It was useful for my purposes. I felt comfortable, it feels like being at home. The owner is a very kind person and especially helpful.

Everything is excellent, especially the owner who is a true guarantee and welcomes our requests. May the Lord protect him.

Beautiful Bed and Breakfast with ensuite bathroom, shared kitchen but everything perfect. Mr. Aldo is a truly honest and kind person. There will be no lack of opportunity to return to Rome and stay with him. Thank you.

Small bed and breakfast in a remote area of Rome, but with connections to the Olympic Stadium. The assigned room was basic. There was no air conditioning, only a ceiling fan that automatically turned off after a while, even without setting the timer. With the heat of Rome in August, this was a bit too little for comfort. The double bed was made up of two different single beds. The sheets had crumbs of bread inside. Through a French door, you access a poorly maintained inner garden and a glass annex where the sheets were hung (from the bed and breakfast? Not clear). The provided pillows were uncomfortable. We did not use the towels provided as we had our own. Breakfast was not taken advantage of, there was no kettle or coffee maker, only a moka pot and cookware. There were biscuits and cereals in jars, not single-use. There was a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom already used and practically finished. The other roll was placed on an internal windowsill in the bathroom. The body hygiene products were large and likely already used by other guests. 70€ for a tourist trap that struggles to find accommodations during summer concerts due to the high demand. I highly recommend reviewing the management of the bed and breakfast, as not even in a normal house would you find similar conditions.

The right place for a passing visit.

Welcoming and kind owner, house with a retro taste and personally very pleasant for me, the rooms are spacious like the apartments of the past and the bathroom in particular. The place is quiet and the building well-maintained, the apartment also has a small garden. I was very satisfied with the choice.

Mr. Aldo is very kind and discreet, ready to meet customers' needs: the external edge of the shower tray in our bathroom was blackened by worn silicone, at our request he promptly removed and replaced it with new silicone. We enjoyed the small garden, cute and shaded, for this reason he was thoughtful to provide us with citronella spirals against mosquitoes. To reach a higher level, I would recommend a richer breakfast, composed less of packaged products and a restyling of the kitchen and related equipment. Overall, I recommend it as a good base for the hospitals San Pietro Fatebenefratelli, Gemelli, San Filippo Neri and Via Cassia. I will consider it for any future stays in that area.

Strategic for its proximity to the hospital. Very beautiful area, very green, elegant buildings. All necessary and unnecessary services, a few tens of meters away. Room with dated but functional furnishings. Perfect cleanliness. Typical B&B breakfast. Very kind manager. Excellent quality/price ratio.

L'appartamento si trova in una bella palazzina in zona defilata dal centro, ci vogliono circa 30-45 minuti di autobus+metro per raggiungere i monumenti più famosi. È costituito da più camere di cui una, quella dove siamo stati, adattata a quadrupla con bagno privato. Il proprietario è stato gentile all'accoglienza, lasciandoci poi liberi di gestire il soggiorno e di utilizzare la cucina. E qui arriviamo al primo punto. La cucina è uno stanzino di pochi metri quadrati, con mobili stravecchi rattoppati con lo scotch, un tavolino e tre sedie. Solo noi eravamo in quattro, poi c'erano gli altri ospiti. Non c'è un forno a microonde, né una macchinetta per caffè espresso, né bollitore, solo un fornetto elettrico in cui non avrei osato riscaldare e poi mangiare una fetta di pane. Le stoviglie sono un'accozzaglia di resti degli anni '70, con un tegamino per scaldare il latte sbruciacchiato e incrostato. In dotazione ci sono tre tazze per la colazione e due cucchiaini, rigorosamente diversi. Ovviamente la raccolta differenziata non è contemplata. La colazione a buffet, di cui avevo letto alcune buone recensioni, consiste in realtà in un paio di pugni di cereali, un barattolone di biscotti e fette biscottate sfuse, oltre ad alcune pastine confezionate di scarsa qualità. C'è latte UHT in frigorifero e la possibilità di prepararsi caffè o thè. Non c'è uno yogurt, né un succo di frutta. Alla fine ci siamo comprati un pandoro e un barattolo di crema spalmabile. Passiamo alla camera. È piccola e con un arredamento pessimo e malandato, ma non avevamo pretese in questo senso. Tuttavia, la camera è sporca, e qui avrei preteso di trovare un ambiente diverso. Mi è caduta una moneta sotto il divano letto, e lascio solo immaginare cosa ho trovato sotto. I letti non sono comodissimi, ma le lenzuola sono sufficientemente pulite. Il pezzo forte, però, è il bagno. Come il resto della casa, probabilmente non ha visto una manutenzione dal giorno della sua costruzione. La vasca è pulita in modo sommario, con vari peluzzi e macchie di calcare. Non l'abbiamo usata. I sanitari, di un poco invitante e neanche troppo mimetico colore grigio, non erano puliti bene. Sopra il mobiletto c'è uno strato di polvere notevole. Il water non scarica bene e, dulcis in fundo, c'è uno scopino in condizioni a dir poco indecenti. Premesso che nessuno di noi è un maniaco della pulizia, né siamo abituati a farci servire e riverire, in questa struttura manca completamente l'attenzione al cliente e la cura dell'ambiente. Probabilmente con poche centinaia di euro, qualche intervento di manutenzione, una pulizia più sistematica, l'acquisto di qualche piccolo elettrodomestico e qualche cornetto fresco, sarebbe possibile fornire un servizio molto migliore. Gli oltre 100 euro a notte che abbiamo pagato, sono decisamente troppi.

La presentazione diceva: colazione ricca con torte, marmellata fatte in casa... assolutamente falso, bisogna aggiornare il sito. Bisogna anche rimodernare gli utensili della cucina, vecchi e mal tenuti. Forse una maggiore pulizia sarebbe più apprezzata.

Well-maintained property. The only disappointment: the breakfast.

Booking the room was very fast, very precise information received, attentive, friendly staff who immediately made themselves available for any need. Really everything perfect.

Everything perfect, very kind people, close to the Foro Italico, easily reachable by public transport. I gave 10 because I couldn't give 11.

Missing heating and air conditioning.

Kind and helpful owner, nice area, spacious room, on our request we found gluten-free products for breakfast, approximate cleaning. Overall good value for money.

I gave a high rating to the breakfast because, even though I didn't use it, the manager provided snacks, coffee, herbal teas, and even the kitchen for the "good night"! It's not something you see often! Aldo is a kind-hearted person who loves his job and does it to the fullest! Since it was raining, he even accompanied me to the restaurant before going home. I highly recommend it, the spaces are very large and livable! Unfortunately, I only stayed for one night, but I slept with the windows slightly open in an unusual Roman silence... Upon waking up, only little birds! I only heard car noises after 8:00. Fantastic!

It's a bit like being at home.

I recently stayed at this property and I can say that I had a great experience. Courteous, extremely helpful, and above all very hospitable. If I could go back, I would choose 'B&B Rome For You' again!

We stayed at the B&B due to its proximity to the Sant'Andrea hospital. We found a welcoming environment and a helpful and kind manager who met our requests with sensitivity. The atmosphere is simple and familiar. The rooms are rational and clean. The area is residential and pleasant due to the presence of greenery. Additionally, there are useful services in the area for the stay. We hope to return on more pleasant occasions.

The place is quiet, the house is very clean, and those who manage the structure are attentive to the needs of the customers and extremely helpful. Well connected by public transport and very convenient if you need to go to the San Pietro hospital because it's right in front.

For my needs OK. Nice apartment, upscale neighborhood, close to public transportation: with ATAC bus in 34 min to Termini. Excellent reception.
