We really enjoyed our stay at San Pietro Rooms 84. We were there for 4 nights (February 2024). The location couldn't have been more perfect, situated in a wonderful neighborhood with an abundance of charming eateries and cafes serving authentic Italian coffee. As a family traveling with two kids (aged 10 and 6), we love exploring the cities we visit on foot, and we were delighted to find that everything was within walking distance. Loris, our host, was exceptional in every way. He was readily available to assist with anything we needed and provided us with invaluable recommendations for local dining spots and coffee houses. The room itself was great, clean, and the beds were cozy. Also, there is daily cleaning service. I would wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation and will undoubtedly choose to stay here again on our next visit to Rome.

I had read good reviews about Loris, but they all fell short. We have never had such an exceptional host! Attentive, quick, friendly. Above the standard. The places he recommended for breakfast and lunch were excellent. It's true that upon arrival the entrance was old and ugly and the elevator did not inspire confidence, but when entering the room everything was clean, bright and smelled good; they cleaned every day, made the bed and changed the towels. We had an accident with water on the bed and within 2 minutes we had everything at the door to fix it. Attentive on WhatsApp at all times. I really can only say thank you; we are delighted. The room with a jacuzzi was ideal. Next door there is a supermarket and an incredible ice cream shop. Public transport, restaurants, shops and a 24-hour pharmacy. Everything. We walked everywhere; we were right next to the Vatican and some days, tired, we returned by bus which was nearby. Wifi, TV with channels like Netflix, HBO and Prime. Coffee maker, fridge, air conditioning... not a single detail was missing. Except for the doorman, there is no 'but'. 1000% recommendable. He made us feel at home.

Everything was positive, but I wanted to highlight Loris's availability and professionalism, very kind in providing us with all the information that could be useful. I liked the furnishings, the excellent condition of the bathroom, including a bidet and a double shower, and the common area equipped with amenities such as a coffee machine, a vertical steam iron and a kettle. A kettle and a fridge were also present in the room along with a large TV. Loris was warm and impeccable even from a distance.

It only saves itself for the excellent location and the availability and friendliness of the assistance via WhatsApp, from the moment of check-in, for the entire duration of the stay in case of need. For the rest: very old property, a bed that was a sofa bed opened (there is an abyssal difference) with a very hard mattress and very hard pillows (in addition to decorative cushions that smelled), the door of the apartment is nothing short of dilapidated. The people walking in the hallway seemed to be in the room with us, nonexistent sound insulation: someone from the staff started banging the lockers in the hallway early in the morning waking us up much earlier than expected. What a shame... but I do not recommend it and I would not choose it again.

I found a modern and very comfortable room in an apartment in a historic building with an elevator. The furnishings are modern and functional, and the bathroom is modern and pleasant. Every day there were coffee pods and herbal teas, and the staff were really welcoming, kind, and professional. The location is excellent, and the value for money is great. The location is wonderful: 10 minutes walk from Ottaviano metro and from San Pietro. A very quiet street parallel to Cola di Rienzo where there are plenty of shops and services. Everything is excellent.

Unfortunately, sometimes impolite guests can happen as room neighbors, just like what happened to us. One flaw may be the plasterboard walls, through which everything can be heard. Even with two small children, we had a really good time. The manager Loris is very attentive and available even though he is not on site. We recommend it to couples and families with children.

If I were to return to Rome, I would not hesitate to book here again! Loris, the manager, is a young man, helpful and attentive to the needs of his guests. The room was spacious and clean. The area is fantastic for visiting Rome, even on foot. Well done, Loris!

B&B very close to the center, to the metro, area very well served, clean and quiet room. Loris the owner, very attentive and caring in giving directions and tips on how to move around, on the places and things to see.
