The property is in a good location, however, outside are many doorbells to choose from and it wasn't clear which was the correct one. Issue sorted out eventually, as partly my fault as was unable to confirm arrival time. Thanks to Andrea and Eva.

Andrea was very kind and helpful. He explained to us all the transportation systems, good food recommendations, and the place is also well located with the train. There was one day that it was not working, so we took the bus and it is about 20 minutes which is really good knowing that Rome is big. Andrea, thank you for being so supportive and always willing to help when we need it. By the way, he speaks Spanish.

Above all the owner/host, Andrea, is a unique person. That's why all the other things like the room, the beauty of the location are dwarfed compared to it. We have never been taken care of the way he took care of us and even without taking a return for it. We had a perfect vacation in Rome thanks to him. We strongly recommend coming to Rome and staying with him.

This B&B is very comfortable for both short and long term stays, it has all that is needed inside. Also, it is well connected with transportation - you have a bus stop in front and the tram just around the corner. The rooms are very tidy and clean. Special thanks to the manager, who is very kind and helpful. I would highly recommend staying here.

The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was not up to standard: only a packaged plum cake and some fruit juices. The bathroom was clean, but the shower curtain was not suitable.

We had a wonderful stay! We were in Rome for a concert at the Auditorium and the bed and breakfast's location is ideal — it is less than a ten-minute walk away. The room was clean and the bed extremely comfortable. The owner, Andrea, was exemplary in his kindness and hospitality; he gave us many tips on where to stop and how to find our way. Highly recommended!

I recommend this establishment for its excellent location in an elegant and safe neighborhood of the city, just steps from the Auditorium Parco della Musica. The manager is kind and very helpful. The room is very clean and quiet. The area is also well served by public transport. I will return.

The room was modest but clean, quiet and had everything needed. Close to the metro and the Auditorium. The breakfast consisted of packaged plumcake and fruit juice, however, I appreciated that it was indicated in the description of the property in order not to mislead the customer. We had a great time. We hope to have the opportunity to return.

Andrea is very helpful and the welcome was excellent; he was of great support because he provided us with all the useful information to move around. The structure is very close to the Olympic Stadium and we used it to stop after a concert (20/25 minutes on foot). The only sore point is the breakfast which unfortunately is not adequate for a B&B: some juice in cartons and packaged brioches. Much better a voucher to use at the nearby bar for a good coffee and a fresh brioche. However, apart from breakfast, if we have the opportunity we will definitely come back: recommended!

Structure in an upscale neighborhood and excellently located, within walking distance or with a bus stop from the Auditorium, with a metro stop from Piazza del Popolo. Below the house there is a bus stop for the Olympic Stadium and Termini Station. Powerful wifi. Friendly and prepared manager.

I would start from the special person who is the manager, from the meticulous and quiet cleaning lady. A truly interesting place for someone like me who spent an afternoon, evening, and night studying for a competition and had the best in terms of absolute tranquility and strategic location. The property is located in the center of Rome. Bus stop and metro train thirty seconds away from home (One stop and you are at Piazza del Popolo). Very quiet and safe area, being one of the best in all of Rome. Friendly and very pleasant manager, a good example for those who do not know the Romans. Packaged breakfast products are ok, I would recommend a coffee machine to be complete. Otherwise satisfactory, we will definitely return.

The room is located within a condominium and overlooks an inner courtyard, remaining very quiet. The location is good, close to the railway and well served by local buses. The quality compared to the price is good. However, the bathroom could use a refresh. It would be appropriate to grout the coat hooks and the shower rod and have the facilities checked. Regarding breakfast, it is served very minimally with a commercial croissant and fruit juice. A suggestion to the owner could be to establish vouchers with the local bars to offer a breakfast worthy of a bed & breakfast service. Nevertheless, I enjoyed my stay for the purpose I made of the accommodation.

I stayed from 4th September 2023 to 5th September 2023. I chose this property for its proximity to the Salvo D’Acquisto barracks in Tor di Quinto, and I was right because it's a 9-minute drive away. We were welcomed by Andrea, a helpful and very kind person. If I needed it again, I wouldn't hesitate to come back to this B&B.

Spacious, clean room with air conditioning and private bathroom. The breakfast was simple but effective (if you like juices and snacks), the manager was very helpful in giving directions and kind. Very quiet place inside a building in an equally quiet area of Rome served by public transport (bus stop in front) and about 30 minutes from the Olimpico Stadium.

Simple room, very close to the auditorium and with the bus to Termini station right outside the entrance. Comfortable beds, very kind manager. Breakfast consists of snacks and fruit juice. Not suitable for those looking for high-end situations, but perfect for concerts. I will come back.

The structure is not brand new, but it still has a great value for money and could be a good choice in the area. Unfortunately, at least in the room where I stayed, there is no ensuite bathroom: consider if this aspect is essential for you.

I stayed at this B&B for a concert at the Parco della Musica auditorium and it was comfortable to sleep there because it is very close and you can reach the property on foot. However, being close to Piazza Euclide, it is well connected to the center thanks to the train station that takes you to Flaminio in a few minutes, and there is also a bus stop in front of the B&B to reach various destinations. Furthermore, the room was very nice, fresh, and clean. The host was very friendly. I will definitely come back.

The manager is very kind, the quality and price relationship is excellent, the B&B is located in a good position to reach the Auditorium Stadio Flaminio on foot, and with public transport, you can reach the center in 10 minutes. I stayed for 2 days and I found myself very well.
