops from Termini. The area is really quiet and nearby there are several places where you can eat. But the icing on the cake is Mr. Maurizio, professional yet at the same time helpful and very friendly.

Sometimes you have to rely on chance to hit the mark! To say the least exceptional! Every star is more than deserved. For a B&B, it offers much more than many 3-4 star hotels. Brand new structure, furnished in every space down to the smallest details with elegance and sophistication, well connected to the city center through means that can be easily reached on foot and in a few minutes. The area is very quiet both during the day and at night, even for girls who might have to return alone! I finally found a structure that fully satisfied my needs, extreme care in cleaning, excellent breakfast, large and very bright room, internet connection both with wireless and via LAN network very fast. I found an extremely familiar environment, the manager Mr. Maurizio was very generous in giving me advice on the means to take for my daily trips and also his son Francesco even gave me a ride to reach the university. I am sure I will return to this structure because it is not possible to find better. Even the mattresses were Memory so very comfortable. Considering that it is a B&B, I did not expect to find a structure that could really compete with a 4-star hotel, but the Manager is a very meticulous person (in the positive sense of the term) and did not leave anything to chance. Moreover, he lives 50 meters away so for any eventuality just call him and he comes immediately. Mr. Massimo who cleans every day refreshes the rooms every day with great patience and desire to do things properly. I was fortunate to find a very well-equipped B&B for both of my needs. The location is truly excellent because it is outside the city chaos but still central. Personally, I reached it on foot from Tiburtina station, which is very close. From the B&B, it is possible to reach the subway in just a few minutes, allowing quick access to the city center. The structure is new and very clean, the rooms are comfortable. A special mention for the memory mattress, a gem that I do not often find in the four-star hotels I usually frequent. Bathroom in the room for complete privacy, cleaning, and top comfort. For my work, I had the opportunity to use the internet connection of the B&B, which has exceptional performance. Sorry, but being used to the very slow connections of hotels, it was a surprise. As for the weekend, well, Rome offers the most in terms of both artistic experiences and evening entertainment. How can one not get involved in all that movement and those lovely outdoor venues? The return late at night was very calm, residential area, I walked without any problems. In all this, there is also the owner, Maurizio, a very kind person who gave me many useful tips for my stay and allowed us to make the most of the few days available. Maurizio's hospitality combined with the structure that is definitely above average makes this B&B one of the best places I have ever stayed. If I have the fortune to return to Rome, I already know where to go.
