My friend and I stayed for two nights since there was a concert. The room had everything it needed, a comfortable bed even though we found a small stain on the sheets. Bathroom (unfortunately) without a window but with the option to turn on the air circulation. I particularly liked the door on the right side of the room where you could immediately go out to the terrace, which is really great and nice for eating. The gentleman who runs the B&B is very helpful and polite. The breakfast is not very abundant in food, but in the small kitchen, there was everything to make some pasta if needed. I recommend it for just a few nights if you have events or something else.

We needed to stay near the Gemelli hospital and chose the bed & breakfast solution with the possibility of using the common kitchen to prepare meals, and I must say we felt great here. The owner is very kind, helpful, and always present for any issues, but never intrusive. Everything is well organized and equipped, nothing is missing to facilitate a stay away from home. The Gemelli Polyclinic is a 10-minute walk away. The building has an elevator. From the attic, you can enjoy a nice view and the usable terrace offers the possibility to have breakfast outdoors. The price-quality ratio is very convenient.

My friends (whom I couldn't host at home) recently stayed at B&B Soal, and I can only highly recommend it! The location is truly strategic: it's just a few steps from the Gemelli hospital and the train station, from which you can easily reach the city center, making transportation extremely convenient. The rooms are very comfortable and, crucially, quiet, allowing for undisturbed rest. The cleanliness is excellent, which made the stay even more pleasant. A big plus is the host, who proved to be kind and helpful, always ready to provide information and assistance. Finally, the terrace is a real plus: a great space to relax and enjoy some fresh air. In summary, B&B Soal is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a comfortable stay close to Gemelli and the nearby train station.

I booked for a couple of relatives who were coming from outside for a visit to Gemelli and whom I could not accommodate in my house. I made a great impression because the manager is very helpful, easy-going, and ready to assist with any needs. The breakfast available is varied and abundant, the property is located 5 minutes on foot from both Gemelli Station and the hospital itself. The rooms are very clean and there is a beautiful terrace where one can sit outside in a very quiet area. Excellent value for money, I already know they will return and for me it is an excellent point of reference when I receive other friends and relatives. Recommended.

Excellent hospitality! The host Roberto is really kind and helpful. The property is located near the Gemelli train stop and close to a supermarket. Many transport options and small shops nearby. In a few minutes you can walk to Gemelli or take the train to the Vatican. A few more minutes to the city center. Excellent value for money/location. Clean and quiet environment. Great view of Rome from the balcony (4th floor). Possibility of having an apartment for a family as well. Highly recommended without reservations!

The structure is highly discouraged. The only positive aspect is the strategic location, close to the Gemelli station and the hospital. The rooms all opened with the same key. The hygiene is poor. The terrace is shared with all the rooms. We definitely will not return. The quality-price ratio is 0.

I had a very good experience at the Soal property as it is very close to the Gemelli Hospital, where you can walk in a few minutes, both in terms of comfort and services offered. The rooms are comfortable, cozy, and very clean. The use of the kitchen is very useful for those with children. I will return as soon as I have the need.

The breakfast is nonexistent and there is no automatic beverage dispensing, but you have to use the electric plate to make coffee or tea, which is therefore not very practical if more people have breakfast.
