Rome's Heart Guest House always wants that its guests could start the day in the best way offering them a rich continental breakfast with fresh croissants, jam tarts, muffins, fresh fruit, juices and orange juice, cereals, rusks or bread (also roasted) with butter, jam or nutella, cappuccino, milk, coffee, tea, barley coffee, ginseng, american coffee, yogurt. On request, are also available sausage, ham, cheese or foods for celiacs or lactose intolerant.

This is a wonderful bed and breakfast, very close to the Vatican, and the metro station at Ottaviano was very convenient to get to this property, coming from the Central Station/Roma Termini. The room was cozy, my family of three fit in nicely, with room to move about. The place was clean, and the beds were comfortable, with clean and fresh smelling sheets, blankets, and pillows. It is very secure; you will be issued three physical keys for the building entrance downstairs, then the ground floor access to the stairwell, and a key to enter the apartment or lobby. You will also be issued a card key to access your room. We enjoyed breakfast as prepared by the host - Francesca, she can make any coffee for you! Francesca also speaks very good English and can provide information for your travels in Rome. Make sure to let Francesca know of your arrival time, and communicate early if you have any requests or need assistance. My family highly recommends this bed and breakfast. There are numerous restaurants and souvenir shops in the area, and Via Ottaviano is a pedestrian only street that goes straight to the access point of the Vatican (four blocks away) - expect a very long line to get in! There is also Jollibee a block from this property (a Filipino restaurant that is popular for its fried chicken - Chicken Joy). Enjoy your visit to Rome!

Our stay at Rome's Heart Guest House was wonderful in every way. It is clean, beautifully decorated, convenient, and the hosts, Francesca and Mariano, are amazing. We felt like we were staying in a friend's home. We were greeted warmly, made to feel welcome, and all our questions were answered. We were given excellent walking directions to all the sights we wanted to see, and they explained how to use the Metro. The breakfast each morning was delicious and much more than we had expected. If we ever get a chance to come to Rome again, we would love to stay here again. So glad we found this wonderful place.

We had a really great stay at Rome's Heart Guest House. Everything was absolutely harmonious and Mariano and Francesca are such warm-hearted, helpful and courteous people. It was like we were visiting friends. The organization and support for transport and stay were really quite great. You can see that everything inside was chosen and equipped with love and it was so quiet to sleep. They gave us very helpful tips for restaurants and sightseeing. We are so glad we stayed at Heart Guest House in Rome. Mariano and Francesca are wonderful hosts. The breakfast was marvelous. The rooms were to perfection, clean, newly decorated. The location was about two blocks from the Vatican museums, a plus for our early morning booking there, and only 2-3 blocks from the Metro, convenient and easy to hop on and go. Across the street was a wonderful Italian restaurant with great food and reasonable prices. Right next door to a laundry mat. We will definitely stay here again. We will recommend to all our friends who go to Rome to stay here. We absolutely loved it.

Superb welcome. Beautiful large room. Excellent value for money. The shower pressure was really good. Small design flaws in the bathroom/shower could be improved (for example, shower doors let water through, broken shower drain cover, and the sink/tap position is not very ergonomic for the function). But overall very satisfied and we would return without hesitation.

The structure is very nice, the rooms are comfortable, functional and equipped with everything necessary for a pleasant stay. Excellent location, close to the subway and bus stop for those who want to use public transport, but still close to various points of interest (see Piazza di Spagna, Piazza San Pietro) even with a pleasant walk. Very convenient for the Olympic Stadium, which can also be reached on foot with a walk of about 30-40 minutes. The area is also very well served in terms of bars and restaurants of all types. A special mention goes to the owner who welcomed us excellently, with extreme kindness and giving us all the necessary information to make our stay comfortable. Definitely a reference point for our future stays in Rome.

A true Bed and Breakfast in the heart of Rome, a stone's throw from St. Peter's Square. Extremely clean room equipped with everything necessary, with a beautiful modern and practical decor. The breakfast is abundant and delicious, prepared with care by Mrs. Francesca who waits for her guests every morning and provides all the necessary information. A truly impeccable management that makes a difference in such a big city. Excellent value for money. My partner and I had a great time and it will definitely be our reference point when we return to Rome. 😊.

We stayed, my husband and I, from September 2, 2021, to September 5, 2021, well-equipped room, nothing was missing, I felt like I was at home. The owner, a delightful and extremely helpful lady, satisfied all our needs, printed sheets with the names of the local places and especially where to eat well, gave us a map of Rome and highlighted the most beautiful places to visit, left the room until our departure, really wow, we will definitely return. Excellent completely renovated structure, abundant breakfast both sweet and savory. Mrs. Francesca was very kind and gave us all the indications on where to eat in the beautiful Prati district and visit Rome. Very close to St. Peter's and the Vatican Museums. It was truly an excellent choice.

I stayed at this property with my wife and two other couples, the manager, Francesca welcomed us with a big smile, which accompanied us throughout our very short Roman stay, despite the weather conditions not being the best, very clean structure, well-equipped, excellent breakfast and impeccable services. What more to add, I recommend everyone to book and stay in this property and thanks again to Francesca and Mariano, impeccable managers of the property, where we will definitely return.

The structure is almost new, well-maintained and very clean. The room is quiet and our stay was comfortable. The manager is friendly and provides very useful information for the stay. The location is really strategic, a stone's throw from the Vatican and very close to Ottaviano metro station from which you can move easily. Excellent choice, we will definitely come back! M&S.

We stayed for one night, my boyfriend and I, from June 30, 2018, to July 01, 2018, as we had a concert of Negramaro at the Olympic Stadium and given the short distance we chose Rome's Heart Guest House. What can I say, a very accurate choice. The location is great, close to the stadium (we reached it on foot, a pleasant half-hour walk or there is a bus stop 200 meters from the B&B) and also close to the city center easily reachable on foot or by public transport. The room was beautiful, clean, modern, and very quiet. The welcome was excellent, the owners make you feel at home, they are extremely kind. The breakfast was varied, there were many homemade sweets that unfortunately I couldn't taste as I am allergic to milk, in fact, since I communicated my intolerance, in the morning, they made me find a nice vegan croissant. Highly recommended.

Excellent accommodation, particularly pleasant room for cleanliness and other amenities such as wifi, minibar, Smart TV, air conditioning, etc. Family environment with very friendly hosts who care about the guests and finally a varied and excellent breakfast.

I already look forward to returning. My girlfriend and I chose Rome's Heart Guest House as our base for the post-concert. Fantastic location. We easily reached the place by metro. A few minutes from Termini, a few steps from the Vatican, the Olympic Stadium within walking distance. Francesca welcomed us and made us feel better than at home. She truly did not miss anything: from some initial advice on where to eat something good, to the fantastic breakfast they serve (with attention to allergies or intolerances), to a pleasant chat together. To finish, the quality of the room: finely renovated a few weeks ago, it offers every type of comfort, from air conditioning to the Nespresso coffee machine freely usable, plenty of towels and various soaps. We love Rome and Francesca made us love it even more if possible. We will definitely come back to see her.

We really enjoyed our stay. Central location in a beautiful area near the Vatican. The managers were very friendly and attentive to our needs. We highly recommend it.

The 10 rating we assigned on all aspects is fully justified both for the quality and finish of the furnishings and the structure as a whole, but also for the extreme care in all the details in the supply of linen and all those little things that make the stay in the structure itself pleasant and comfortable. The owners and managers of the structure Francesca and Mariao, have shown themselves to be two people of great courtesy and availability for all the particular needs presented. The property is in an excellent location in the city center, very close to the Vatican City, such that it allows you to visit all the most important monuments of the city with a simple walk and without the need to use public transport. Certainly it will be a certain reference for us every time we want to return to the Eternal City.
